What a lovely campsite, we have an 8msq tent and had trouble finding pitches big enough, but Woodfarm were more than accommodating. Mark and Leigh are great hosts, who made us feel really welcome, as did the rest of the guests.
The shower/kitchen/toilet areas are really clean with hot and cold running water. The shops are a bit of a drive away (take enough provisions from home), but it is a lovely drive. I wouldn't say the site is child friendly, but we didn't have any children with us. There was a large family with kids (approx 6 of them) and they seemed to enjoy it, they played with each other the field is big enough run around in
The lake was great and we caught 2 fishes, it was nice to sit round the fire in the evening, even though we were a bit late in organising this on our first night.
The only negative criticism I have is that is it not very well signposted - you really have to look out for a white sign with a big red arrow at the bottom pointing into the entrance.
Will definitely come again, everything/everyone was really chilled out.

We visited Wood Farm for 3 nights and thought it was a lovely site. Very pretty lake and camping field. Great if you like back to basic's camping. The owners Mark and Leigh were a really friendly couple, nothing was too much trouble. They both walked round the site frequently stopping for a chat. The pitch was nice and flat and extremely well kept. Just 2 toilets (1M/1F) and 1 shower room. All lovely and clean at all times, and plenty of hot water. Small washing up room with fridges & ice block freezing. EHU is available.
Our 9 year old son and son-in-law did some fishing, (included in your pitch fee) from right outside our tent.
Boston was about a 10 min drive away. Has Asda supermarket & good for shopping. Spilsby, in opposite direction about 15 min, with excellent fishing shop.
Will definitely be visiting Wood Farm again very soon.

After camping a few times in the UK and being disappointed, I was sceptical about Woodfarm. I'm pleased to say it was by far the best campsite I have been to in the UK so far.
Lovely spot if you want to get away from it all and chill in a beautiful place. The place has a lovely feel to it and all the sites have a water frontage. Awesome to wake up and see when you open your tent.
I didn't drop a line in the water, but I saw a few nice sized fish landed over the water from me.
There is a small kitchen/preparation area, 2 toilets and a shower.
This place also has a fire bucket for sitting around if you want, and I noticed a BBQ area which looked like it would be great on a nice day with a load of friends.
Highly recommend going there and I certainly will be back. Lovely hosts.
