June 2005 Well we were back again. This time we brought some friends and they loved it they are planning a trip there again real soon, although very basic, clean comfortable and got the nessassary facilites. The weather was beautiful, which add to the pleasure of being there and the beach very nearby was great very clean with lots of watersports going on. Other half was happy got lots of fishing in from mackrel rock which is only a short walk away. So bring your rods!!
Holyhead is only a couple of mins away and you can jump on the fast ferry to Ireland as a day passenger for a very low fare. Owners are very friendly and polite hospitality second to none. Only down side was the creature (we dont know what) that was entering our tent when we were away and during the night and helping itself to our food that was within reach to it. I hope it enjoyed it cause I was really looking forward to those sausages for my breakie.
The views are awesome on a clear day you can see all the Snowdonian mountain range. Highly recommended. We will be going back again real soon.

May 2005 Great easy going campsite with wonderfull views. Very cheap and only 5 mins drive from Holyhead. Could do with a few more showers and toliets as they are busy in the mornings but the ones there are fine. Can get very windy but a lovely site would definatly go again.

August 2004 This was the first time I have been camping for years so I did not really know what to expect, the facilities are basic i.e. toilets and showers but in fairness they all worked and done the job, the view at sunset is quite something else as the sun seems to slip into the sea and was worth a visit for that alone I think, the people there were very nice both on the phone and in person. I would go again but first I need to see a few more sites to compare it to. Most Important We Had a Great Time.
