This is without doubt the best site I have ever visited(apart from Glen Nevis)the shower facilities are second to none and spotless.
The views are to die for right on a cliff literally on the coastal path itself.
Very well organised arrived and walked around to select pitch. Fish and chip man on Fri and Sun is a must.
Walking distance to Boscastle and Tintagel. Will def be back here - just wish it was open all year!
They don't charge for dogs - and as we don't have children cant comment on facilities for them.
Wouldn't visit during school holidays due to this. Very quiet when we went so perfect holiday.

Stayed here for 2 days. Was made to leave motorhome in car park and wander around the site to pick our pitch.
Toilet block was excellent bit the portacabin ones further up the site were tiny and not ones I would use.
We chose pitch 146 as it seemed a quiet one with a lovely view, but after settling down the kids on the site started to use the sloping tarmac in front of us as a scooter speedway.
Lovely site with lovely views. Bus stops outside the site to Boscatle. But a word to the wise, don't get it on a Sunday as the return bus is only at 3.05, 5.05 and last bus 6.05.

Visited mid July for the first time in what turned out to be a fantastic week weather wise.
Managed a hard standing pitch on the second central tier, with magnificent views out to sea.
Lovely site in a fantastic location for coastal walking.
Site was well maintained & the usual high club standards. Odd to see so many people move pitches during the week to get the best spots.
Both the walks to Boscastle & Tintagel are stunning, & also the rocky valley walk to St. Nectans waterfall, ( though in itself this was a tad disappointing).
Visited Port Isaac, a nice beach at Trebarwith Strand, the NT place at Lanhydrock & a lovely, if slightly difficult to get to beach from the site at Bossiney cove.
Had a nice meal at the Napoleon Inn in Boscastle, & a lunchtime meal at the famous & interesting Jamaica Inn on Bodmin.
Golitha falls were worth a stop as was the stone circles & Rock formations at Minions. No wind & no rain until Friday morning made this a fantastic week.

Second visit to this excellent site, fabulous setting right on the cliff edge giving beautiful views over the sea and cliffs, perfect for sunsets. Facilities are faultless, spacious and always spotless. Useful little shop that sells essentials like milk and bread and delicious cream teas to take away.
There is an excellent Fish and Chip van that comes to the site twice a week, and a man selling fresh strawberries too.
They have extended the site for caravans this year, allowing them in the camping field, though their facilities are still in the form of portacabins.
There is a play area for children and a small dog walk. The coastal path is right next to the site, you can walk to Boscastle and Tintagel along it, not suitable for very young children as it is over stiles and gets very steep in parts. Big dogs struggle too.
They used to put the tide times on the notice board which was invaluable if you want to use the beaches, as the beaches disappear at high tide, but they didn't do it this year which was a disappointment.
Couldn't get any radio signal in the caravan this year, or phone signal on my Virgin phone (T-Mobile network). WI-FI is available but very expensive at £5 a day.
There are plenty of child/dog friendly pubs about where you can eat, The Cobweb in Boscastle, the Port William at Trebarwith Strand, to name two.
There are a couple of small supermarkets in Tintagel and a good butchers and a big Sainsburys in Bodmin.
Being on the cliff edge means it can get quite windy there, you will need storm straps.

We stayed here for 6 nights and how glad we where. The greeting was warm and friendly. We managed to get a pitch overlooking the sea and it was amazing [most pitches have a view as the site is tiered].
The pitches are big and ample for our motorhome and awning. Grass separates all pitches. The coastal path runs right in front of the site and Tintagel and Boscastle are just about an hour and a half walk away.
We walked to Tintagel and caught the bus back and did the same when we went to Boscastle.
The fish and chip van visits the site twice each week and the 'strawberry man calls too. Showers and toilets are very clean and modern and the recycling facilities are good.
We hired a car for a weekend while staying here to get to the not so easy to reach places. Excellent service from the 'Enterprise company!
Trebarwith Strand is a wonderful beach to visit and only about 15minutes drive. Port Isaac is about the same distance away and well worth a visit especially when the 'Fisherman's friends are singing on a Friday night.
We will definitely be back.

This is such a popular site that we could only get 3 nights here, but will definitely return. This site is amazing! We got a spacious pitch with stunning views over the sea, cliffs and Rocky Valley. Such sunsets!
The whole site is quiet, spread out and spotless. Very friendly and helpful wardens who will order newspapers, milk etc. Reception also stock basic supplies and helped me out when I found I'd forgotten my shampoo.
The main shower/toilet block was excellent - very good showers, in the Ladies there were 6 spotless toilets also individual wash cubicles with basins.
Highly recommend that you walk down into Rocky Valley - great views out to sea, but also goes inland to mill ruins, carved labyrinths and further inland to a sacred waterfall. Can't wait to return.

