Amazingly peaceful, quiet, clean and welcoming site surrounded by beautiful fields and yards from the beach and bus stops which run frequently into Weston and Burnham on Sea.
Staff very friendly and approachable.
Only disappointing side is the shower / toilet block not being open, however as we have a porta loo and porta shower so this hasnt affected our stay.
If stopping here, I would recommend bringing exact (or if not more) cash than needed as the nearest cash point is miles away and ask if there are any additional extras to pay for. As far as I'm aware, cash is the only payment option.
Overall, we would definitely be returning.

Nice friendly well kept site, couldn't use facilities due to covid restrictions.
We enjoyed being so close to the beach, and nice 2 mile walk to shop and back.
We will return soon.

Great location only 5 miles from M5, 3 min walk from Sand Bay beach, 10 min drive into Weston or catch the open top tourist bus which leaves from a car park 5 min walk away every 30 min.
The site is flat with closely mown grass. Toilet block was out of use due to COVID but Elsa disposal and grey water disposal near the toilet block.
Friendly gentleman called Keith showed us to our plot.
Enjoyed our stay and will come again.

We loved the location of this site. So close to the beach. We even walked to the beach in our PJs with our coffee on the final morning!
Fairly easy access to Weston - we walked there during the day, and drove there in the evening. Not sure I'd want to take a caravan / motorhome down one of the routes we took though - very steep and windy! But there was other routes, including the one the bus took.
The site was basic, but met our needs. As it's only just out of the first level of Covid restrictions, the toilet block wasn't open. There was Elsan disposal and an additional drinking water tap. There was also a playground, which had been made of various bits and pieces, but it managed to stay together with me and my 15 year old playing on it!
We chatted with Spice and Tolley lots, two ponies fenced near our tent.
The owner / manager is fierce, but we liked her. She's very no nonsense, but this meant you knew where you stood and what was / wasn't allowed! She asks for plastic pegs only due to injuries caused by metal ones. We even compared prices of the pegs as I'd bought some from a well known value camping shop. Hers were cheaper!
Unusually, I hadn't done the food shop in advance, but we easily got take away locally both nights.
A great get away, which I'd happily go to again (and at a reasonable price).

Excellent site, beach access just across a single track road,
Close to bus stop and first class icecream,
All grass pitches but site quiet with good views and friendly owner
We cant comment on the site facilities as they were closed during the current situation
Access is mostly on single track road so care required but all cars we encountered were fair with us and the caravan
We spent aweek at Sand Farm and on leaving told owner we would return

Very relaxing place. The owner Christine is very friendly and helpful.
The beach is a few minutes walk away and there is a good walk to the headland of the bay with fabulous views. It is rural and laid back here, perfect for a peaceful get away.
I found the site clean and tidy and would recommend for a couple of nights peace and quiet.

Lovely small site 2 minute walk to a quiet beach, great for the dogs. Christine the owner was very friendly and accommodating.
Kids enjoyed the play area.
Elsan and grey water disposal very basic but did the job. Hand sanitiser supplied at the clean water fill point.
Had a nice 3 night stay.

The site was ok, we knew the facilities were going to be shut but had our own.
The latest time you can arrive is 6pm, and they will call you asking when you’ll arrive if you’re not there before 5pm. This we found a little odd as we always travel on a Friday after work and have never encountered such an early closure of reception. We heard one of the owners chasing other people to arrive quickly as they had been up early themselves that day, which made for a bit of an odd atmosphere.
They also have a rule about using only plastic pegs, which they just so happen to sell at 30p a peg.
I don’t know what the reasoning is behind this but I don’t like that it encourages people to buy more plastic.
Overall we had a nice weekend, just found the overall feeling the owner gave a little off putting. The ground was nice and the other guests on site were friendly, many of them store their caravans there long term so know each other well.
Oh and the road directly onto the site is private and is very bumpy.
