Clean site 1 mile from Brecon. We walked there twice but the pavement isn't all the way.
Site has a lovely heated pool even in September.
Toilets and showers were spotless.

This is a lovely clean, well maintained site with good facilities and a small pool as a bonus. I didn’t use the pool but it felt pretty warm when I put my hand in.
I stayed here to attend Brecon Jazz, unfortunately they don’t have a shuttle bus back and forth to the town now like there was years ago, so had to walk.
The first part of the road doesn’t have pavements so didn’t feel safe walking back in the dark by myself so had to pay for taxis back(this is what dropped a star for me)

Lovely site and we had a fantastic view.
Very clean and looked after.
Pitches were good size and lovely big field for the dog.
Was a bit of communication error between head office and the site owner when our friend turned out and was accused of trying to stay without paying 🫣 thank god for emails.
Would definitely return

Very easy to find, easy access to site. Matt (site owner or manager, not sure which) is very pleasant and easy going. Superb views from our pitch.
Very quiet site, the pitch size was very generous and plenty of space between units. We were in the camping field, and there was a fabulous, large field below us which was great for walking the dog.
The outdoor pool looked inviting but was more for family play than a serious swim - there is a 25 metre pool at Brecon Leisure Crntre which is just down the road.
The toilet/shower block was clean and plenty of lovely hot water. The slight downside was it is quite far from the camping field.
We stayed there to attend an athletics event at the track adjacent to the leisure centre. The campsite was very convenient for us.
We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again in the future.

We were told it’s a 5 minute walk into Brecon. Well Usain Bolt would struggle to run it that fast. It’s more like 35 minutes and impossible back who know uphill
Campsite toilets need to be cleaned regularly. They need a deep clean. Female shower wasn’t powerful Quite disappointed.
Wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic communication from Cathy from the moment we booked.
Despite arriving 3. 5hrs after the guided arrival time, we were meet like old friends and welcomed with open arms.
The pitch was number 78 and was perfect! We had glorious views over the hills. Water available on each pitch and electricity. The amenities were clean and accessible.
The weather was superb. The pool was open and our 6 year old enjoyed swimming and playing on the park. Both were clean and well kept.
The grounds of the site was well tended, the grass short and the meadow was beautiful to see.
Cathy helped us with taxi's and recommended places to eat. We have a had thoroughly enjoyable weekend and will be back.
Laundry facility including washing machine/ tumbler dryer/ washing up area and chemical disposal point. All were regularly cleaned throughout the day.
Shout out to Cathy for being so lovely.
