Just returned after a week at Two Mills.
A very well kept clean and friendly site.
May be to quiet for some as this is an adult only site and seems to attract the older generation. We are mid 40's and were the youngest on the site. This was not a problem and we would stay there again.
We were on a lower field super pitch which was a good size and got sun all day.
If you want TV you need satellite you can hire this on site and they connect it for you only a small charge we paid £8 for 5 days hire.
Fantastic location for touring around Norfolk Cromer Wroxham, Sherringham and Great Yarmouth only short drives away.

Enjoyed a short break here, very quiet just what we wanted. The site was not too busy. Plenty of good walks in the area.
Just a couple of minor points - with 81 pitches there are only 4 showers for women, not sure about the men - not really enough for a 5* site. Paying extra to use the hairdryer is a bit mean.
Also, and this is a minor point - mowing. If a grass box was used it would stop grass being trailed into the showers / toilets / caravan's etc. saving a lot of work for everyone.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Two Mills. We had wonderful weather which made it so much better.
On arrival we were greeted by the wardens/manager and offered tea (which was a really nice gesture) and then after the formalities given a quick tour of the facilities before being escorted to our plot.
The site is on at least 3 different levels, we were allocated 'top Acres' right at the top. This was not a problem except for the distance to the toilet and shower facilities which was our only criticism of the site.
The nearest toilet was a short walk away and then only one toilet and 2 showers. I would anticipate though that in high season and very busy times this would be a real problem. Most of the time we ended up walking further to the second facilities block as they were constantly in use. (not ideal if you need to go quick!)
We had a super pitch with electric and water hook up. We did find though that the water often stopped flowing if one of our neighbours turned on a tap. We have a direct hose into the van rather than going through a aquaroll, so can't really complain. Had we had an aqauroll then this would not have been a problem
Pitches were a very good size, plenty of room for awning and car, some road noise in the background but never bothered us at all.
TV reception is non existent. Thankfully we had our satellite dish, but boxes and dish hook ups are available on the site for a very reasonable fee.
The site itself is very clean well set out and ideal for dog owners as there is a dog walk that goes all the way around the site. Ideal! There are lots of other walks nearby including beaches
It is well located in a central position within Norfolk for exploring all the major tourist attractions. We went on a tour of the Norfolk broads, via the Bure Valley narrow Guage railway and then a guided boat tour of the broads from Wroxham(capital of the Broads). Well worth the boat tour, wouldn't bother with the train trip again though. Very boring !
There is a sainsburys supermarket in north walsham, though a little complicated at first to find due to the one way system and other supermarkets we found as we went on our travels exploring.
The nearest beaches were at cromer and Mundesley. Cromer was very nice and a lot more commercial than Mundesley. We prefered Mundesley simply for the dog factor and being able to go on a larger area of the beach with the dogs.
A Beautiful part of the country, lots and lots to see an do. A week is not enough. Would definitely return to this site. (Never saw a turkey farm though)

We stayed for a week last year & thought the site was lovely. The site is laid out on three levels and we were pitched at the ground level. There is a lovely dog walk all around the site, plus a footpath walk across the fields to the village.
Facilities immaculate. Site wardens very helpful and small on site shop is very good. The surrounding area was lovely with good shops. North Walsham pottery is worth a look especially if you are into railwayana.
Despite 2 days of solid rain we had a lovely time & would go back again.

This was our 3rd visit to Two Mills and again we were not disappointed. The site is well laid out, having 3 levels, and all the pitches are of a good size. The shower block was very clean and had endless hot water and the site itself is well maintained. The owners and wardens are very helpful and always around should you need any help. The area itself is fantastic, just a short car drive to fantastic beaches and towns, or just a short walk into the town of North Walsham which has all the usual shops, banks and restaurants. Highly recommend this site.

Just spent a week at Two Mills, really is a lovely site, very clean, staff very friendly,
if I have one criticism we booked on a panoramic view pitch but as the trees were so grown up that was all you could see but saying that it was nice and peaceful.
The site is situated in easy reach of many places to visit, if you like stately homes Felbrigg house is well worth the visit.
I would recommend the Scarborough Hill hotel over the road for the meals the carvery was very good value for money, the drinks on the other hand were a bit on the expensive side.
All in all a very enjoyable week and we will be returning.

This site was spectacularly good in every way when we stayed for 4 nights recently; the wardens were helpful, pleasant and efficient - even reversing in our van for us when we arrived! The site was beautiful, mature trees, well kept gardens, clean pitches.
The hard standing pebbles were even raked whenever anyone moved off. Daily papers were available on site and we hired a sky box for a nominal fee to ensure perfect TV reception.
The shower/toilet blocks were spotlessly clean - as was the rest of the site including the washing up and chemical waste areas. There were always toilet rolls, bins were never overflowing and there was soft piped music in the shower block.
Would return like a shot and thoroughly recommend. This was our first adults only site and we shall certainly be doing adults only whenever possible in the future. The one blot on the stay - and not the site's fault - was the noisy pigeons roosting in the surrounding trees. Next time we'll take a pistol!

What can I say that hasn't already been said. A fantastic site. You'd be hard pushed to find better. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amenities are brilliant.
The local, The Black Horse pub does great grub at a fair price. Didn't eat at the Bell pub so can't comment.
Witney the nearest town (6 miles) is nice with all the necessary shops available. Oxford was nice but beware it's very expensive.
Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the water in the Cotswold are very beautiful and well worth a visit. (ask at the site reception for directions).

We visited this site the week before Easter. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The site was really quiet, until our last night when two couples arrived who were nothing but noisy and disrespectful to our personal space, but this may have been a one off.
The site is on three levels with all having good access to loos, showers, water and chemical disposal etc. The loos were all in nice condition, well looked after, and cleaned everyday.
If you want to watch television you have to have a sky box (you can plug in to the sites system at very low cost) or they will hire you a complete box etc, and rig it up for a reasonable price.
There were all the shops you needed within roughly 2 miles in North Walsham and a restaurant within 150 yds of the site entrance serving nice food.
A perfect site for a really restful holiday.

This was the second time we have stayed at this site. In March is was quiet with only the 'bottom' field and facilities in use so no queues for the showers etc which were spotless, and nice and warm (it was March). A very warm welcome from owners and wardens.
Pitches a tad on the small side, with an annoying strip of grass between the hardstanding pitch and the roadway. No awning (March) so we had plenty of space.
Really too far to walk to N Walsham town, but parking easy and in some cases free. Plenty shops, pubs, restuarants. Very easy to tour by train - Wroxham, Norwich in one direction, and Cromer and Sheringham in the other.
We will visit again.
