 This is a brilliant site in a superb location.
The owners are absolutely lovely down to earth friendly people.
The site is immaculate and really well maintained. The small fishing lake has quite a lot of fish in.
We will definitely stay again.

Easy to find with spacious, clean toilet and shower facilities.
Good location with nearby villages to explore.

Beautifully laid out site, excellent facilities. The toilet block has two family-sized shower rooms which must be a boon for young families.
The owner was very helpful when we had a problem changing our gas bottle.
We didn’t have children with us but didn’t see any swings etc which was great for us as the site was very peaceful.
Be aware there is a pond on site which may attract some children.

Nice little site. Everything easy to find and use. Spacious, clean toilets and showers. Not too busy. Lovely time meeting up with daughter and her family.
Only downside was walking along the road to get to the public footpaths to the River or Great Cornard was a bit dicey with a dog and young children as a lot of the local drivers seem to think going less than 60mph is not possible (although its a 30 limit) and there is no pavement. Not the sites fault but something to consider if biking or walking.

Nice level pitch on a well maintained site.
The good facilities were good and very clean unfortunately the laundry facilities weren’t available to use.

A lovely, well kept site with spotless toilet facilities.
The shower rooms are huge. Good walks around the site and within easy reach of Sudbury and Colchester.
Great canoeing from Sudbury to the Henny swan pub.

Well placed campsite for visiting lots of Suffolk attractions.
Great little fishing pond which my friends child loved.

Cannot fault this delightful campsite. Situated in a pretty area of the countryside it is ideal for a relaxing stay. A very well kept and maintained site.
The showers and toilet block was kept spotless throughout our stay. A short drive to the lovely town of Sudbury where there is a nice selection of shops.
Also a short drive will take you to the River Stour where we went canoeing
A big thank you to the owners/managers. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely brilliant weekend.
The 2nd time we have visited, because the toilets, showers and washing up block was so clean.
Brought some friends along this time, even 2 non campers. Every one LOVED it!
Great atmosphere with other campers.
Not far from Sudbury, a nice walk around the market.
A walk across the fields along the footpath to a beautiful pub.
Will be booking for next year too 🏕️
