Lovely caravan park, nice and relaxing. Staff very friendly. Toilets and showers clean and plenty of them.
The only thing I can complain about is we only stayed for 1 night,
Will definitely be going back for a week away!

From the friendly welcome when we arrived we loved this site. It is well maintained and well cared for. The staff are happy and friendly, yet helpful and professional.
We loved the immaculate shower/toilet block, excellent pot wash and easy rubbish disposal. Plenty of water points and easy to access services for motorhomes.
We also liked the 'Fodder' shop nearby which sells local bread, fruit, beer, cakes, cheese, meat - even barbecue packs for those on holiday. This is all part of excellent use of the showground by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society. There is a Sainsbury's within 400 yards for other items if needed. The bus into Harrogate leaves from there, and is so cheap and easy to use, with helpful and friendly drivers.
We walked to the pub, half a mile on a smooth footpath across a field. The food was lovely, and the staff, although depleted, worked hard and remained cheerful and informative.
We can't rate the child-friendliness of the site as we didn't take children, but it is certainly dog-friendly, and all the dog owners were responsible.
So, a brilliant site, in an excellent location, surrounded and supported by things that make a camping holiday enjoyable. Perfect.

When we arrived it was very busy, and we were on the overspill field. Going on previous visits to busy campsites, we were prepared for a noisy stay.
However, we couldn't have been more wrong. We enjoyed a loveley quiet stay, on a beautifully well kept site.
The wardens were really friendly and helpful. And, despite the site being full to capacity,
The facilities were clean and well maintained.
Had some lovely cannolis from the Fodder farm shop,
Will definitely stay again.

Lovely site on the edge of the Great Yorkshire Showground. Easy access roads roads for towing.
The staff were really welcoming at check in. Nice, flat pitches all with electric hook up.
Plenty of toilets and showers kept really clean.
There's a great farm shop next door and large Sainsbury's a little bit further down the road.
We were only here for a short stay so haven't tried out local pubs.
Would be very happy to come here again.

Great location, quiet, clean, well organised site.
A little way out of the town centre however on a great bus route with inexpensive fares & range of services even on a Sunday.

What a lovely site! Super welcome from the wardens, very clean and tidy,
Excellent Covid prevention, and very handily placed - the most amazing dog walks right on the doorstep, supermarket and farm shop, public transport also right next door.
Staff were lovely and friendly, and chatty, facilities were spotlessly clean and warm.
Even the added bonus of red kites flying overhead. Definitely one to visit, and excellent value for money.
