This site is a little gem.
Lovely large pitches with enclosed dog walking area.
Plenty of toilets and showers kept immaculate.
Adults only and few minutes walk into the village.
Wish we could have stayed longer!

Superb location in very easy walking distance of Minchinhampton (where there is a tardis of a corner shop, post office, butchers, post office, 2 cafes, chip shop and a nice (but pricey) pub, The Crown.
Minchinhampton Common adjacent leads to miles of superb, if hilly, off road walking. The Black Horse PH in nearby Amberley is worth a trip to and don't miss Winstone's Ice Cream shop on Rodborough Common (though we were underwhelmed by the nearby pub, the Bear).
We pitched up in the lower field, close to an extremely well set up "toilet block" comprising individual toilets and several wet rooms consisting of shower (plentiful hot water on push button) basin and toilet.
All were spotlessly clean. To be completely picky, the addition of a small shelf by the basin for toothbrush etc would have been handy, but that is really looking for faults. No hairdryers.
The kitchen area comprised two well lit outdoor sinks plus one indoor, a washing machine and fridge freezer.
No problems with EHU and we had one fresh water tap adjacent.
Superb site for sky watching at night. It's dark, very dark and decent torches are more than helpful.
Lucy has a supply of fire pits and bbqs you can borrow but you are able to use your own if elevated.
Fantastic peaceful and well managed site. Wake to the donkeys waffling in the adjoining field, fall asleep to owls and church bells.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the campsite owner/manager.
The high quality and size of the pitch, the separation of the pitches with 'wild-growth' banks or trees,
The shower/toilet and washing areas were immaculately clean and accessible, the rural setting while also being new to an attractive small Cotswold town.
The charges were very reasonable.

Nice clean site. Very quiet and super quick walk to the beautiful Minchinhampton. Many nice walks abound.
Very relaxed and relaxing… just one thing. The entrance is just a little shabby with lots of permanent caravans and miscellaneous bits stored and would benefit from a fence to reduce the visual impact. Just an observation.
Otherwise liked the site very much.

A fantastic campsite with the best toilet and shower facilities I've enjoyed in the UK. Two immaculate camping areas (one for electrical hook up and one without) with very generous pitches.
Sensible Covid measures in place which were well administered. Our host and her son was fantastic and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them to ensure that all guests had the best experience.
There is simply nothing to fault and my only concern would be that as their excellent reputation grows it may become more difficult to find an opportunity to stay.
I anticipate fully booked summers for a long time to come!

A delightful rural site, quiet but close to the town centre. Excellent facilities better than most sites.
Friendly manager helped us to find the site and settle us in.
Pitches are made private with banks of grasses and each one has its own water tap and hook up.
Handy for Giffords Circus, where we were meeting the rest of the family.
We will be back to stay longer.

Lucy the owner was very welcoming.
Pitches lovely, large and quite private with natural borders which were great. Facilities first class - privacy cubicles a bonus.
Convenient for village and bus service.
Easy access to cycle route 45 though extremely hilly!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tobacconist Farm, what a great site! The facilities were superb and extra clean. Our two Springers loved the fully enclosed dog run with all its lovely smells and trees.
Lucy, the owner, is a great hostess and she has clearly thought of everything - the site and facilities are all well thought through and planned. Lucy has also adapted everything for these new Covid times, which we found very reassuring.
It’s a big open field and pitches are very generous. Each pitch has its own power and water supply which is super handy for extended stays.
A short walk into the lovely, characterful village where there is a well stocked general store, tea rooms, post office and chemist. There is also an absolutely fantastic pub, serving great beers and food.
The extensive Michinhampton Common is within walking distance and, if you’re up for a good walk, there are plenty of other pubs within reach. All dog friendly!
We will definitely call in again and next year will plan ahead so we can get tickets for the travelling circus!

What can I say, an absolutely wonderful site. Facilities were great and always spotlessly clean.
Very quiet and peaceful. Next to the lovely village of Minchinhampton.
The owner was always available, extremely helpful with tons of local knowledge.
Definitely be visiting again😃
The only drawback, is the local hostlery in Minchinhampton, where 'The Crown' is absolutely sky high with their pricing of food and ales. It lets the village down I'm afraid.
Regards.
