Great site, had tried to book in the past but it was full, however this time it was fairly empty which was nice. Beautifully maintained site in a really lovely village. Great little shop on site for any essentials and Waitrose and Sainsburys not far away in Witney.
The two swimming pools are lovely but are open to all not just residents so can be busy at times but for £18 rent it out for an hour as you will have it all to yourselves along with the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
The Black Horse pub does one of the best mixed grills we have had and its only 5 mins walk from the site. There is a walk through the countryside to the village of Newbridge where a lunch at the Rose Revived is a must before heading back.
Lots of lovely villages to visit, Bourton on the Water, Woodstock, Burford all with a nice selection of shops and cafes. Blenhiem Palace is worth a visit but is expensive and the staff are way too snooty. All in all a great site in a lovely area and its even got a small animals area with some cute bunnies, would definitely return

A nice caravan park but I wouldn't go back to this campsite in a tent. I would call it a caravan/ motorhome park as they have very small pitches and there is not much space for tents. I would say it's a great stop gap when travelling but not more than one night in a tent. Great area for walks and pubs, nice clean toilets great tent kitchens and sitting area for eating. Lovely people who run the park very helpful but not for us.

Warm welcome on arrival. We booked at last minute and were allocated a superior pitch. However other pitches seemed very close together and claustrophobic. Sizes varied enormously. Showers/toilets were generally clean but no toilet brushes in toilets so on occasions were struggling to find a clean toilet. Showers warm - however 10 second rule applies - very frustrating when washing hair. There was a smell coming from the drains initially.
Use of pool limited to two sessions a day (charge applied) private use was available but very pricey (tariffs not available on website). Wi-fi available but you need to pay for whole stay). In addition times were limited.
Size of pitches vary greatly. We stayed for 4 nights but by the weekend you had a feeling of claustrophobia - cars parked closely together and little privacy for some pitches. We had a fully serviced pitch (thank goodness) and had a little more room around us. However cost of pitch was again pricey and the most we have ever paid - we have been caravanners for several years.
Site was good but very pricey and money orientated - not for us - we like relaxing sites with plenty of room around us. Families would probably appreciate facilities.
Had an excellent meal at The Bell- very tasty food.
Sorry will not be visiting again.

This is a first class site in a prime location, set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside.
Shop is brilliantly stocked, the bicycle men who show you to your pitch, lovely and helpful reception staff.
Pitches are large and I understand the issue with the large RV in the review below, that paddock is not a good place to be pitched.
Facilities spotless and quiet location, Whitney 4 miles has everything you need, great Chinese ! We ate at the Bell in the village and it was delicious. Real Ale and local Cider.
Bourton on the water 30 mins and the car park at the bottom on the hill has a Motor home section park all day for £3.
We have already re booked.

We stayed for 4 nights. Lovely clean and well maintained site. Staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities, play area, mini golf, pool and well stocked shop.
Only disappointment was the pitch size allocated especially as we had booked well in advance. We had a fully serviced pitch but for the size of our van and porch awning, had we have taken our full awning we would have struggled.
No two pitches appear to be the same size and of all the fully serviced pitches we appeared to have had the smallest for a 6berth caravan. Yet 2berth and motorhomes had bigger serviced pitches.
When seated outside our van, it was a shame that we were not only directly overlooked by a very large winnebago/motorhome that appeared to be of more longterm residence, that we also had to overlook their cars, storage trailer, van, sheds, wood etc.
We would return subject to a choice of pitch allocation, now having seen the variation and layout.

What a fantastic site. We stayed here for 5 days, and were blessed with glorious weather (yes, those 5 days!), but the site would have held up under scrutiny even in the rain.
The pitches vary in size and shape, but we were very happy with ours, and envious of a few others. One or two would maybe have left us feeling a little hard done by. The toilets were kept spotlessly clean, we never had to queue, despite there being only 7 showers in total, and the radio that is on constantly was for me, a great addition.
The playground was large enough to keep my 6 year old and her new found friends occupied, along with cycling, so extensively that we felt little need to venture far.
We did make use of the private pool hire, and very much enjoyed it. Facilities were clean and well managed, and again, there was music playing for the duration of our swim.
All the wardens etc were cheerful, helpful and friendly, and also busy - never saw anyone not doing something.
We did visit the nearest pub, The Black Horse, and whilst they were welcoming, and had a nice garden, the food was expensive and not in the slightest bit special. (A steak was £23 - we did not order this but the cheaper meals at around £9 per head. )
All in all a great site, and we very much look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely site.
Excellent toilet and shower facilities. We were on Pitch 5, which was spacious but was slightly tight to get out of, as were some of the others in our area.
The swimming pool was lovely. It can also be hired exclusively for an hour. The shop had everything you needed and the staff were very friendly, always had a wave for you. The site is very clean, the bins and recycling were emptied at least twice a day.
Good washing up facilities.
Two pubs just outside the park. We ate at the Black Horse, was okay food but expensive to be honest.
We went into Oxford for the day on the bus which stops outside the site, cost £4. 75 each return.
Witney is about 6 miles away and has a Sainsubrys, Waitrose and Marks And Spencer. Also, some nice shops to have a wander round.
Burford was another nice little town.
The only thing I think could be better would be the facilities for dogs, it would have been great if there was a little are were you could let them have a run. The dog walks were short and narrow, one of them very overgrown and some owners obviously didn't know how to pick up after there pets!
All in all, a lovely site, to which I would return to in the future.

Lovely site, staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower block was the largest and nicest one that we have ever seen.
We caught a bus to Oxford which was very convenient and Witney was near as well.
My boys loved the fact you could hire the pool for yourselves! We were surprised how good it was. There was a park and a large field for them to play in.
Overall, a lovely area and a lovely campsite.

Lincoln Farm Park were able to take us at short notice when the site we'd originally booked, Bladon Chains C. C. Site near Oxford, had to close due to flooding. Despite weeks of rain, the site wasn't too wet, although there were some large puddles on some of the paths.
All the pitches have a hardstanding area which varies in size. There is a separate field for tents.
Both toilet blocks were clean and well-equipped. We didn't use the shop or swimming pools, but the latter were very popular with the large number of families on the site. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were shown to a pitch and the chap even helped us push the 'van into position.
We had lunch at The Bell pub, a few minutes' walk away. It was 'posh nosh' rather than pub grub, but delicious. There are two other pubs nearby which do more straightforward food.
Witney is a short drive away and is a very pleasant Cotswold town, with some nice shops and cafes, and a large Sainsbury's.
The site is very attractive, with a lot of mature trees. This means that some of the pitches are in shade, while some are in the open. But as sunshine has been in short supply this summer, it didn't matter!

This campsite is fabulous and could really be considered as an exemplar for others.
The site is well laid out and thoughtfully landscaped, locating caravans and tents in small discrete clusters. The practicalities of water, drainage disposal, bins and toilets are all located close by.
A good playpark is centrally located, whilst a football field and a games shed (pool, air hockey etc) are located adjacent to the reception. The reception houses a decent necessities/food shop alongside, some toys and a good selection of camping gear.
One of the USPs for this site are the indoor pools which are available for private hire. If you have a family this is quite economic and a bit of a luxury for the kids. They and the toilet blocks could quite easily be in a really good hotel.
All of the staff were nice, and the many groundsmen attentively kept the hardstandings, and landscape immaculate. The hardstandings are drained.
The tent area had a covered campers kitchen.
The site is within an easy walk of the village, with 2 pubs and bear gardens, but we just stayed on site and chilled, letting the kids play.
We will go back, and we are sure others will not be disappointed by a visit, but we suggest you book in advance.
