June 2004 PERFECT! Not too quiet, not too noisy. Ideal for our children aged 12, 7, & 5yrs. It is small enough and safe enough with a relaxed atmosphere where we felt the children could roam around at their leisure quite safely whilst we got on with putting up the tent! They had a great time discovering the farm and all the animals. Their favourites were 'Del Boy & Rodney' the Llamas who strangely enough were very civil! The children were allowed to feed them a variety of fruit. The play area generated a lot of interest as its an amalgamation of wooden play equipment an old cabin boat for them to climb upon and in! And home made swings and an old train! It kept them amused for hours. There were lots of other children with whom they made friends and enjoyed their company along with the owners two children! The farm itself is very clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and all the family seem to chip in. The on-site shop is very well stocked (especially with chocolate) from basics to souveniers and camping equipment. The toilet facilities are clean and ample. There is a launderette and vending machine offering hot drinks for the essential tea drinker who doesn't have hook up or a stove with them! Much to my relief! The views are outstanding and the sunsets amazing. The only qualm I would have is the lack of shelter from the on shore breezes. It's a great place to relax and unwind for everyone. See you all soon!

August 2003 Just come back from a very restful week a grange farm my daughter (6) loved it. She could go of and play in the play area and go and see the animals in the farm. David and his family could not have been more helpful if they tried opening the shop when we got there so we could get milk etc. Being they had a very bad week the week before with the weather they where down on the beach tryiny to clear up after the tieds brought in the rubbish from the sea. WELL DONE.

July 2003 An excellent campsite with plenty to entertain children between the ages of 2 and 10. Busy, but not crowded with a good atmosphere and helpful/friendly owners. Facilities are all clean and work properly. Certainly looks nicer than the camp sites on either side and very good value for money (even the shop).
Highly recomended.

July 2003 My wife and I visited the site in mid July and found it busy but not overcrowded with people many of them returning year after year. The children’s play area was buzzing with children enjoying themselves on the various things there.
The toilet area was indeed very clean and we found no problem with the thermostatically -controlled showers.
The weather for our stay was very warm and although there were lots of people on the beach it did not appear to be crowded as it stretches for as far as the eye can see in each direction. There was the four yards of stones at the base of the cliff but then lots of sand down to the sea. Of course the time of high tide varies from week to week and during our stay it was at night. It is a shame southern England has the problem of plastic receptacles and debris thrown from passing boats being deposited on the beaches during the gales and high tides described. It is a credit to the owners of the farm who clear up and do there very best to keep this menace under control.
The shop opening hours did not cause us any problem as the local village was only about three-quarters of a mile away.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again.
