This is a lovely site, the views are breath taking. There are fantastic views from the touring field and we really enjoyed watching the sun set. The sites facilities are immaculately clean, the staff are very helping and friendly. The shop is also very use full. The town is very nice and there is lots to do, devils bridge is a nice day out, which is only a 15mins drive. We have already booked for next year and would definitely recommend this site!

As promised just had to mention what a brilliant bank holiday weekend we have just had on this campsite. We were a party of five families camping with young children, and on our arrival we were astounded by the gorgeous view over the sea and the sunset as we pitched tents on the cliff edge [not too close though!] The children's play area was great and even more exciting for them was the outdoor swimming pool heated ! The gardens were quiet and relaxing and beautiful to look at, a perfect haven for a bit of peace and a chat. The facilities were exceptionally good showers and toilets lovely and warm and clean, unfortunately the washing up room was being refurbished at the time we were there but I am sure that will soon be completed. The managers and warden were helpful and friendly, willing to do anything to try and make the stay special. Social events were enjoyed by all of us and the shop was handy. For a small drive you can get access to towns and larger shops etc Will be going again soon.

Wow! This site is so beautiful we booked again straight away for the bank holiday weekend at the end of May. The views out to sea are awesome - our tent porch overlooked the bay, and the evening sunset is gorgeous. Even though the site is fairly large and child-friendly, is is still so serene. Facilities are extremely clean and new and everyone is so friendly. The coastal walk took us just over an hour and was breathtaking, if a little steep in places, but I would highly recommend it if you think you can manage it. High winds forced us to leave a day earlier than planned, but what do you expect being on top and on the edge of a cliff?! Aberystwyth itself is a really lovely place. It's a lot bigger than we thought, with all the usual seaside attractions (amusements, donkeys, etc.), yet with none of the tackiness sometimes associated with such places. We really fell in love with both the town and campsite and look forward to bringing any future kids here one day! We like to try out different campsites so never usually return to the same one again, but for Morfa Bychan we have made an exception. It truly is a special place.

We have been going to this sight for 4 years now and every year it takes our breath away. It is a fantastic sight to relax and enjoy what is around you and the best bit is watching the sun go down as coming from the east we only see it rise. Yes we are booked up this year for two weeks and there are changes every year will let you all know how it went, but I do know we will enjoy it.

This is a fantastic site, have been camping here several times and with the new ladies shower block the facilities are out of this world - exceptionally clean and modern. The new shop and offices make for a wonderful first impression when you pull onto the site. The views from the camping Field are fabulous. We were blessed with the hottest July weather and I could not have wished to be anywhere else in the world. Either lounging by the pool or looking out to the bay it was a brilliant few days!

Have just spent the most fantastic weekend here, what a find! The staff are wonderful so very helpful and the facilities immaculate. Once you've got over the trauma of the road up to the site it makes for an ideal weekend retreat. We've booked to go back again within an hour of being there, can't wait!

What a fabulous site. We found this quite by chance 4yrs ago, and return every year. We cannot find another site like it, and believe me we try. The stunning views across the bay the outdoor pool, its serenity, the cleanliness of all its facilites, the friendliness of the staff and the closeness to other areas are unbeatable. we would recomend this site to all.
The only thing to be wary off is bad weather and flying ants. If the winds pick up you're in for a very scary time. The ?'ants' can cover your tent early evening. We have had to move off a few times earlier than we expected due to high winds. However that hasnt stopped us coming back each year and we have had some lovley holidays.

Fantastic sea views on three sides and sheep in the field behind, toilets kept spotless, plenty of showers and hot water. Site is on a slope, which was challenging in a tent as the ground was also rock hard. Agree with the others about the lane - it is a bit hair raising, but it is worth it, the pool closes at 5.30pm which was a shame if you wanted a dip after being out for the day. Having water hook up was great.
If some of the other campers had been a bit more considerate in keeping their music down and cleaning up after their Dog it would have been perfect, but that was during our week and I certainly would go there again. It is beautiful, especially watching the Sunset over the sea. Just writing this makes me want to go back!

May 2005 Have just had a wonderful weekend at this site. Even booked for another 2 weeks within 10 minutes of being there! The lane into the site can be a little busy ! You will get plenty of reversing practice ! Don't let this put you off though. The view when you turn into the site is aboslutely breathtaking - even on a dull day. The site is spotless, the other reviews for this site are spot on. The Ladies toilets and showers are portakabins at present as new facilities are being built.
All members of the site staff are lovely, but a special mention for Chris and Janet, always a smile and a cheery chat, very, very helpful.
Can't wait to go back, the most relaxing and beautiful site that we have found so far !

July 2004 Just returned from having a brilliant week at this sight. The play area is situated in a spot where you can watch the children at the same time as relaxing outside your caravan. Janet and Chris who work in the office and shop where really nice, very friendly and helpful. The views on this sight are gorgeous. The rocky beach has all little water falls and caves. To enter the sight you need to take the second turning coming south from Aberystwyth as this is better for tourers. Showers and WC's immaculate, they even had a little dispenser to sanitize the seat. Swimming pool is kept nice. We booked again whilst we were there for our second week coming up in august. Would definately recommend this site.
