I found this campsite quite run down. Most pitches were taken by caravans that were left there for the year and had been fenced off with windbreaks which looked quite unsightly. the pool is only open for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, i was also told adults were not allowed in the pool, only children. The play area and games room were nice and the people running the cafe were very friendly

Went to this site x2 as first time camping with new tent (not far from home in case of bad weather and needed to feed cat every day) - but it was a good place for a trial run! - there was a swimming pool for the kids - not free £1 each per session, with 3 sessions per day and 3 kids it soon mounted up! - Showers were fine, clean, so was wash room and not far from local amenities either. Site bins could have done with more regular emptying - not pleasant at all, but overall a good site - I am sure I will be back there!

Nice site, can get a little loutish in summer. Nice static site next door with a bar (Higworth Caravan Park)and only 1.5 miles to beach .... A nice comfortable walk if you take in the village of West Town on the way.

Good clean site, small shop for basic food. Pub not far away. Been there sveral times since 1990
