We came here on non electric pitch as I forgot to tell them my partner problems, but !
The manager stepped up to the plate after introducing her to him he gave us a electric pitch right by front after we were right at back of sandy bay!
He was amazing to her needs and can't thank him enough ! With no extra charge the virus lounge where we bought tickets was excellent and the food was fantastic on Friday and perfect Sunday lunch cabaret

Great location in this site as you are in the heart of things, beach which is fantastic,
Bars food and entertainment are second to none.
Second time we have used it and we will certainly use it again,
Would highly recommend.

Very nice site 2 seconds from the beach.
Booked over the phone which was easy & straight forward.
Haven’t stayed in Porthcawl for quite a few years and although it’s not changed it brought back a lot of good memories.

Nice site on the beach
Lovely clean shower and toilets
Great situated near to fairground and pubs, fish shops and other eating places
Lovely staff
Will stay on site again

Toilets cleaned every morning. Friendly staff.
Sadly had to pay for 4 nights even though we only stayed for 2 but this may only be the case because it was the Elvis convention.

Very good location, porta cabin toilets and shower block clean and prctical.
The only let down was trying to peg down a awning due to the site being mostly chippings so very difficult to get the pegs in.

Great site right in the middle of everything, including right on the beach,
2 min away from fun fair and 10 min from town.

We loved our stay, close the beach a short walk into town.
All facilities were immaculate, people were friendly and the pitch was a good size for a motorhome.

Quiet site, on the beach which is great.
Toilet and shower blocks are Portacabins, but they are very clean and tidy. Showers are good and hot.
Need to have words with their cleaning lady, who was rude to my wife when she tried to take our boy to use the bathroom when she was in the middle of cleaning. No sign up, no cleaning times noted. How were we to know? But sure, be rude about it. And have a good old natter away to another guest whilst people are waiting to use the facilities.
Maybe warn people on the phone that you want us to hand over £20 cash for a keyfob for the gate. Was unprepared completely. Bare in mind that you issue NO booking confirmation, so no info to work with prior to turning up. Just hope and prey the booking went through and rock up I guess?
Shame about the negative points because, basic as the site is, it is wonderfully sited, stress free and generally a good pitch.
Teach staff some manners, if at all possible. They cost nothing, and you will not get reviews like this left on here.
