 We could not fault this campsite at all. It is situated in a perfect location. The view from our tent was absolutely stunning.
We visited Talacre beach, Prestatyn town Centre and Rhyl during our 3 night stay.
The toilets and shower block were clean.
The owners were extremely helpful and communication prior to booking was excellent.
Definitely a great campsite for children and we will be returning in the future with our grandchildren.

Excellent campsite very large pitches toilet and shower block very clean.
It states 11am check out but asked at reception if we could stay longer and it was no problem.

The site was really good and the owners were lovely
Such a lovely environment and clean especially if travelling with a family it has a kids playground,
I really enjoyed it here and would be coming again some time soon as I have really enjoyed my time spent here.

Good Value for money.
Tent pitches far too close.
Toilet block a long walk from the camping field.
Also to access the toilet or showers you must have a fob, meaning if my children were playing on the park they couldn't just nip to the toilet.

Couldn’t find anywhere that was able to take us for one night and this campsite reached out and offered us space although they didn’t have electric hook up available.
We were able to park anywhere we fancied and we chose a lovely spot for the night.
After an incredibly hot day of travelling the 4 of us lay on blankets outside looking out to sea and enjoyed the evening breeze till it was time to sleep.
The grandkids were playing with a ball and enjoyed the space they had to run around and we didn’t feel as if they were annoying to anyone.
The hosts were lovely and wandered round checking everything was ok and the site was lovely with the most amazing sea views.

We had a fab time at St marys
The site is lovely and clean
Nice big field with fishing pond,
The showers and toilets were kept clean
Our kids 10 and 7 loved the space to play including a park on site,
Thank you can't wait to come again

Lovely campsite perfect base for exploring North Wales and beyond. Big pitches with electric hook up.
Very reasonable price for a 12 night stay. Mostly a very quiet site (just the way we like it). Run by a Lovely couple very friendly and approachable.
If you want a home cooked full breakfast don't miss out here, breakfast was spot on. Good quality food locally sourced.
Toilets and showers kept very clean but and this is the only but.
We found the distance from camping field to toilet block just a wee bit to far for comfort, we ended up using car most times when using toilet block and showers.
I don't want to put people off it's a lovely site, great location and run by a lovely couple who live on site so always available if you encounter any problems.

Good for kids wanting to play and make loads of friends. Not enough showers toilets or water taps for size of the site. Some people are disgusting how they leave the toilets after themselves and other reviews are blaming them that run the site they can't be there 24 hrs a day grown adults should know better and its not the kids as they had all left when we were still there.
The fishing lake is full of weed no good at all for use. The shuttle bus to Robin hood site is only at night time which isn't stated on the website.
You have to go to Robin hood first and pick your passes up before you can go. Other campers were telling me to stay away as the water is filthy in the pool at Robin hood site so I didn't go.
There was no shop as stated on the website either.
The smell of sewerage was so bad it made your eyes water other then that it was a lovely holiday lol 😆

Love this site. Small and friendly.
Boys enjoyed the fishing lake. Little one enjoyed the swimming pool at the affiliated site in Rhyl.
No negatives that I can think of. The sun shone and we had a lovely break in the countryside.

Excellent site quite and spotlessly clean. Nice walk to the beach from site.
Fishing pool I will be giving a try on my next visit.
Had a flat battery on van sorted by owner and gentleman who was in his caravan next to us.
Everybody friendly made to feel very welcome.
