I took my family to this camp on what I can only say was the worst weather for camping. Upon arriving I was taken to my pitch and my children played out in the rain. The toilet and shower blocks were in a very clean condition and the cleaners were always on hand WELL DONE. The swimming pool, arcade and lounge bar were all very clean and full of fun for me and my children. The children's enjoyment for this stay was made fun with the children's entertainment programme. The food served was good ( I don't cook when on holiday) with a fantastic value for money carvery. All in all we had a good whitsun break and I have booked a holiday over august bank holiday and I am thinking of leaving my van for a season pitch next year.

We visited this site just after the wet Whit-sun weekend. The hook up pitches were still pretty wet but we managed to find a reasonable area on which to pitch, the following days of beautiful sunshine soon dried up the rest of the site. The facilities were kept clean and the there was a highly visible presence of the cleaning team (still working at 10pm) who were very pleasant and did a wonderful job, afterall this is a particularly thankless task at the best of times. Our youngest child particularly enjoyed the sand pit, park (although this could do with updating as it was quite old fashioned) and childrens' entertainment. There was very little to offer our older children of 11 - 13 years, except for the bowling alley, air hockey. The whole family enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which warmed up after our first chilly visit. The good weather made our few days and the short walk into Aberystwyth enabled us to leave the car on site. Pleanty to do in the town, beach.

Have just returned from a break over the spring bank holiday weekend and cannot recommend this site highly enough. All the pitches are nice and flat with most staying very dry even in heavy rain. The site is family run with all staff being very friendly. The facilities are first class with nice toilet and shower blocks and a good washing up area. The indoor pool, gym arcade and bars are all in the same building and are very good. We had a great time and are deffo coming back here.

Great family site. All pitches are flat and close to the facilities. Toilet & shower blocks are modern and very clean. The club house / bar was great for us as we could have a drink while the kids were entertained ( good family entertainment ) Kids are allowed in the bars all night. Great sunday carvery in the club. We had a great weekend break and will return in the summer school holidays.

Ideal campsite for those wanting seaside holiday village campsite. Pitches were flat and people were friendly but facilities were a bit old and tired. Pool was absolutely freezing - even too cold for the kids! The club and arcades etc were dirty and some machines, games weren't working. Facilities (toilet block) was okay but have used alot better and cleaner at other campsites. Watch out for the trains that run at the bottom of the campsite that they don't keep you awake - steam trains I think! Quite a noisy site after 10pm with children running about and playing. There is a dog walk (poo area) at the far end which I would avoid being near in the summer!

Stayed at this site for Easter weekend Apr 2006 The site overall is spacious and well maintained with room for about 500 and is reasonably priced. There are 2 shower/toilet blocks witch are immaculately kept, pool, arcade & gym are all located in one building. All amenities are on site chippy etc & a very reasonably priced shop. Overall a good site. The only drawback for us was the children's play area could have been bigger and perhaps there could have been more activities geared towards younger children. That said we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would recommend this site.

This was our first family camping holiday, on arrival on Tuesday we were told to choose our own pitch. The site was only half full but by Friday evening it was packed. All pitches are quite close to the 2 toilets/shower blocks which were cleaned regularly throughout the day. The amusement arcade and indoor swimming pool were fantastic for the kids. In the evening you can relax in the lounge bar (were kids are welcome) or in the club were there is entertainment. Overall we had a good holiday and would recommend this site.

Excellent loos and showers but inadequate dishwashing facilities. Clubhouse rather noisy and site could do with some rules regarding noise from campers - we were kept awake until midnight both nights we were there by inconsiderate campers. Very close to town centre however and has quite well stocked shop on site.
