We had an enjoyable stay. Christine was very friendly and helpful. We could choose our grass pitch (which was nicely looked after) and left our drive away awning up for a night when we were at a wedding. We had a hook up and there was a field also for tents; the showers were hot; the loos were clean (some for each gender and others for both). There was plenty of room for children to play but no playground as such. There is an open top bus into Weston which is a reasonably nice seaside.
Sand Bay has good coastal walks and it is quiet. There is a local shop a half mile away. Supermarkets in Weston and on the way into the area.

Rang Saturday night & arrived Sunday morning, the rubbish forecast was probably in my favour, but being a campervan owner for less than a week I was desperate to try out my new toy!
Chrissy the owner was very knowledgeable & got me set up to the EHU, something completely new to me as I'm usually a back to basics tent camper.
Toilet, shower & washing up facilities were very clean & tidy and quite quaint with flowers & a rattan sofa in the ladies!
Just a 2 minute walk on to Sand Bay beach, just a shame the weather was not more pleasant!
10am pitch vacate I felt was pretty early, but a bit of banter with Chrissy & she agreed to 12pm :-)
All in all a very successful 1st outing & if I was looking for a close to home, close to the beach trip I would return :-)

Probably will not return, nice site, showers and toilets clean. Very nice short little walk to beach which was very dog friendly. The site says 'dog' friendly but not really as dog must be on lead at all times - however some people in static who used the site all the time had their dog off the lead. We were charged 25. 00 per night 2 adults 1 dog and hook up a bit steep we thought.

Just one night here. Good location right opposite the beach. Lovely walks
Spacious grass pitches
Dated toilet block no heating (open all year) no hot water in wash up area (may have had a problem?)
Thought £19 out of season was excessive for very average facilities. Makes CC and CCC really good value.
Approach road full of pot holes take extra care!
Did see the most beautiful sunset, so not so bad

FANTASTIC. Very friendly and very clean campsite. We went on the first may bank holiday weekend. It was very quiet with loads of room. The showers may not be the most power full. But spotlessly clean and nice and hot. Having read the reviews I think the owner was great. She showed us where to put the caravan. Then left us to get on with it. So we would highly recommend this site. We are going back next bank holiday with a few friends. A+++++.

We have just had a 5 night stay at sand farm and we really enjoyed our quiet break. We were shown our pitch and left alone to get on with it. The location is great for a quiet holiday, it may be a bit too quiet if you have kids. But having said that the family that pitched next door, had 4 kids between them and they had sack races, egg and spoon races, bean bags, cricket, balls and all sorts - they had obviously done it before and were very well prepared. Toilet blocks were clean, and spacious - sometimes ran out of loo roll but we always take our own anyway. Plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. The bus into weston was only 3. 00 return and it was about 15min ride away which was great if you didn't want to drive and look for parking spaces etc. All in all we had a lovely break and will definitely return.

Campsite situated in a great location 2 mins from the beach and great for watching the sunset with a cool dog and a tired beer! Be warned the only place in walking distance to eat at was the chippy/Chinese but we found them to be very expensive and not a 100%. The site was clean and friendly but got very busy very late on a friday night, people arriving after 10. 30pm.

Well what to say. Read reviews before contacting the delightful owner. Arrived approx. 10. 00am Saturday 13th of July 2013. I had originally booked pitch 12 over the phone on arrival didn't like pitch so asked to change and after a bit of banter moved to another pitch. It was ok but a bit uneven. The owner has this issue about caravan being parked exactly where she wants it. This could appear trivial but she obviously has her reasons. The owner could come over as overpowering but I found a bit of banter worked incredibly well. Toilets and showers were basic but clean. A short walk to beach which was ok and dog friendly. Had a visit to Weston. Nice place but oh my the clientèle 'Chavtastic'. Had a nice drink on the sea front cant remember bar/restaurant shame as staff were fantastic. Ok would I stay here again? Yes on trip to Cornwall if I wished to break up journey. If this site had a renovation of toilets showers etc it would be more appealing. I thought site was expensive at £21. 00 per night with no facilities and basic showers and toilets. Our next site in Devon (Whitehill) same price offered extensive and spotlessly clean showers and toilet blocks, bar and restaurant, open air swimming pool extensive dog walks etc

Lovely welcome, nice quiet site, guess we were lucky other campers were quiet! toilet and shower block homely and clean, nice to see recycling facilities too, nice quiet beach just five mins walk away, WSM just 10 mins drive away.
I'd say this is a site that is great if you want a nice quiet holiday with no entertainment etc. Which as we were having a kid free weekend it was ideal! Although there were bikes etc. Around for kids to play on id say if you have kids you would need a site with more facilities or they may get bored and spoil the quietness.
Will be returning in the future.
