This is a beautiful site in a great spot for visiting Hull, Hornsea and Brid. We asked to be near the showeroom as Jeff needs disabled facilities, we were near enough. Lovely pitch with own water, waste and electricity. The downside is I booked this site as it advertised wifi and heated showeroom, two essentials when camping later in the season. I was told on arrival that the wifi was not working ' should be back in at the end of the month' very disappointed. We don't use a tv so wifi is very important to us. The next problem arose with the freezing shower room. So cold I couldn't get a shower. When I complained I was told it comes on between 4. 30 and 6. 00 and at between 5 and 13 degrees! I find this extremely bad customer service and don't believe they should be able to advertise this facility. Will not be back

Just had a 4 night stay, The staff & owners very friendly, there was a BBQ on the Sat and continental breakfast offered Sunday, what a nice touch, the site is very well set out, a good dog run, friendly people on site. Lovely walks. I cannot praise this site enough, will definitely be returning, thanks to everyone for a warm welcome and chilled out stay. Think this has now become my favorite site.

Great site. Stayed here for three nights. Very friendly and helpful Warden and owner and other staff. Well laid out site with decent sized pitches, each with hook-up, water and drain. Good toilet / shower block.
Harpers Fish and Chip takeaway and restaurant in Brandesburton worth a visit (20 minutes walk).
Beverley, Bridlington and Flamborough all worth a visit. In Beverley try Vanessa's Deli café, Pizza Express and Nellie's pub (The White Horse) quaint Dickensian style old pub. If in the area again we would definitely return.

What a wonderful friendly warm welcome we received from the owner and staff on our very first visit to this site. They were all friendly, helpful and informative and we could not have wished for a better start. The site is very well presented being clean, tidy and peaceful for adults only. Passing through the static caravan area to the touring area we were most impressed with the very high standard of the concrete bases which they were just laying, the static caravans themselves and the high quality decking and rails being installed.
A quality site which we will certainly visit again.

Excellent, well maintained friendly site on the flat coastal plains of East Yorks resting between two villages, Leven & Barndesburton, both only a short distance walk. Both have pubs, shops and carry out restaurants. We went to the Hare and Hounds in Leven for dinner - excellent and inexpensive.
The Touring pitches are very spacious, first class toilet block, quiet rural location, (note it's a adults only site). Site is ideally placed for trips to Hornsea, Hull and Beverley. At £20 per night with free Broadband it really is very good value. The site has a small club that was well attended on the Friday night we were there with a country singer performing and a game of bingo. Again, bar prices were very reasonable.
In summary a great site that measures right up there with any CC site - highly recommended.

Excellent site with first rate facilities and good, large, hard standing bays. We used local bus for a trip into Hull and found it to be rather expensive but it did stop at the site entrance even though there was not a bus stop. A few more rubbish/recycling bins would be a good idea as we only found them at the entrance and that was a fair walk from the touring pitches. Excellent pub serving food a 15 min walk away.

This was our third visit to this site. Once again we were very impressed with the facilities, Electric and water hook up. This makes such a difference. If you need to use the shower block it is always spotlessly clean, with constant hot water. Terry, and Keith the owner, as usual were most helpful if we needed anything. Understand they also have plans to upgrade the site in the future. We will be returning later in the year for our next visit.

Absolutely wonderful site - very clean, very level, with spacious plots, fully serviced. Site warden, Terry, is the most helpful guy we've ever come across. Very peaceful and quiet, as adult only, so if you want full relaxation, get yourself to this site. First time I wished we did not have grandkids was here, as I'd love to buy a static on the site, but my kids would give me too much grief if I bought a static where we could not take the bairns.
LOVELY SITE

Just returned from a great Easter break at this site and have to say that’s it a real gem. All the touring pitches are fully serviced and the site has a lovely look and feel to it, with everyone so friendly and relaxed. It is beautifully situated, just ½ hour or so from Bridlington and Hornsea and really worth a stay if you're planning to visit the East Yorkshire area.
The heated shower block was clean and tidy with plenty of hot water on tap throughout our stay. The village of Brandesburton is a short walk away and has a couple of good looking pubs, an excellent fish and chip restaurant (from personal experience) and a Chinese restaurant and take away (also very good).
Like the reviewer below I’m not sure of the Adult Only policy as there was a baby clearly evident on the veranda of one of the statics although it does state on the entrance boards to the site that it is Adult Only, but that won’t stop us returning to what is a really beautiful location.

Spent 4 nights at this lovely site. Large fully serviced pitches. Toilets and showers spotless and clean. Never had any problem in the whole time we were there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Area is ideal for touring the coastline and lovely villages. Plenty of dog walks. So peaceful on site had an amazing restful visit. Will definitely be back. Word of warning if you are coming from the west, we did a dummy run and followed the sat nav which sends you through the middle of Beverley! Not suitable for towing a caravan! Use the ring road. The site has a little clubhouse we never used but looked as though they have good nights there and when we go again we shall join in as everyone was so friendly.
