Stayed for two nights wish it could have been longer but had to move on as site was fully booked views stunning. Toilet and shower blocks cleaned to the highest standard.
Small shop sold all we required at reasonable prices. All the staff we met were polite and helpful and always on the go. Got home and luckily got a pitch for a whole week this time in august.
When we stayed they were quiet happy campers.

We loved this site & will definitely return.
The views out to sea from the majority of pitches are breathtaking. We were able to sit in our van of an evening & watch the sunset over the sea - fantastic!
The only issue with the closeness to the coast is that weather can change quickly & winds are strong when it does. As a precaution those with awnings may want to remember to put a storm strap on, just for peace of mind.
There is good toilet block on site - modern & clean, it also has laundry & washing up facilities.
The small site shop stocks a surprisingly good range of items which should see you right if you forget something. There's an information room with leaflets about most of Cornwalls things to see, as well as details of things like local places to eat out / take away.
All staff we encountered were pleasant & helpful.
There was a good children's playing field that our children took advantage of to play football in.
Dog walking along the cliff top path was superb - you can walk to Boscastle or Tintagel along these paths.
For those of you interested in Mobile signal - we were able to pick up full signal on both O2 & Three networks. More than we can at home!
Site also has wireless internet available - though it doesn't cover the whole site. Cost was about £5 an hour.

Reception times slightly reduced out of high season.
Small shop with food and other necessities.
Directly onto the Cornwall coastal path towards Tintagel Castle.
The barracks with showers and toilets nearest the tent area was clean, but not very spacious. Didn't use the main one.
Tent area was sloping on a lot of places, but at least not bumpy. Very windy, due to being right on the coast, of course.
Very nice view!

Make sure you follow the caravan club directions to this site as there are numerous smaller roads that sat navs would rather you use!
Once there the views are terrific. But the wind is quite strong even when the sun is shining. Make sure you have the camera handy at sunset as you will want to capture the brilliant colours. As has been said previously a clean well run site and the wardens are quite happy for you to change pitch if one with a better view becomes vacant during your stay.
Tintagel is very close and visits to Boscastle and Port Isaac are musts (Best avoid the beach car park at Port Isaac if you are of a nervous disposition as the village roads are extremely narrow and bendy)

Fabulous site which is really well equipped and cared-for. We ended up staying three nights and enjoyed the superb sunsets from our clifftop pitch.
Small on-site shop with basics, excellent shower and toilet facilities which can't be faulted. Also at least 2 motorhome service points made it really easy to empty and fill up water.
Bus stop at top of drive with highly interesting bus ride into Boscastle and Bude and back - drivers obviously do this run often!
Shame we didn't discover a pub/cafe within walking distance. Would be happy to return.

Stayed second week of the half term holidays. Narrow roads and very bendy / hilly so take it easy. Site 2 miles from Tintagel and 2 miles from Boscastle - easily spotted from the road.
Spectacular views - we had beautiful weather but would be very exposed if rainy / windy. The facilities are clean to a very high standard - small play-park for the kids - not a lot else for them, but our two boys loved the coast path and exploring.
The location is excellent for visiting local villages and fishing ports like Padstow, Bude - even drove over to Looe on the south coast (55 mins), The wardens were very friendly and helpful - the on site reception had the essentials if you are caught short of anything. If you like waling / hiking this is definitely the site for you.

First thing to say, is that we were at Trewethett during the 'hot' spell of weather in this month (makes all the difference). The site is literally right along the Coastal Path, which forms the main dog walk although there is a small patch of grass area at the furthest extreme of the over-flow field which allows for limited dog-play. The proximity of the coastal path would need to be considered where children are concerned.
The views from the site are wonderful; the shower cubicles are large; the site shop sells the usual basics and you can place an order for morning papers (5p extra). Hard-stand pitches are larger than the grass ones.
The coastal walk to Boscastle is well worth it, but I found the village a bit 'expensive'. The walk to Tintagel is more strenuous, and shops a little bit more varied. Dog-owners; find Daymer Bay Beach (between Polzeath & Rock) for over a mile of beach dog fun.

A lovely site in a wonderful position on top of the cliff.Usual caravan club standards for parking up and checking in. Staff were friendly. The site is very exposed and you will need a storm strap for your awning although we ended up taking ours down due to a day of horrendous rain and winds of about 40-50mph. The toilet/shower block is of a really high standard, exceptionally clean and warm. Laundry facilities are also provided as are take away cream teas from the reception (fabulous on a very wet and windy day in the van!)We did lots of trips out and would thoroughly recommend Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow (especially Rick Stein's seafood restaurant for a treat). Unless you are a keen walker a car is preferable for getting around from this site. Would definitely return here but may try to arrive before 2pm as all the best pitches and hard standings are taken very early on.

This is the first time we have visited this site and wasn't disappointed. Usual caravan club standards, toilet blocks immaculate, also has spare toilet at the side when being cleaned The pitches are very spacious and the ones at the front are very sought after, but the views are spectacular from anywhere. The walks from the site are to boscastle and tintagel, both are quite challenging but well worth the effort. After you have visited these villages from this site there isn't much left to visit by foot, but there is a very good bus service that runs from the top of the site into other towns and villages, they run on the hour but get to the entrance at 15 mins to the hour and just hail the bus and he will stop for you. All in all a very good site, will visit again.

We had the worst weather in the world when we were here last August with high winds and driving rain. All awnings had to come down as the site is very exposed on the cliffs and is susceptible to the weather. However being a Caravan club site the facilities were excellent with heated a shower block and very good laundry facilities, both of which were very welcome.
At the time of our visit they had run out gas bottles but we got some without any bother in Tintagel.
The site is perfect for walking with some fabulous sights along the coast path, unfortunately the weather was too poor to attempt much cliff top walking and there was nothing else to do nearby.
A really nice site but you do need good weather to appreciate it.
