We stayed for one night on a serviced hard standing pitch.
The toilet blocks were very warm and clean.
The warden was very helpful, checked all was ok after allowing us time setting up. The small on site shop sold milk and gas, with the gas being bought to our pitch-great service.
Paying for the farm entrance allows free entrance the next day for campers.
Visit to the farm is a must, animal handling, feeding, tractor rides etc.
There is a nature trail too but due to the weather we didn't manage it, maybe next time.

We were a bit disappointed with this site and felt it was overpriced for what it was. We were in a group with 3 other couples / families and one of our party decided on the Wednesday it was going to be too cold to take their 2 small boys in a tent for the weekend, so we called the site out of courtesy to say if anyone was waiting for a pitch there was one going which they were able to fill, while I accept they advertise it as non-refundable it seemed rather greedy to keep our friends £72 they had paid in advance last year and re-sell the pitch to someone else, half the money back would have been a nice gesture.
On the plus side the wardens were always friendly and helpful but we arrived on Good Friday to be told the site had no electric on the pitches but an electrician had been called so everything was in hand. This was fine, just an unlucky blip we thought and within a couple of hours we heard it was back on so was ok with that. But then there was no electric during the day Saturday or Sunday either. This also meant the on-site toilets and showers were out of order as they were pump-fed so we left a day early while electric was still off on Sunday afternoon. Didn't fancy a night on a site with no loos, showers or electricity.
If they could sort out these problems it might be worth the £19 per night for 2 of us but not with unreliable services, we would expect to pay around £10 for a space in a field using our own battery and gas! Again, since they couldn't offer the facilities paid for, some kind of refund should have been in order but not offered and we couldn't be bothered to ask this time.
The Farm park itself is lovely, there's lots to do and its good that once you pay for the first day you get back in everyday with a wristband if you are stopping on the campsite. Unfortunately we wouldn't visit again unless the basic facilities reflected the price.

What an a fantastic site. Great facilities and the farm park itself is really good. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. Paying the one day visitor fee meant we could go in and out of the park all week. The kids loved it there was plenty to do. I can recommend the food in Adams kitchen. Met Adam was a really genuine down to earth guy and you get the impression that all his team really love and care for the animals. There is a fantastic milk vending machine at the entrance dispensing organic guernsey milk. There is plenty to do in the cotswolds can recommend Sudley castle. We will be going back again next year.

Just got back from our week stay at this site. It was excellent, our 5 and 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed the farm which is located on site. We had access all week for the price of the day pass which was completely value for money.
We have a 10 man tent and the pitch was ample for this tent and we paid for electric hookup which was really useful as well.
Toilets and showers were of good standard and kept in a good standard of cleanliness. The small campers shop is good for convenience needs and there is a Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold. Cool Bag coolers could be frozen in the sites freezer at the dish washing facilities and this was free,
We tried out the Farm Park restaurant for lunch on our last day and the food was really nice and of good value, generous children size portions were available as well.
The site attracts a lot of families and young children which was great for us, as most children were up and to bed around the same time and so it was relaxing for us to know that our kids were not the only ones up and making noise, that said, the site was not a raucous chorus of noisy children! There was also a small play area in the wood behind the shop for the children to play in and woodland/farm walks that can be taken from the site.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our week, so much that we wanted to stay an extra night, but availability prevented us from doing so. We are planning to book a longer stay here next year as there is so much to do and see in the local area. We can't wait!

What a fantastic site. It was a real privilege to sleep surrounded by fields filled with sheep and cattle! The best thing about the campsite was a tie between the incredibly friendly and helpful managers and the fact that campers get two days for the price of one at the fantastic Farm Park.
The entire site is highly child-friendly, and my daughter was able to take up with and play with the other children there, as well as have a great time in the Farm Park. The Farm Park itself has playgrounds, bouncing trampoline things, shows, history, a fantastic Touch Barn, a zip line, and is incredibly suited for ALL ages from little-bitties to middle kids to adults. Truly brilliant. Outside the farm park there is also a small playground for campers who don't go into the Farm.
The pitches are near to one another, but this seemed to cultivate a certain community aspect, and we were able to meet and chat with our neighbors easily. The biggest difficulty of the site is that if one is not driving, it's nearly impossible to get to, but the managers helped my daughter and me tremendously in managing our travels.
The toilet and washing up block are fantastic: clean, well located, and ample. There is a small shop with necessities, which is very helpful. We had a great stay at this site.

