June 2005 A fabulous site in every way. The scenary was beautiful, the grounds are very pretty and well maintained. June and Colin are extremely friendly and helpful. Great pitches that are fully serviced and mostly hard standing. A great dog walk that is more than the usual small corner of a field. The most amazing campsite toilet and shower facilities that I have ever seen. We had just spent 6 nights at another site where the facilities left a lot to be desired but Daisy Bank restored out faith in using campsite facilities again. The fact that it is an adult only site is a bonus for us. Credit must be given to the owners for their care and devotion to this site and also to the users who help to keep it that way. We shall definitely return

April 2005 Wow! what a great little site, peaceful, (no kids) and a credit to its owners who devote themselves to its upkeep and care. The shower rooms are something else a combined toilet washroom and wet room shower, not out of place in a 5 * hotel. The surrounding area is great for walks, cycle rides and just chilling out, call at the supermarket up the road, 'Harry Tuffins' its amazing. The site owners are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The pitches are well spaced out but a little awkward to get into, but if I can mange it anyone can. It was so good we are going back for the Spring BH. which is unusual for us.

February 2005 Well cared for site by extremely delightful helpful Husband / Wife owners. Ablutions are amongst the very best we’ve seen in our 40yrs of camping / caravanning. This being an adults only site is a great plus. Very large supermarket just down the road. Down side, there are no decent pubs for miles around for either a drink or pub food. The site is well signposted so easy to find. Site close to road giving some traffic noisy, but not noticed after a couple of hours. A stay here is highly recommend, very popular site so recommend booking rather than just turning up.

August 2003 This is a fabulous site. It was a last minute decision to go away and this had vacancies in the area we wanted to go. Did not realise it was adults only. Though it is.... (Good job we had left our teenagers at home.) The site is very well laid out, spacious and wow was it clean. The toilet block is better than I have had in a four star hotel. The bathrooms are all in one so to speak. Toilet, Shower, Washbasin and Hairdryer. They were amazing. There is no shop on site or food etc but that is not a problem as only a short distance away is a supermarket. The owners were so friendly and none of the just pitch over there and gone. They showed us to our pitch and were most helpful. I would definately recommend this site and will be going again.

May 2003 We loved this site. Beautifully landscaped, stunning views, very well maintained. The toilet block is something else - more like bathrooms, they have toilet/washbasin/shower all in one, hairdryers etc and are kept immaculate. Loads of hot water. It's a small enough site that you don't have a trek to the toilets or washing up areas. Apparently it gets very busy at holiday times and it really is best to book in advance but they are currently expanding into another field. There is also a lovely dog walk which goes round about 2 sides of the site and there are bins and shovels to encourage you to clean up. There is a fair bit to do around the area as well. Excellent site - we will definitely go back.

when it first opened Lovely park which the previous owner did a cracking job of ruining. Banning kids just because he couldn't deal with one or two unruly ones (and their parents) does nothing for the future of caravanning. Long may it stay muddy & let it be invaded by a thousand curry filled cows!!!
