Brilliant site Lucy is a super host and prides herself on the immaculate facilities.
Large pitches, lovely little village close by and walking on the common.
Cant wait to return and see the donkeys. Alice, Alan and Annabel.

A very well run site. Excellent clean facilities. Friendly hostess.
Very well situated for Michinhampton and Nailsworth and of course the Common.
We will be revisiting this site again as as our son has just moved to Nailsworth.

Stayed at this campsite for the first time,
We will definitely be going back.
Lucy keeps a very clean and tidy site, shower block was exceptional, Lucy was on hand to help out with any hiccups or dramas and was willing to get stuck in and help out what ever way she could ie lending us some bbq equipment we had forgot to bring,
The fields around the campsite had some lovely Donkeys in which were a pleasure to wake up to and they did like the toast we gladly gave them.
Overall a very nice campsite which I would gladly recommend to anyone.

Pre-paid online for 2 nights (min) but ultimately only stayed 1 as it was a stopover and more convenient to travel home late afternoon. Pitched on level field (next to field with 3 donkeys). The pitches on the right were the best as they had natural planting to screen and create almost a private garden pitch.
Couldn't fault the shower /toilet /wash-up facilities and the adjacent dog walking area was the best I have ever seen - mown figure of 8 paths amongst lots of trees /shrubs. Lucy seems to have thought of everything a camper needs.
The entrance through the old farm yard and past what looked like caravan storage was not the prettiest, but the camping field was lovely and spacious.
The Old Lodge pub in the middle of the Common was fantastic - service, food and the beer garden excellent. Didn't think so much of the Crown Inn in the village - service was a little hit and miss but the food was good.

This is a delightful place to camp.
The host is passionate about making her campsite great, interested in getting to know her campers and interesting to talk to; what a woman!
The facilities are simple but superb and the location is restful.
We will be back!

What a wonderful campsite. The owner Lucy is amazing and super helpful. It was our first time camping in the UK and she made us feel very welcome and had excellent suggestions and even let us use some of her equipment that we were missing.
Each site is separated by grass verges which gives nice privacy.
The shower and toilet block were exceptionally clean and well stocked with plenty of hot water.
We will definitely be back!
