 Pitched our new Montanna 4 tent here last weekend and had a fantastic time. Very quiet setting, super flat well-mowed grass for tents with the most spotlessly clean toilets and showers I've been to - brilliant. 20p for shower & hairdryer (that lasts forever). If showering children a shower cap may come in handy as showers are fixed very high on wall. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners who open small, emergency-type stocked shop whenever you need anything. 20 minute walk to village pub (The Plough) for meal - that was fine. Perfect for couples but nothing to do for children - no play area.

Very pleasant, quiet site. The owners were very friendly. The toilets and showers were spotless, there were vanity rooms in the ladies. There were 3 washing-up sinks and a washing machine and dryer. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

Friendly and helpful owners, plenty of room. Quiet site, will certainly use again - one of the best we have ever been to. Highly recommended.

august bank holiday 2003
Lovely caravan and camping site. We visited bank holiday weekend and it was full yet it was still quiet and peaceful. It takes caravans, tents and motorhomes. The toilet and shower block were very clean and the small site shop was very well stocked. It also has washing up, ironing, washing machine and even a baby bath which was handy for us as we have a 10 month old baby. The owners were very friendly as it is family run. I would definately recommend this site and hope to visit again soon.