In general the campsite is functional and if you are used to staying on fairly bland sites then it won't disappoint. It is a 2 acre characterless narrow grassy field of about 40 pitches. The pitch is of a generous size but they are very close together and only a car separates you from neighbours either side. There is a small field of sheep next to the site which adds interest but if you are in the middle row of pitches your view of these is blocked by other campers. The wardens are very friendly and the toilet shower block is small but functional and on the whole fairly clean. There is also a small playground in the trees for the children. When we stayed it was the summer holidays and there was a majority of young families staying, no doubt generally for the farm park right next door. We didn't visit any of the local pubs but this site was ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds. We would probably not stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed 6 days here despite the very wet and muddy conditions during a period of nationwide flooding. The site has been open for approximately 10 years and never suffered conditions like this apparently. That said, the toilets were maintained in absolutely exemplary condition - full marks to the wardens Dougie and Kath.
We were offered help to manoeuvre our caravan to the hardcore track by Dougie. He also allowed us to use the single hardstanding for part of our stay. Approximately 100m of hardcore track was laid during a rare dry interlude of 4 hours. This was completed in a thoughtful and efficiently manner by local tradesmen, infinitely improving traction. A further stretch will be completed when the weather allows so that all pitches are linked.
Although the site (for obvious reasons) was pretty quiet, there were a few families who battled it out in tents and survived! They all remarked that this was possible because of the proximity of Adams farm which kept the children happy. Repeat visits are free for the duration of your stay. Quite a large area is covered and we recommend it.
We recommend this site for the tranquillity, the site facilities and cleanliness, the cycling and the nice people that it seems to attract.
We hope to visit again in Spring.
It is pretty obvious that the staff enjoy what they are doing and this more than likely filters down from Adam's obvious genuine enthusiasm for farming.
On a final note we would recommend the Pheasant Inn located in Toddington. In addition to the usual bar menu they serve genuine Thai food to eat in or take away at reasonable prices cooked by Thai chefs

We stopped here for a couple of nights and have to say it is a lovely little place. Previous reviews echo our thoughts but here's the thing. It rained and rained the Thursday and Friday we were there which turned the grass to mud.
Now on the Friday we were away for the day at the F1 practice session at Silverstone and when we got back, the farm had laid on diggers and gravel to create a basic but functional driveway for campers. An exemplary reaction to the weather (more than can be said for Silverstone!) and another nod to the care and thought that goes into running not just the site, but the farm and the rare breeds centre which is a well staffed haven for all ages.
Do try this place.

Had 3 nights here in early June and can thoroughly recommend it. The pitches are a lovely big size (as there are only 40 on the site) and are clearly marked. There is a big hedge on one side, and the other side borders a small field in which some of the sheep and goats from the farm park are kept. The only downside to this can be the goats jumping on their metal feeder early in the morning!
The small block has 2 showers & 2 toilets each for men & ladies, and were kept spotlessly clean while we were there despite it being pretty busy and VERY muddy! The showers are free, the water pressure & temperature are excellent & there is a hairdryer in the ladies (can't speak for the gents!).
There are 2 washing up sinks & there is also a freezer for your ice blocks which is great, plus all the usual drinking water, waste disposal etc that you would expect. The small shop stocks basics for camping and there is a good Co-op supermarket in Bourton which is a 10 minute drive away.
The site managers were really pleasant and helpful. If you buy your Farm Park pass there you just pay the once and can return every day of your stay. Brilliant if you have small children as we do, as there was a lot to see & do. The Rare breeds are really interesting, there are demos of milking, shearing & the children can bottle-feed animals. The farm safari tractor ride is pretty good & there are loads of different play areas for the children, seats & snack bars for the adults! The food in Adam's Kitchen was really tasty - Gloucester Old Spot sausages & a Steak and Ale pie from Adam's beef which was really amazing.
We had one horribly wet day during our stay so we headed to Bourton-on-the-Water where there is a fantastic Motor Museum - it looks small on the outside but is a veritable Tardis-like treasure trove, which kept 2 adults & 2 children (5 & 2) happily occupied for a good couple of hours. They have different quizzes for the different age groups, & there is also a toy section at the end.
All in all, a great site and location, especially if you have children. We will go back.

We are welly-telly addicts, so Country File is compulsory weekly viewing, and within that is the regular Adam’s Farm item. Cotswold Farm Park is directly adjacent to Adam's farm and is an entirely grass site with pitches for about 40 tents and caravans, half of them with electric points.
It had been very wet prior to our visit and the site roads were very muddy, though the pitches were still OK at that time. I don’t know how they would have stood up to the continued wet weather in July though.
There is a decent toilet/shower block in a port-a-cabin type building, and though small seemed very adequate for the number of pitches.
As other people have commented, there is no play area on the site, so when they are not actually on the visitor farm, kids have nowhere to hang out, so it could be that at busy times in school holidays there may be some balls being kicked around, Frisbees thrown etc.
The big attraction for being here is of course the visitor farm. This is excellent - all the animals, including the rare breeds, that you see on TV are there, many of the more domestic type ones available for stroking and cuddling!
Campsite users can go back every day during their stay for the single entry fee.
Directions to the site are quite specific - do not follow a sat nav. If you ignore this advice you could end up in one of several very nasty fords in the area. We crossed one (solo) near Kineton and the force of water through the engine compartment pulled the under-engine shielding panel off!
