This site had just opened the weekend we turned up, by gum it were cold of a night.

Plus points, nice views, very very pleasant staff, shop had the bits and bats we always seem to forget, ie bought one toilet roll. Had a fridge full of beer in case you'd forgotten that, at reasonable prices I might add.

The toilets were spotless and kept that way. The pub down the road did nice food and even nicer ale ! The bus to Scarborough / Bridlington stops outside the pub which also has Sky, which was good also,

Now then the only down, which they are not on their own with, is a lack of water points, we had to go to an unilluminated water point at the far side of the site ( we were at the top ) which is a little annoying at 6.45 pm with the coldest wind that Siberia could send, whistling down your neck ! We don't have an Aquaroll !

Small point which wouldn't stop us returning, though would try later in season.

Really enjoyed our time on Lebberston touring park. A beautiful touring park which is very well maintained. My only comment is it could do with a play area for little ones ie swings and slides etc. There is a football pitch in the centre of the site but 3 year olds don't really play football lol. I will certainly be returning and would recommend to anyone.

Just stayed a week on this site and it was in lovely condition, clean throughout.

There is a big section of grass in the middle with football goals on it that was available to entertain the kids. My kids are not really football kids and would have proffered a playpark. But that aside I knew that before I booked it and they enjoyed themselves anyway.

Toilets were lovely and clean with hot water for showers all day.

The staff are friendly and put the caravan on the pitch for you if you are not so confident at reversing (me). The pitches are mostly on a slope but they do provide a some wood to level.

Scarborough is not all that bad if you like that sort of thing, you may prefer Bridlington or Filey instead, however there is a good P&R to Scarborough which is only minutes from the site.

There are not any bad things to say about this site only that they do like to cut the grass (A Lot)

All in all the site does make a very good base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast.

We spent a week at Lebberston in June this year, the site was very clean and well set out,the grass was cut short and there was no litter, plenty of room for children to play on the large grass area in the centre of the site.

The toilets/showers were spotless, the only downside is the number of showers and toilets there are only 3 of each in both blocks.

When we were there is was out of school holidays and I had to wait one evening for a shower, but I can't imagine it when it is really busy how long you would have to wait.

There is a small shop on the site and a Morrissons not too far away.

Would recommend this site to anyone wanting a peaceful break on a nice site.

Just returned from Lebberston and had a really great time. There is a huge space of grass in the middle of the site for the kids to play in out of harms way, and the caravans are parked around the outer edge of this separated by a tarmac path/road circling the grass.

The showers and toilets are kept very very clean if not spotless ! altough there was only 3 loos and 3 showers ( for the men at least ). The site is brilliantly located for Scarborough or Bridlington.

There is a small on site shop but there is a 24 hr garage very very close (short drive to the main A165).

My only gripe was that the kids was not aloud to play with there bikes on the grass ! 2 tellings off and the said mode of transport and enjoyment was removed and with held by the keepers until after the stay was completed. This did leave a sour taste although after I had calmed down I could see the very practical point to this, space to play was NOT on issue !

All in all a great time was had clean and secure so it is on this to be returned to !

We found this site to be quiet, with friendly & helpful staff and the toilet blocks and wash up area were spotless!

The site is about 300 yards from a quiet pub, and although we never ate there the beer was good and it had a friendly atmosphere.

It is a short drive to Filey, which is well worth a visit, and again only a short drive to Scarborough for a more 'kiss me quick' sort of trip.

All in all a good site for using as a base to explore this part of Yorkshire.

Went to this site at the Easter weekend, all the staff were very pleasant and very helpful and even towed the caravan onto the pitch for me (to my wife`s delight). The toilet block was very clean and could not fault them at all, this also applied to the rest of the site which was quiet and immaculately maintained. Although there is no park, my son who gets easily bored (8 years), loved the small football pitch playing with other children on the site who were older than him but this did not matter also my 2 girls loved the site having so much freedom riding their bikes and playing around on a lovely site. When going back to this area again I will definitely return to this site. Could not fault it all.

We've just returned after spending Easter weekend on the site.

As previous reviewers have said the site is very neat with nicely cut grass, very helpful staff and clean toilet facilities.

We were at the top of the site on a grass pitch which was level and easily accessible, some of the pitches further down the field were quite sloping but there seemed to be an ample supply of blocks etc available.

The local area has so much to do with Scarborough only 15 mins away by car, the moors, Whitby, Bridlington, loads of quaint villages with nice pubs - we could have stayed for a fortnight !

My only tiny criticism is that the showers were very very hot,the temperature was not adjustable and I would have likes a mop or squeegy for the floor as the 2 showers in the block nearest to me were very busy and the floor was often soaking.

This said I would definitely go back to this site and will recommend it to my friends.

This was our first visit here, it will not be our last,

The site is spotless as are the toilets.

Grass is kept mown and there is no litter at all.

The local reception/shop is small but has the basic needs.

I cant fault the site at all, it even has a dog area

I would have liked a footpath leading away from the site for an evening walk, but that would be down to the council.

The wardens are very pleasant and helpful

It was Pleasant to be on site during the evening as all the caravanner's were sociable but not at all noisy

Recommended 100%

This site is just perfect in every way the owners so friendly even sent christmas cards nice touch.

We stayed 6nts early july and site was not too full mostly older people don't know what its like for older kids think they may be bored. Good location close to Scarborough which was great the second visit as we found park and ride bus as parking was not good. Only disappointment was we had to leave wished we could have stayed longer as there was so much to do in the area.

One day we hope to return but its a long way from home.
