For the past few years we have been coming back to North Morte camp site.
The facilities are excellent, with clean toilets and showers.
Even if it is busy there is plenty of space with the wide range of camping spots.
Staff are friendly, shop has what you need and even a park for children.
Beautiful walks straight from the site along with stunning views.

We stayed at the North Morte camping site in early July 23.
The location is fabulous, the site is beautifully maintained with the facilities spotlessly clean.
The views from the non electric hook up pitches is amazing…
Overall we will definitely be returning and can whole heartedly recommend the site…terrific.

Stayed here for two nights whilst doing the SW Coast Path.
Site has amazing views out to sea and to Lundy. Shop on site is great and sells warm croissants in the morning.
The shop in the village sold mostly gift type items so not as useful for day to day food and drink.
Lots of toilets and showers which were always clean.
Good access to coast path and other local footpaths.
Miss Fea's Bistro in the village is very good but you need to book.
Overall I'd definitely come back.

Great campsite, we have visited a number of times over the years and it's still our favourite.
Superb location, great views, good facilities, what more could you want.
Just be aware that it's a hilly site so don't expect level pitches

Excellent.
Position, cleanliness, site condition, facilities, staff - all at the highest standard, made our short stay a pleasure.
The units are spaced with lots of room between them and the view from the site is impressive.

Friendly and efficient welcome at Reception and well stocked shop with cafe opposite.
Very spacious site, plenty of room to spread out, and magnificent sea views from everywhere, and the bonus of amazing sunsets while I was there.
The site is quite hilly in places, so bring your levelling blocks if you're in a van! There is also an absolutely brilliant and well thought out children's play area.
There is a very spacious toilet/shower building which was always kept very clean, and even being there in August it never got too crowded. The only request I'd make is to have more than one clothes hook in the showers, but even this is manageable.
And the site is in a superb position on the edge of Mortehoe village, which surely is one of the loveliest in all of Devon, and has two great pubs, fish and chips and other takeaways, and tea room opposite the church.
And all this perched on the hillside only a very short distance from Woolacombe; but the village is an oasis of peace and quiet compared to all the hustle and bustle of Woolacombe.

Great campsite, good facilities, including shop.
Lots of space and amazing views. Slightly slopey, but it is on a hill!
Definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
Walking distance to Woolacombe.

Perfect pitch good space, great washing facilities which are kept very well and great staff.
We had super pizzas which kids loved and ice creams but would be good to have a few treats, milk etc.
Children’s area is shy of equipment, super location close to walks, beach, cycling.

Arrived at site, received a wonderful welcome greeting from Hannah and family, shown to pitch by Brian.
Very relaxing site, great amenities, amazing on site shop which unlike most site shops, where they charge you the earth, North Mortehoe should be commended for their fairness of what the charge and the selection is amazing too,
Beautiful sunsets and everything you could want right on your door step, once we parked we never used the van again until the day we left.
If your looking for the perfect place to call home for a few days, , then North Mortehoe is it,
Highly, highly recommend this site and will be going back soon.
Thank you to all 👍🏻😃
