Jewel of Seahouses. What a lovely site we had 6 nights all nice and quiet.
Only 30mins walk into seahouse. And 30 walk into Beadnell. The lazy cow was great too.
The beach just over the road and sue the owner was very nice as well.
Thank you for a brilliant holiday Rick syl burtoft

Brilliant location and a nice quiet site! Literally cross the road and you're on the beach, which is a very quiet part of the beautiful stretch south of Sandhouses.
You can walk here and there's plenty to do. We even found a back way using footpaths that run through the campsite.
Spacious pitches and they leave the middle of the field free which makes a nice area for games/ making camping holiday friends!
Nice clean facilities and friendly, considerate owners. Tea/ coffee and cake on site.
I think it's no fires, but we took our fire bowl to the beach.
Would definitely go back!

I have visited this campsite several times now. I love it! Just across the road from the sand dunes and a gorgeous quiet beach. A half hour walk from Seahouses and about the same to Beadnell in the opposite direction.
As campsites go it's not large, and Its a working farm so there are animal and tractor noises but even at it's busyest during the school hols there is a sense of calm. Owners are friendly, helpful and unintrusive.
We especially like that the numbered pitches in the field are large so you can place your tent however you like within your designated pitch. The tents and caravans are around the edge of the field so there is plenty of space for children to play in the centre. Electric hook ups and water available in the field.
Toilets and free showers are kept lovely and clean but there are only 2 for each gender although this isn't usually a problem. An outside water tap near the toilets is great for washing wellies or muddy dogs. You can freeze your cooler blocks and there are laundry facilities as well, as washing up sinks.
The farm also has an adults only section and several cottages converted from farm buildings. The Lazy Cow coffee van sells snacks during the day but this is on the other side of the farm away from the camping.
Can't wait to go again in August.

Wonderful quiet site on family field a little wet but plenty of room on pitches to find best spot.
Great place to explore area and beech across road absolutely beautiful and on few occasions only us there, hopefully will be back.
Lovely coffee and scone from on site area.
Only improvement could be some grab rails in shower area as really slippy but then that is us oldies.

What’s good:
Fairly level grass field with large, well-spaced pitches.
Excellent dog-friendly beach and dunes just across the road.
Easy walking to Beadnell and Seahouses.
On-site coffee & cake wagon 5 days a week.
Very peaceful.
What’s not:
Ground can be very soggy after rain; some pitches liable to flooding.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The site is peaceful, well kept and organised, and perfectly placed to enjoy the area and its stunning beaches.
The pitches are generously sized and not regimental like some sites. Good walks from site with the dog, we saw lots of wildlife about the site and area.
The icing on the cake has to be ‘The Lazy Cow’ outdoor coffee shop run by one of the family from the farm yard, providing delicious home bakes, ice cream and drinks. Perfection!
It has been a wet spring and we saw a few motorhomes getting towed off their pitches during our stay. If planning a visit with a heavy Moho I would possibly consider the Walled Garden CL instead.

Close to the beautiful beach for dog walking.
Facilities are clean and the site is well maintained.
The booking process was a bit torturous but the site once there was well worth a visit.
