All the positive comments are perfectly justified.
Only downside is that the shower block is COLD.
Water wonderfully hot and plentiful.
There are heaters in there but I suspect they are set on Frost safe setting only.
I understand that with the cost of energy being high it is a difficult decision to warmup the facilities.
At least could there be duck boards or mats so that poor feet do not have to encounter the freezing floor?
Unable to assess customer service as there wasn’t any! Due to BH and not anything else.
Happy New Year.

Well organised site, very helpful staff, all the facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained.
Very peaceful around site while we were there (kids are back at school which may have helped there ).
There are loads of places to eat out within 2 or 3 miles some you have to hunt for but we found those were the ones worth looking for.
We found 1 week was not enough to fully explore this very pretty island so we will be returning ASAP and hopefully the weather will be kind to us again if a little windy at times.

Lovely location with a beautiful view overlooking the sea.
Convenient to get to once you've gotten off the ferry.
The staff are friendly, the site is peaceful and clean.
The showers are lovely and hot and nice and powerful!
Good washing machines and driers as well!
Would definitely recommend.

A lovely site very convenient for the ferry and the roads further into Mull.
The facilities are good, mainly flat and there are lovely views over Craignure and beyond.
There is also a path from the campsite over the headland.

The site is only a couple of minutes from the ferry terminal at Craignure so is very centrally placed on the island for touring.
I got a very friendly welcome and lots of information from the warden on arrival.
The pitches are all fairly level and most have good views over the bay.
The toilet/shower block is modern and very well kept. There is a pub, shop and cafe within 5 minutes walk in Craignure.
Mull is a beautiful island with many interesting areas to explore. I would recommend a wildlife day trip with one of the local providers to see sea eagles, golden eagles, otters, red deer and many more species.
The boat trip with Mull Charters to see wildlife, including many of the resident sea eagles is highly recommended.

Owner very helpful. It is obvious that improvements are underway and the shower blocks were very good and clean with oodles of hot water. Shower block room could have been warmer.
Electricity and water available each pitch which was great.
Altogether functional, but not 5* yet

A lovely, laid back site just a few hundred yards from the ferry terminal.
We were lucky to get a 'front row' pitch, just 20 feet from the sea, and the view to the sea, ferry terminal and the mainland is stunning and the view from the rest of the site is always great.
Plenty of toilets and showers, very clean and modern. Pub, coffee shop and Spa shop just down the road.
We hope to be back.

Great location but disappointed with muddy pitch.
Showers were a little small and would prefer a variable shower hose but generally clean and sufficient.
Would stay again but on a different pitch.
