Spent 4 nights at this very nice adults only site. Very good shower blocks and location is lovely. Better for caravans or Motorhomes than tents as many of the pitches are sloped. Also the hardstanding is of quite rough granite type material which is not good for tents even with a footprint.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Drawback is that you cant really walk to anywhere and need to drive. Harry Tuffins supermarket about 2 miles away sells just about everything and has a basic but good cafe (cooked breakfast for £2. 99).

Bishops Castle about 4 miles and we were lucky to go there when there was a 'Michelmas Fayre' on and loads of things going on.

Welshpool and Powis Castle only about 12 miles and Shrewsbury about 20 miles. Lovely run out to Church Stretton and area. Recommend the Bucks Head in Church Stretton for food. We had a lovely lunch at a very reasonable price.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival who took time to walk us round to explain the layout of the site, the location of our pitch and facilities. Our pitch directly overlooked open fields and rolling hils and was the nicest we have had.

The wifi connection worked which was excellent, the facilities were well cared for and very clean. The site was quite large but it was thoughtfully split into sections so it didn't seem too cramped. Overall, a lovely caravan park in beautiful surroundings.

We had a 2 night stop over and couldn't have asked for a better touring site, Adults only bliss!

Beautiful views across the valley, miles of farm land and hills. Great armchair birding watching Lovely clean loos and showers, the cleanest I've ever been.

Great wee shop, putting green and great dog walk.

Well laid out site, ideal for short stop overs, or a longer holiday.

Very friendly owners, couldn't do enough for you.

This site is quite simply the best site we have visited. If I said the toilet/shower block was easily on a par with a 5* hotel, you would STILL be amazed when you saw them.

Site is quiet and peaceful, and secure, (coded barrier), lovely views of rolling hills.

TV aerials on long poles freely available in case you can't get a good signal. Nothing is too much trouble. Very laid back experience.

Nearby there is a large supermarket, (not one of the big four), with its own cafe/restaurant, a Chinese takeaway, three pubs, an ice cream farm, Bishops Castle, a lovely old town with loads of pubs and eateries.

Nice walks along Offa's Dyke, or a little further into the Clun Valley.

What a gem of a site. The staff are happy, helpful and very friendly. The views are stunning. Well set out (a lot of thought was put into the layout of this site). Only needed small levellers on front wheels to balance out the slight slope.

The toilets and showers are something else. Wow, I'd love a shower room like this at home. So, so clean and warm. Beautifully tiled and finished off. There is even a free hairdryer. The showers are excellent and free.

There is a hut with lots of books, DVDs, information, etc.

The dog walk is brilliant. Totally fenced off for the dogs to run free. Lots of space for them to exercise.

The whole site is so quiet and peaceful, the height of relaxation.

We walked across the fields and a quiet B road to get to Bishops Castle (about three to four miles each way). Also visited Montgomery and Clun (in the van, too far to walk!). All nice places with dog-friendly pubs. Churchstoke, just a couple of miles up the road is small with just one dog-friendly pub - The Horse and Jockey.

Great site, good walking area, the place to escape to, relax and forget the rest of the world. Bliss.

Access is simple with the site having its own entrance direct off the A4839 from Snead to Churchstoke.

Very friendly welcome on arrival, booking in was efficient before the owner walks you around the site for you to choose a pitch. The site is open all year, so all pitches are hard standing. The site is slightly sloping so levelling chocks are required for the steadies, but side to side levelling is accomodated by built in levelling slabs where required. Pitches are fully serviced.

All pitches have views over the open countyside and s good dog walk is provided on site.

Sanitary facilities are excellent. There are two blocks, each having a msle and female wc as well as 4 separate self contained shower rooms.

Reception sells a few basics and there is an honesty box for when the owners are not around. The information hut also has a dvd library that is free to customers.

All in all an excellent site.

Spend 7 nights on Kerry and behind us were camping pods x2.

The facilities were fantastic with the new wet rooms and we had a hardstanding service pitch including water, waste. Awning, electric hookup for only £20 per night.

There was a information hut where to eat locally, dvds. Free books to borrow and return, plus next door a pitch & putt.

The owners were friendly and helpful they take you to your pitch.

You have fantastic panoramic views, there is a supermarket a couple of miles away what more do you want. We will be back next year.

DON'T GO THERE ! Because I want to keep it for myself. This site is excellent, it is clean and tidy and the big plus is that it is adults only. The shower/wet room's are of the highest standard, pot washing facilities and laundry facilities on site. The dog walk although long and thin gives ample room for dogs to play and run, we have a young deaf dog and she had a great time running free. Pitches are hard standing plus grass, views are spectacular, electric hook up and digital ariel on pitch, (long ariel cables available from main office if your's isn't long enough) water and drainage also on pitch. The Elsan point has to be seen to be believed, it too is spotlessly clean but they even provide you with airfreshner and even a hand gel to 'wash' your hands with. The book and dvd hut is excellent, you can borrow DVD's for the night, all free, & there are loads of titles to choose from. You will also find tourist information, magazines and books, jigsaws, it really is a super added extra. The nearest supermarket is about 2 miles away, Harry Tuffins, and is well worth a visit. All in all I cannot fault this site, the owners and staff and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. WE WILL BE BACK, Gold Star to Daisy Bank Camp Site.

Just returned from 5 days at this really lovely site peace, beautiful view, spotless showers couldn't ask for more.

Location for offas dyke and other tourist spots great, there's a great shop which sells absolutely everything just out side the village. There is no pub close by so you need a car to get to anywhere

Village about 2 miles away, did not bother us we enjoy the peace,

Lights on camp kept to a minimum so the sky a night is clear for star gazing

Just spent four nights on this wonderful site, the views were excellent from our pitch. The facilities were very good, always spotless and warm. The owners are very friendly and even gave us a cable for the tv hookup. There was a very good information hut with free books and dvds to borrow. And a lovely pitch and putt course with free use. Overall an excellent site and one I would have no hesitation in recommending.
