Just returned from a very peaceful visit to Brandesburton. Blue Rose Caravan Country Park is still being developed and has the potential of being a very nice site. The people there were very friendly and helpful.
The shower and toilet block was clean and very new. As previously mentioned, the pitches could be spaced out a bit more. The pitch we had was hard standing with electric, mains water and drainage.
A few minor niggles: I would have liked the option of wireless connection, waste disposal is by the entrance and the postcode doesn't take you to the site itself, so if you use a SatNav note that the site is between Brandesburton and Leven.
These are very minor and do not detract from being a very good site for a long weekend visit.

This site is still under development but when completed should be very pretty. Tourers are situated some 200yds from the main road but some traffic noise can be heard which diminishes in the evening. The toilet block is new, lighting and heating are activated by sensor on entry.
The seasonal pitches are well sized with room for caravan, awning, car and a good grass area for sitting and relaxing. The remaining pitches which are all hard standing and fully serviced, are small with just enough room for car and caravan / awning.
Brandesburton is within walking distance, and offers a small supermarket, chip shop, chinese takeaway and the Dacre arms which serves good food. The Sunday lunch @£5.85 is excellent value for money. If the planned small clubhouse goes ahead this will be a good site

When this site is finished there is no doubt it will be pretty and has a lot going for it; good toilet block and serviced, level pitches.
But a major drawback is the size of the pitches. The seasonal pitches and a few touring pitches are ok but the vast majority are simply not big enough and too close together. Our average size unit took up all the pitch, no chance an awning and even when landscaping is finished limited sitting out space.
10 amp electricity is nuisance.
I will use the site again and would recommend others to use it, but be aware of its limitations. Its a shame because I would pay more for a larger pitch.

Just spent nice weekend at blue rose ,work still in progress but will be 1st class site on completion. All pitches hard standing and full services with easy access.
Lots to do in the area, many fishing lakes & ponds, golf course nearby, pubs within walking distance approx 1 mile. Good site for short break or holiday with lots of coastal towns to visit all within 20 miles

Just returned from a New Years visit to Blue Rose with 4 other motorhomes. Blue Rose is an adult only site which we prefer as we are sure many other campers do.
The site is still being worked on but that did not detract from the amenities that are provided.
The pitches are hardstanding with water, electric and waste water points. The toilet/shower block is superb and warm, there is also a separate disable toilet and shower.
We think that when the site is fully completed it should be one of the best in the area.
We wish the owners every success in this venture (we have no connection with this site and the above is our opinion)
