My family and I have just returned from High Sand Creek after a nice five night stay. We are relatively new to camping and due to the weather were thrown in at the deep end a bit! However, this site is very welcoming. The saltmarshes (150 yds away) provide hours of entertainment for the young and old. The facilities (inc toilets, showers, washing up and laundry areas) are very clean and modern. The site has a great family atmosphere and most patrons have been visiting for years. The site owners are always on hand and are very pleased to help. I would recommend this site to anybody. We will definitely return.

Pleasant site, many tented families and more, welcoming owners, clean facilities, close to the swampy tide-plain that leads out to seal-speckled sands. Worth a stay.