The site is on the top of the cliff overlooking the sea. Most of the pitches have seaviews and it is really beautiful. It is a bit windy though.
The wardens were very friendly and we were able to chose our site. They sell a few basic items and have fresh scones and clotted cream for sale also. There is an information room with details of local attractions.
The toilet and shower block was very clean and lots of hot water. The caravan park is in between Tintagal and Boscastle. You can walk along the coast path to both and each takes around 1hour 15 minutes.
There are a lot of ups and downs but it is really worth the effort as the scenery is spectacular. It is a pity that there is no pub within walking distance.
We did use a local taxi driver one night to go into Tintagal. It was 7 pounds each way which is a bit expensive but glad we did it.
We ate at The King Arthur's Arms and the food was quite nice. Both Tintageal and Boscastle are quite pretty places. There was no internet coverage with 3 network but the Caravan Club wifi was available.
Phone reception with 3 and 02 were OK and satalitte TV was OK.

This is a fabulous site with a very warm welcome. First to be highly commended is the late night arrivals area: it's the first time that we've been offered electric hook up facilities - very welcome after a 5 hour drive.
The views are breathtaking. I could waffle on for hours about the views but I won't - they have to be seen to be believed. The pitch sizes are generous. The main toilet and shower block is immaculate, warm and with consistently hot water. Water, waste water, chemical disposal and bin areas are well located. The shop stocks most essentials and the local farm eggs were gorgeous so don't take supermarket eggs with you, buy on arrival!
The local area offers a few good places to visit by car - Boscastle, Tintagel, with Port Issac and Padstow about half an hour's drive away. Camelford has the most amazing Fish and Chip shop that has won national awards (about 8 miles away, no facilities to eat in so we ate ours in the car). I think there is enough to do locally for about a week's stay - or just stay on site and admire the views. Lovely play area for children but it would be a good 5-10 miles drive every day to find them a local beach.
Only note of caution is how exposed the site is (well it is on a cliff!): we would advise planning your trip without an awning as we spent a sleepless night pegging our awning down several times, despite using the obligatory storm strap!
The coastal walks from the site to either Tintagel or Boscastle are glorious - a bit of a hike in places but well worth it. It took us much longer than we first thought mainly because of the many stops we made along the way to drink in the stunning scenery and wildlife. Good walking footwear is a must.

What an amazing looking site with exquisite views of the north Cornwall coastline. I must say on the one hand its amazing but on the other hand when its windy it blows an absolute gale, there is no protection from the howling winds. I must say we were rather fortunate that the weather although not the best was relativity calm.
As for the facilities WOW they are amazing they are top of the range with several showers and toilets all kept exceptionally clean. The whole site I must say was kept beautifully kept with the grassed areas being mowed most days.
On our arrival we were shown to our massive pitch which was big enough for our 36ft (10m) American RV with room for our smart car and trailer down the side still with ample room. After we had parked our RV on the pitch and set most things up I got my hose pipe out as I always do at other sites to fill up with water.
My hose pipe was not long enough so I asked the site warden if they could lend me a longer hose. We were told by the warden in a loud voice that you are now allowed to use a hose pipe due to a health and safety issue and will have to drive up to the motorhome point each time you need water, and told if you don't like it to leave now! We tried to talk to him and also asked him to lower his voice as we were not raising our voice in fact we only asked to borrow a hose pipe. The question we put to him that our RV is a huge vehicle which is left hand drive, and to move this vehicle several times a week must surely be more of a hazard than a bright yellow hose pipe along the ground attended at both ends by us. All in all unless the warden changes we will not return to this site

What an absolutely fabulous site!
We've just spent a number of glorious days at Trewethett and really can't find a single fault. The pitches are extremely generous, the toilet/shower facilities are fantastic, well stocked little shop (fab ice cream) and views to die for. I could have spent all day just looking at the view. There is direct access to the South West Coast Path from which you can walk to either Boscastle or Tintagel easily whilst admiring the Atlantic splendour.
We don't have small children but there was a nice little play area on site too which seemed to be much enjoyed. I really do highly recommend this site - the best we have visited thus far! We will be back - in fact, we have rebooked for September.
