Well what can I say the Easter weekend break was great the campsite was first class what a friendly reception we had by all the a staff they make you very welcome. The facilities were second to none and couldn't be bettered. Although this campsite has opened only three weeks ago we feel that we would struggle to book pitches in the near future as I'm sure it's really going to be very popular as it is absolutely beautiful, the pitches are well laid out, the toilet and shower block are first class. The laundry room is fantastic washing machine ironing board to suit all your needs, as for the. Location if you like walking there are some fantastic walks to suit all, the bistro there is beautiful and the staff are very helpful, there's a lovely shop on site where they sell all fresh produce the vegetables are beautiful and it is a very well presented shop, the bakery is amazing with fresh bread and cakes delicious I must say. This site have certainly got it right and we will definitely be returning as we visit rockingham race circuit at weekends and is right on our doorstep from there, thankyou so much for the warm welcome from Sarah and Simon and the lovely chocolate Easter bunnie and card you left for us on Easter Sunday it was a lovely touch, see you soon we hope Steve and Alison Birks x good luck in the future !

Lovely campsite, facilities first class, showers and toilet block warm, clean and tidy. Nice outlook over the fields. Lambs, Red Kites and Easter Bunnies were all lovely to see.
Steak from the farm shop was fantastic, so was the bacon! I can recommend the Bakewell tart as well.
Only 2 drawbacks, and not major ones, were no drain under the tent camping area water taps, grey water was tipped down spare caravan drains nearby otherwise it's a walk upto the washing up areas or the drain up that end of the site. Sometimes the noise from the A43 was noticeable but later on in the season with more leaf cover on trees by the road this could be less noticeable.
Would I go back again - YES.

We have just returned from a stay at this lovely campsite over Easter. Upon our arrival we were given a very warm and friendly welcome to this recently opened campsite by the owners. The pitches are spacious and the owners have thought of everything - even down to the best way to pitch your tent and park your car to maximise the sun shining onto your pitch - when it's out! The toilet and shower block is fabulous, clean, warm with very good powerful showers. A welcome pack is also provided giving lots of ideas for walks etc in the surrounding area. We would recommend a trip to Stamford, a lovely place to stroll around with some nice shops.
Fermyn Woods and Barnwell Country Parks are also worth a visit. All in all a very nice site which has had a lot of thought put into making your stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Just like the previous campers who have left reviews we have just returned from this excellent site. Everything about this site is first class, owners, warden and staff so helpful, facilities excellent and the pitches well spaced, the added bonus of the wildlife and farm animals so close at hand was a pleasure. When I got up at 7am Sunday morning I was greeted by a Easter surprise on our table outside and on a trip to the shower block I noticed that every unit had the same surprise, a wonderful thought and gesture. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back. Jeremy &linda

I am now a convert to Adult Only sites after what must be the most relaxing weekend I think I have ever had, thanks to New Lodge Caravan & Camping Site. A new gem in the Northamptonshire countryside between Corby & Stamford.
Spacious grass & Hardstanding pitches all with ehu, fresh water & grey waste drainage. Some with a gentle slope at the rear of the site but mostly flat at the front. First class Showerblock & Laundry/Dishwashing area, a farm shop/cafe that serve delicious home cooked light meals + fresh fruit & veg + meats for the b. B. Q.
The wardens & shop/cafe staff all so friendly & helpfully.
For now Northamptonshire's best kept secret.

Stayed at New Lodge Farm over Easter. This is a brand new adult only site and is marvellous. The owners make you feel so welcome. They have thought of everything when setting up this new venture and the facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. They also welcome feedback in order to make sure that the site meets your needs which is so positive. It is a working farm and it was fun to see the playful lambs wandering around, even close to our van when they 'escaped' from the field!
You have access to the Farm Shop and Bistro which sell great local produce and there is loads of space to wander around. There are some great walks in the area many of which can start from the Campsite, our favourite being Wakerley Woods accessed via the village of Laxton which is so pretty.
We visited Stamford which is only a 15 minute drive away and a perfect place to mooch around whether it is sunny or wet. There is a Camra award winning pub in the village of Bulwick which we walked to from the site.
We would recommend this site and had a great time. We will be back soon.

We had the privilege to be the very first visitors to this superb new adults-only site, which is based around the well-established farm shop and tearooms. The site is in a great location, surrounded by beautiful countryside and picture-book villages, close to charming towns such as Stamford, Oundle and Uppingham, yet easy to get to.
Newly-converted stone barns contain the excellent showers and loos, a spacious and well-equipped laundry and washing up area and the reception office.
The pitches are generous and all have electricity, water and grey waste drainage.
Simon and Sarah could not have been more helpful and welcoming and Carol, the warden, and Ian, her husband (and farm shop butcher) were fantastic. The sausages from the shop were delicious!
We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay on this new 'Adults only' Caravan & Camping site. The facilities are extremely good, Fresh water, Drain for waste water and electric hook-up on all pitches. The toilet and shower block has been finished to a very high standard with plenty of room in the shower enclosures. There is also a very well equipped Laundry /Washing -up room. The site is very well laid out and there is a field at the bottom of the site for walking in or to walk your dog. There is also a Farm Shop /Coffee Shop which serves Light meals and is open at weekends. The Farm shop is also open for restricted hours during the week. Simon and Sarah and Carol and her husband ( the farm shop butcher) are very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying with them again.
