New Lodge Farm is situated between Corby and Stamford. Easy travelling from the A1 and well sign posted to the site.
Greeted upon arrival and checked in, given the option to choose our own pitch - fully serviced.
Nice cafe / restaurant/ coffee shop and farm shop on site. Free wifi around the cafe and shop. Comprehensive visitor guide on arrival explaining everything you need to know.
Toilets very clean and tidy - its amazing how much a difference an adult only site makes to the standards of facilities.
Pitches hard standing and grass if needed. Dog waking area on site with Rockingham forest near by for other walks.
All the pitches were 'open plan ' I mean that there were no barriers of hedges or fencing to offer a bit of privacy/shelter from the winds. Felt a little bit exposed to the elements. Otherwise a very nice site. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Would definitely return again.

Can only echo previous positive comments, immaculately clean modern facilities, well kept site with spacious serviced pitches etc. My only slight negatives would be the limited opening hours of the cafe and shop, also some road noise from the nearby A43. Overall a great site that I would visit again, especially to see the Red Kites soaring overhead.

10 out of 10.
We had occasion to stay at this site late June 2016 and fell in love with it, there is nothing you could not like.
The owners, managers and staff are so friendly but not pushy, very polite and super helpful.
The facilities are the best you'll find anywhere, I defy you to disagree.
Well draining pitches, not totally flat (but no way an inconvenience) were clean and tidy, well cared for and well serviced. I could go on for hours about how much I enjoyed my stay here. So much so that I feel it will become a regular haunt. Everybody I spoke with on the site had nothing but good things to say. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. I have recommended to all I know.
Keep up the good work.

What a wonderful site! A great welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave.
It's a well kept site with grass and hard standing pitches, with the only drawback (possibly) is not being able to book pitches in advance, if like us, went with someone else and wanted to make sure you are together. That said we did have adjoining pitches.
Restaurant/cafe is great value for money with excellent service which is obvious by the amount of use it seemed to get. There is a farm shop adjoining this, but didn't get to look in here myself, but told by others that it's quite good.
The toilets/shower rooms were spotless, warm and come with piped music for your pleasure, with extra toilet cubicles available, separate to these as well. Thoroughly impressed with the utility room provided with dish wash & veg sinks, worktop space, fridge and freezer space (for tenters presumably) and a clothes washing machine which you can pay to use if needed.
A info pack is provided on arrival, which lets you know of lots of local places to visit which I thought was a nice touch.
Only stayed 2 nights but thoroughly enjoy the tranquillity of the site.

Visited over early May BH. A fantastic site with very friendly wardens overseeing the operation. On Fridays they are offering chilli or burgers in the Dome, which went down very well & saved the cooking. The Dome is a cheerful place to have a coffee or meal should you wish during your stay. The farm shop is also handy, the bacon is amazing!
The showers & toilets are the best I've seen, however the one niggle is that you have to press the button every 20 odd seconds to keep water flowing, which is difficult when trying to wash hair etc. If it were a longer time, it would make so much difference.
The traffic noise is noticeable, especially in a tent & the camping area is nearest the road. In a caravan, you won't notice it as much I guess. It is a busy road, day & night!
One other issue is you cannot book a pitch, therefore with 3 family units, we were unable to all pitch together, despite arriving at midday on Friday.
One or two small niggles, but all in all, a fantastic site, one I'm sure we will return to.

Just come back from the May Day Bank Holiday weekend at this fantastic site. Great greeting latish on Friday night. Very warm and friendly owners and wardens. They are now doing food up to 8 pm with a choice of 2 dishes, our burgers and chips were really lovely. Very popular. The 'Dome' is a great addiction where you can get food and drink ( they are licensed), open all day with a farm shop attached.
Camp site not over big with grass and hard standing. It's first come first served if you want hard standing but we were on grass and that was fine, not water logged at all. Serviced pitches with own water and waste but remember you need the correct fittings etc.
Showers were lovely. 3 in the ladies and the same in the men's. Same for the loos though there are a few more out the back with sinks. Lovely and warm, the heating was still on and piped music throughout. Even though they were busy we never had to wait for a shower.
Good dog walking field at the back. Enclosed but there was a gate that small doggies would be able to get through with the farms cattle in the field over. We did let ours off but were aware of this gate and kept away.
All in all a lovely place to visit and we will definitely go back and dare I say I highly recommend, but please leave room for us to go again!

Spent the weekend at this lovely site. We were there last year and the site this year has got some new features. When we arrived on Friday the bistro/shop was open and serving hot and cold drinks and food. The chips were really nice! Just what we needed after travelling from Suffolk to meet up with friends we made through motorhoming. The bistro also has a large tv, for things like, the Grand National, or special events. On the Sunday the annual Stilton vintage/classic car run was held in the events field and they also had the NLF hog roast where we met up with the lovely owners Simon and Sarah! The new wardens (Mark and Claire) were as helpful and friendly as last years wardens! We were warned to book early for bank holiday as the site fills up quickly. We'll be back!

Two adults for two nights in mid-March stayed at New Lodge Farm. We thoroughly enjoyed it, although without transport we were a bit cut-off and getting to watch England win the Grand Slam on the Saturday night was a bit of a challenge (£30 in cabs!). Without a bus stop or any other means of public transport we missed the car.
The wardens were incredibly helpful and really couldn't do enough for us. Although we regularly encounter very helpful people on our travels, rarely have we come across such helpful and friendly wardens.
Facilities are excellent with good sized showers and plenty of hot water.
Farm shop and café on site are very good - the bacon from the shop was fantastic. The café is also licensed and so having a sneaky one is very easily done!
We would definitely return but probably arrange for transport as well.

Stayed here over Easter with friends. 5 Motorhomes 10 adults and 9 dogs between us. Can't praise this site and the staff enough, lovely location with excellent facilities. The farm shop and cafe on site is very handy. The designated dog exercise area is the best I have seen. The pitches are very spacious, some hard standing and some grass, with electricity and water. My only criticism is you can't pre book a hard standing pitch, when we arrived on Good Friday they only had grass pitches left, with the rain during our stay, 3 out of 5 of our group sunk in the grass and had trouble getting off. This may stop me visiting again, although on the whole the site is fantastic.

Just back from another fabulous weekend at New lodge Farm. Love the new addition of the coffee shop & bar. Rosie's Hot Pot is scrummy too.
This site is really good, great full service pitches, great facilities and best of all if they aren't expecting many in no set time to leave. Our 3rd visit and there will be another one this season.
