All in all, a great site. We went with friends and had a terrific weekend. Easy walking to Pooley Bridge, great facilities on site (with very good, free showers), friendly owners. Everything you need from a camping holiday is well provided for - from walking/cycling, food/drink and cleanliness.

Could not find any thing wrong with this site,quiet on a night time(plus very little noise during the day,toilets and showers very clean,kids loved the play area.Only problem was as dusk started to come in so did the midge's,make sure you have some form of repellent with you.All in all we will be going back there without any doubts

We visited this campsite as a last minute booking as everywhere else was fully booked. On arrival the staff were very helpful and welcoming and the site itself was fantastic. The toilet block was clean and well maintained. There was an adventure playground for the children, and a small site shop which stocked all the necessities! Beautiful views and stunning walkways and Pooley Bridge itself was just a few minutes walk away with gift shops, and four pubs close by all offering food and drinks. Overall a great little camp site and we will definately be returning there in the future.
