Stumbled across this site whilst trying to locate somewhere local for a weekends camp. How lucky we were to find Wicks farm!
Everything about this site is perfect - perfect location, perfect facilities. The beach at West Witterings is a short distance away as are plenty of lovely country pubs. There are lots of cycle paths too. We are just counting down the days until we return at Easter.

We loved this little site. The only downside was we were eaten alive by miggies. But that's not really a reflection on the campsite, itself! The facilities were fab.
We initially only booked this site because we needed somewhere local to weather our new tent - but wished we had taken bike etc as the weather was good and we could have benefited from taking in some of the scenery.
Since visiting Wicks Farm we have been to several larger sites and much prefer the family run / smaller site. All in all a lovely little site and would definitely return.

What a lovely camp site! Have just spent 5 nights here, arriving on Bank Holiday Monday. A very well kept site with a children's play area, ball games area and very good pitches.
The washroom facilities were excellent with free showers, diswashing area, laundry, and clean toilets. We are new to camping (family of 2 adults and 2 children, aged 6 & 7) and would certainly visit the site again.
We were very lucky with the weather, thankfully, having had a glorious week's sunshine and there was plenty to do in the surrounding towns and villages.

Just come back from a 2 week holiday at Wicks farm (having been several times before). As always a complete delight. The staff are always friendly & very helpful (they made a 'wicks farm wasp trap' when my daughter went to see if she could buy a wasp 'zapper' - and it was actually quite effective!)
The toilets were spotless as were the showers (very important!) and the site is always very tidy. Our Kids (9 & 5) loved the play area & Ball park and the site is very safe for cycling.
The surrounding area is wonderful. Go to the Ship in Itchenor for a great meal, also the Crap & Lobster in sidlesham is lovely (bit pricy but they were great with the kids).
West wittering beach is a jewel, take a wind break though! Whilst you are there do try to walk along East head; beautiful! All in all I can't think of any negatives about this lovely site.

Friendly owner and trusting, as I arrived after 6pm and didn't have to settle up till I left the next day.
It was quite packed in - tents etc everywhere. I had just come from a site with lots of wide spaces, so it felt a bit packed in to me, and there were lots of largish groups.
It is in farm land, which is good in that there are lots of walks - and they give you a map (which I could not follow despite being a good map reader!) but the downside is that there was a strong silage smell and a lot of early tractor noise.
I walked to the pub in West Itchenor, a wonderful village, posh sailing place, with a fabulous, and dog friendly pub, with great food.

Just returned from a cracking weekend at Wicks Farm.
Smashing site, lovely staff, a campsite shop with literally everything you could possibly need and excellent facilities. The showers, loos and washing up facilities were pristine, the playing field and kids play area in very good order and the whole site spotless. All the pitches seemed remarkably level and most had power supplies. Drinking water taps were abundant and within easy reach of all pitches.
Would recommend the Lamb Inn around the corner for a bite to eat. Good food, reasonable prices and fantastic Badger beers.
West Wittering beach is a national treasure, absolutely lovely. The car park is £5 all day, not cheap, but the beach and facilities are kept very well. You can ride there along the Salterns cycle path if you wish and save the cash for ice cream!
This is a small site and was nearly full when we arrived at 11:00am. We needed two pitches and got one immediately and had to wait until after midday for the other to be vacated. If you can, book in advance to save disappointment, although the minimum booking is four nights. There are other, bigger sites nearby which would have vacancies, I'm sure, but pop in to Wicks first. If they have a pitch for you, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at this campsite for 1 night only. On arrival the staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful.
Reception is located in the on site shop which has all the basics that you would need.
The campsite is small and very well kept.
The showers and toilets were immaculate and had soap dispensers.
Ideal for our 9 year old it had a play area and also a large ball area field complete with swing and a table tennis table.
If you walk through the site you come to the Salterns way which is a lovely cycle path linking Chichester with the Witterings a full map is available in reception.
Dogs are allowed if on leads, which despite signs not every one obeys this. This was the only negative and not really the campsites fault only the inconsiderate dog owners.
We will definitely return to this lovely site.

We had a delightful 2days with our 2year old granddaughter. The facilities, showers etc were very clean & worked well. Granddaughter appreciated the play areas & the freedom of the site. We liked the superb area, beach, etc,& some very good local pubs. Will definitely pay you another visit. N.B. Your shop has the best range of proper no nonsense camping bits I`ve seen for a long time.

Nice site with clean facilities, a nice flat camping field with pitches that are all marked out and where you can and cannot camp all clearly explained on arrival. Site is patrolled by the warden which makes a nice change so not too noisy of a night which is ideal for those of us with kids.
Nice playground on-site for the smaller children. Showers etc. All kept nice and clean.
West and East Wittering are both a close drive away. Also some nice walks straight out of the back of the campsite.
The on-site shop is well stocked for the emergency buys.
Hoping to visit again in September before it's time to break out the 4 seasons sleeping bags!

First time family camping trip. Although we haven't really got anything recent to compare it to, we were very impressed. Pitches were a good size, the site was neat, tidy and generally very well cared for.
When we were there it was very much a family site - there were loads of under-8's running round & having a good time. The staff made sure that nobody messed around and kept the site clean.
The only slight niggle was that the loos needed a good clean come Sunday lunchtime, but generally standards were very high.
