This is the 2nd. Time we've stayed here. A very pleasant site, next to some lovely walks around the next lake nearby.
Toilets & showers a little dated but very clean.
The only down side is the pigeons, we were on the corner site, & there must have beeen 100's of them roosting above us. Loads of feathers everywhere, plenty of bird. As well. Not very nice & noisy at night time, early morning we were kept awake by constant cooing. They need to be culled & soon.

Great site, easy check in. E-mailed to add an extra night. All the info you need is sent by email.
Very clean site and well kept. The country park is beautiful.
Lots of walks to do, although if walking to the pub it is a 30 min walk. If you catch the bus back from Lincoln make sure you get the number 6 it's quicker. Park for kids

Nice small site. Large pitch size.
Hartsholme park used to be one of my playgrounds when I was younger.
So it was nice to stop over.
The Warden was very helpful.

Love this campsite. Gorgeous location. Wonderful woodland walks, lake & lots of wild birds & birdsong.
Felt very covid safe during the whole visit.
Short bus ride into Lincoln, but this time we chose to just chill out at the park

The site is nice and flat, toilets are kept very clean, didn’t use the showers as they were locked all the time but we had a shower in motorhome.
Hartsholme park is a lovely park for walking, there is a playground for children. Great if you have dogs. Cafe on hand.
Lovely friendly staff. Weather’s been mostly rain but would return next year.

Fantastic locality good for Lincoln. We cycled into Lincoln from the campsite and found the cycle tracks excellent. We also circled out on the water railway track beautiful scenery although it was very windy.
The country park is stunning in which the campsite is situated With many walks and lakes to enjoy such an oasis.
Although campsite overlooked by high rise flats in need of a spruce up and there was a little noise from youths using the local path ways in the evening. Also on our last night there was obviously related groups using a Motorhome and the pods and a little noisy into the early hours.
That said we would probably use this site again.

Great location in the country park so excellent for walks. A quiet site so very relaxing.
The pitches are a good size so lots of space.
There was no access to showers due to Covid but not a problem.
Close proximity to Lincoln is definitely a bonus.

Great location for Lincoln, bus stop opposite site, 15 mins to city centre.
Lovely setting in country park, lakes and nature reserve on site.
Easy to book, good access, decent sized pitch on quiet park.
Highly recommended.

Chose this site due to it's proximity to Lincoln, there are bus routes in to town however at the time of our visit there was a strike which meant hanging around for an hour waiting. When running they leave every 15 minutes.
The facilities appeared clean although dated. The female park ranger was very helpful and went out of her way to give information however the warden appeared to be totally indifferent.
The office was closed on our arrival with information regarding site details in the window, while I was looking at them the warden passed by and other than pointing me to the window gave no other information such as the codes for the gate or toilet!
Not sure if we would use this site again, the location is great however no-one likes to feel that they are not worth the effort of engaging with.

Lovely quiet site with good size pitch. Facilities are good, clean and well maintained.
Local shop and chip shop close by and great bus route into Lincoln just outside the park.
Enjoyed our stay, would recommend and stay again 😎
