This is another great site, with very well spaced out pitches and great views of the sea from nearly every pitch, as it gently slopes down toward the sea.
As others have said the two toilet blocks are pretty close together, and from the far end of the site be would be a fair walk to either - not a problem where we were though.
The less well used toilet block actually seemed to be the better, with digital control for the shower temperatures, although both are excellent.
One of the reviews said no internet access, well I'm sending this review from the site connected via my phone wifi hotspot, so full 3g signal available from TMobile/Orange/ Problem must be with others providers
Wouldn't hesitate to come back

Very large site, Staff very pleasant & helpful. Toilet block clean & warm, showers were great.
Site very well maintained & the views are stunning with great sunsets.
The site is situated on the waters edge looking towards Mull.
It is also very good for those of you with dogs as you can walk along beach or if you like a bit of fishing you can also do this from the beach.
The site also has a shop which is very well stocked.
The town of Oban nearby is very nice & if you want to go to Mull or other islands this is where you get the ferry from.
I will go back to this site for sure.

Stayed here for 5 nights at the end of July, a lovely location, friendly staff and clean facilities.
Good play area for the children but as its such a large site ours where happier cycling around the site, as were a lot of others! Great base for exploring the Oban area. Good cycle routes nearby.
If your into walking I would recommend walking up Ben Lora, it starts in the next village about half a mile from the site. Beautiful walk and worth the extra effort at the end of the forest trail to reach the summit!
As it is such a large site it does lack the personnel atmosphere found on smaller sites, however we would definitely recommend.

Visited this site on a tour of the Highlands we were not disappointed! Loch views from every pitch and even though its a large site did not feel crowded.
We stayed on the pitches nearest reception which were near the road but did not affect our stay, no midge problem while we were there. Well stocked shop good opening hours lovely staff.
Toilets very modern & spotless. Ideal for visiting Oban(5 minute drive)which was a lovely fishing & ferry port.
Good play area and a nice walk on the beach. A Caravan Club AS & easily up to their standard

We stayed here the week before Easter and we had fantastic (fluke) sunshine from beginning to end. Kate the owner was so lovely and efficient.
The site shop was super dooper, big and literally 'open all hours' and the lovely Bob showed us to our pitch. We stayed on pitch 1403 and we were literally right on the beach, it was ace and so peaceful.
The views were to die for and boy did I get some cracking photos of the amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Yes we had a little uphill trek to the brilliant, spotlessly clean and huge shower blocks but the weather was so dry it wasn't a chore.
We've already rebooked to return in September and can't wait. The only couple of criticisms I have, is that I found the tumble dryers didn't dry our clothes at all. I think the heat element on all 3 might have blown, but the massive washing machines were super and they only took 1/2 an hour to wash and spin.
The second one which is totally out of North Ledaigs control is that I couldn't get a mobile signal and my husband couldn't get a WiFi signal for love nor money, but there are internet cafes in Oban.
Can't wait to return and I know we will be annual visitors for many years to come.

What a lovely site. The toilets/showers are good and kept tidy and clean. There are some lovely walks to be had from here, the old railway line is now the dog walk.
The beach is sandy/shingle and the views are stunning. Watching the sun go down over the islands was special.
This is a good place to stay if you are touring the area, Oban, Fort William and Glencoe for example are only a short drive away.
We were told that weekends can be rather busy at the site; there are a lot of seasonal pitches here, mainly all in one area and this can get very busy, especially when the children are out playing.
We would definitely come back here again if we were looking to stay in this area. As another review said, the check in was very efficient and friendly.

We love this site so much that we stayed for a week this year instead of a couple of days on the way to somewhere else!
For the second year running we made some very good friends whom we have been away with since. The weather was very windy so didn't get the kayak out this year but normally its a great place to have a paddle about.
The beach is great for walks whether you have a dog or not. The welcome was friendly as ever from humans and dogs!
There is a lovely hotel restaurant by the Connel bridge. There are some great scenic drives inland of Oban. Cannot recommend this site highly enough.
The stresses of life just melt away upon arrival. Sit down and look at that view. !

An excellent site, with 2 really good shower/toilet blocks, we were nearer the 'old' one, it's better than most other sites.
Lovely beach and play area for children and lots of walks from the site, there is also a very long cycle trail due to open in the next month near the site.
All staff most helpful and chatty, one camper had his awning blown down while he was out and it had been repaired and re-erected by staff before he got back, that's service.
The site is very long so some pitches are a long way from the services.
Oban 15 mins by car or by bus from the site entrance, has some great boat trips to Mull, among others, see Ballamory or is it Tobermory. They also do a Sunday lunch cruise.
We intend to stay again next year.

Stayed at this site for 4 nights and didn't want to leave.
The check in was very efficient and we were shown to our pitch by the on site warden. Our pitch was right on the beach and had views that were just amazing!
Shower/toilet facilities, laundry and wash up areas are spotless. Well stocked shop and lots of information on site about local attractions. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful.
There is a bus stop right outside the campsite with a regular service to Oban. We caught the bus twice into Oban which costs £3.20 each for a return ticket.
It is an ideally located site to visit the Islands. We booked the ferry from Oban to Mull on one of the days which is a beautiful place to visit.
Fantastic site. Highly recommended.

Told what pitches were available in the office and picked one, then shown to it by the warden. £29.50 for 2 nights.
Heated shower block, very clean, showers push button, quite hot, maybe a bit too hot for some people. Cleaning times 11-12 in one block and 3.30-4.30 in other block. We used the 2nd block further into the site. Just the 2 showers and loos at the front of the block were being used.
The line of showers at the back were shut off because at this time of year there weren't many people on site and I guess they weren't needed.
We were pitched near the water front at far side of the site. Its a bit from the toilet block, most people were using their cars to get there.
There is no lighting on most of the site, the only lights I saw were on the road going up to the loo block and office/shop at the top. A well stocked shop.It has morning newspapers available. Friendly staff. Sloping site at the back of site, chocks needed. A lot of seasonal caravans on site.
Childrens play area at top of the site. 5 miles from Oban, which has a Co-op supermarket.Recyle bins beside the waste bins. There is a slip way for boats on the site.
