We had 5 days here. The site is quite scenic but we felt we were a bit tightly packed in. There are 2 loo blocks, which are closed at different times for cleaning so there was always one available. They were clean and tidy, but as with many CCC sites, the push button showers are very annoying. I understand why they are on a timer, but the time allowed should not be so short, having to push it every 13 seconds is a bit excessive.
Staff and shop nice. Small selection of books for sale in aid of flower fund. As mentioned in another review, there are not bins around the site, but just in one place, but I think that is fine. It makes more sense for me to take my rubbish to the big bins, than have the site staff empty lots of smaller bins daily.
Village has a nice pub, but we felt the food was quite pricy and we waited ages for it to arrive.

A very large site and somewhat felt a little lost and on your own. The site had a playground area although we did not visit this.
The surrounding area is magnificent, the nearest pub in Hanley Swan was very friendly, excellent food and very good service. Lots of other small villages and Great Malvern was a very friendly town with everything you wanted.
The Malvern hills were stunning as was the walking and countryside in general, highly recommend for walking / cycling for all age groups.
Exceptional toilet/show facilities maintained to the clubs high standards.
The only point that let the site down for us, and a couple we met on site was the lack of customer care, which for a Flagship training site for the club was very disappointing.

Spent the weekend here as part of a larger group of 2 vans & 3 tents. We were all reasonably close together in a corner of the Site, near the caravan storage area. That this didn't add to the view was about the only minor niggle.
We were very impressed by
The general location and lay out - lots of space and cover.
The overall facilities - toilet blocks clean and good standard, maybe not as good as Teversal our all-time favourite.
Helpful staff, if sometimes, as occasionally happens on C &CC sites, a little over fussy.
Plenty to do - walks to Henley Swan where there is an excellent butcher. Sorry to have missed the Morgan tour but they close at lunchtime on Fridays.

We have just spent a long weekend at this very large Camping and Caravan Club site and would agree with most of the favourable previous comments.
However, if you are young OAPs like us and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, this is not the site to visit. We were surrounded by noisy children on bikes, scooters, rollerskates etc. And, whilst we like children, we do not want them continually talking and shouting outside our caravan.
Whilst this site is fine for families, I doubt that we would visit it again.

When we arrived we were shown to our pitch by the assistants. Never having been to the location before the warden offered us a choice of quiet location or one by the park.
Silly me choose the one by the park and facilities block.
The park was full of children with it being the weekend. It was noisy in as much of lots children's voices. It was good to see children running around palyoing together and I must admit ist was fun watching the children run rings around the grownups playing football and cricket.
Everyone adhered to the quiet time of 11pm.
The shower block was cleaned every afternoon between 2.00 - 4.30pm. Never had to wait for a loo or a shower. The showers were push button but I felt there was sufficent water before you had to push the button again. There were separate cubicals with just a sink.
The location is suitable for visits to Worcester, Hereford or Wales.
I can recommend the The Old Bush in Callow End for food at a reasonable price. Plaice and Chips with peas and salad £7.95. It was a large portion. This is pub that prides itself on customer service. There is a garden for younger children.
On the site there is also a shop. It does things like bread milk eggs papers. Never used it as Morrisons was in the town of Malvern,
The WIFI fees were over the top. £5 an hour or £25 per week. Needless to say we didn't use them.
I must say we throughly enjoyed our stay at this site and will be returning.

Just came back from a weekend at this site, and it is spotless as others say. Also the staff are very helpful. My missus was well impressed with site so we will go again. We have our youngest 2 with us 18months and 30 months all ok. We ordered a delivery Indian curry and they dropped off at reception. Very good site, its a must, people all friendly and a well kept site. Close to Three county showground and we went to vw festival.

This was our first outing in our first caravan, so we chose local and a Caravan Club site.
The facilities are first class indeed - spotless toilets and wash-up area's.
The wardens were very helpful indeed.
Being a Caravan Club site there were many experienced users, and our little caravan did seem a bit out of place! Nevertheless very nice.
We would probably return, as the costs are quite reasonable for members.

Just spent 2 nights here over the may bank holiday weekend and although the site was fully booked everywhere was spotless - toilet block, showers, washing area and play ground were all kept very clean, no litter. The kids on site were well behaved. Dog walk around the perimeter of the site, level pitches, plenty of water taps available. Definitely coming here again, only 45 mins from home - no queuing in traffic on the M5 for us on a bank holiday Monday!

We've just spent 4 nights here and were not disappointed, A very green picturesque site with 2 modern and spotlessly clean toilet blocks a recreation / games room and a shop / reception room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, Nothing seemed to be too much bother for them.
There are some very interesting and beautiful towns and villages nearby, Notably Great Malvern and Upton on Severn.
We'll definitely be revisiting this site very soon

We stayed here for 1 night on the way up to the Lake District (only 10 miles off the M5). Very friendly welcome, large tree lined site. Spotlessy clean, very modern facilities. Wooded dog walk all the way around the edge of the site, with plenty of bins. Right next door to CC site, which had a fish & chip van on the Saturday night!
We did not get time to explore the local village pubs, shops etc.
