We went to this lovely site last weekend had a great time and weather was boiling hot. We were allocated a pitch on the ehu field very sheltered by trees and very pretty. The only thing I would say is pitches don't seem very big although we were told we could spill onto pitch one as they don't use it so that was good. Lovely clean toilets and showers the wardens are cleaning them all the time. Very friendly wardens nothing is too much trouble for them very quiet at night and site is in a good location for seeing that part of Yorkshire. There is a small shop on site and also a fish and chip van on a Sat night both reasonably priced and the chips were nice. We visited robins hood bay and Scarborough while we were there both lovely places. When we are in the area again we will def be using this site again

Nice clean site, situated within driving distances to most attractions & Sainsburys is just 9 miles. Pub 2 miles away. Lovely butchers/grocer about 2 miles. We found the shop on site very under stocked for peak season & did not open for long. We stayed in a tent the pitch was flat but wasn't really big enough to park the car with it. The is a chippy van which visits the site twice a week, on this occasion it was nearly an hour late which resulted in people having to leave the site to get food & at £2. 50 for a portion of chips I think is expensive as they are £1. 20 where we come from! Nice clean toilets/showers but sadly there is only 3 showers in each so when the site is full which is was when we were there you have to take a shower at a different time or que! Also found that only ONE soap dispenser in the toilets a little odd. But at least they were kept clean. We are dog lovers but was shocked to see 2 not so nice dogs on the site (most sites don't allow these) especially where children play! Lots of children on this site again we have no problem with this as we have children but found they were left to get on with it whilst parents made there own entertainment! I think it would make sense to have a shower/toilet block near the tents rather than near the static caravans. Good choice of information leaflets on site & liked the security barrier (key card £10 deposit). Not many water points and one on our field was behind someones tent. I found booking the site very easy, we don't use the same site twice but if we did we would go back.

Just returned from our second visit to Jasmine Park, and we enjoyed it even more than first time. Couldn’t believe how quiet the site was for the time of the year, although one of the staff did mention that a junior football party had cancelled due to weather.
Booking process very easy and friendly, altered our requirements a few days before our visit (additional car & people) and was sent revised confirmation. Arrival and check-in was as friendly as before (£10 deposit reqd for gate keycard), and we were allocated the pitches we had requested (Beeches 4-5-6, 4 families in 3 tents with 4 cars, fitted nicely in allocated space). We were advised on checking in that an extension maybe required to get to one of the pitches depending on EHU entry point on tent, this was reqd but was available to loan from site warden.
The pitches themselves are the nicest flattest grass we’ve been on, cut to a decent length and drain really well with the weather we've had. Water point on our field with served pitches. Around the park all the areas are landscaped and well looked after with nothing looking out of place.
For the kids, there is a lovely play area which is fenced off, football field, and a few tree’d areas which I'm told make great ‘dens’
Toilets/Showers are a short walk (150yards maybe) from the tents field, and are immaculate. Site was quiet, but wet weather and never noticed any grass/mud on the floors once (must have been a good set of tidy campers and regular staff cleaning ). Hairdryers available in Female Shower block (20p – but x2 dried hair no problem)
Pot wash area under cover, plenty of hot water - once again immaculately clean with 4 sinks with drainers, also washer-driers and freezer available.
There’s a basic shop on site that sells what you may need. Fish&Chip van visits site on Saturday evening. Very nice and reasonably priced
We’ll definitely be back next year – if not before

Just come back from another weekend away at this lovely campsite. Nothing is too much trouble. We had problems with our heater in caravan and they said if we needed we could borrow one of there fan heaters. This time we went to flamingoland which was about 20-30 mins away and had a great day. Booked another weekend away but got to wait until July for that one. Cant fault this site at all. Even though it was full never had to wait for shower/toilet which were always spotless.

Just returned from a Bank Holiday weekend here. Like other reviews, staff are lovely and friendly, park is spotless and shop not too expensive.
My only negatives are the pitches are very close together - no room for cars to go up the side of tent as our guy ropes where nearly touching next doors ropes and there was nowhere to put the car so had it out the front of the tent. We had to pay £20 deposit for electric extension cable as electric plug in nowhere near the pitch - yes I know we got this back but I had to shell out another £10 for barrier pass so handed over £30 and I had just got there.

We have visited this site for many weekends over many years and have had many enjoyable visits.
The site is friendly and welcoming and within easy reach of Scarborough and other places of interest.
Since the up-date and increase of all weather super-pitches the atmosphere has however changed.
Although we appreciate why the owners made the changes, I am afraid we preferred the “old Jasmine Park”.

Just returned this morning from Jasmine Park. Loved it so much we have booked to go again next month!
Staff lovely and friendly, really help full.
The site itself is spotless. Cant fault a thing. Very relaxing.
The pitches are very well spaced out and very flat and fully serviced.
Ideal location as not far from anywhere. When we go next time we are going to flamingoland.
Well done Jasmine Park. Keep the good work up.

Just realised that having been visiting this site for about 4 years I've never written a review, so here goes.
This is one of our favourite sites, mainly because it is lovely and peaceful and very well run. The site wardens do a fantastic job and work very hard. We always request a pitch on the area near to reception and the facilities as we prefer that field although I did have a walk to the back and it looks lovely down there too, good if you have younger children with the playing field and play area.
The facilities are kept very clean and I never had to queue for a shower. The heavy rain did cause a few muddy puddles and footprints in there, but I do think if people do like I do and pick up the mop provided it would be nicer for everyone.
The site was busy the whole time we were there but more so over the weekends, lots of family activity and chatting going on, but quiet after 11pm. Good that the warden does go round at 11 and does speak to anyone making more noise than considered acceptable.
Places to visit are in abundance in this area being midway between Pickering and Scarborough, my own personal favourite being Thornton le Dale, where for dog owners you can take your dog into The Buck if you want to eat out. Scarborough North Bay when the tide is out is brill for dogs, loads of tidal pools, Bailey was in his element!

This was our first ever camping trip having gone with friends who are very experienced.
Jasmine Park was excellent. The toilet, showers and washing facilities couldn't be faulted (especially when our daughter decided to have a stomach upset at 2. 00 am!). The facilities were always clean.
As the site was full I had expected to maybe have to queue for the showers, but that wasn't the case.
The weather wasn't brill at times and a tent opposite us was flooded quite badly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful to them.
The shop on site was very good and stocked all the essentials.
There is a playground for younger children, but as my daughter is 15 she obviously didn't use it (that would be too un-cool!)

We stayed here for 3 nights on pitch number one which was right next to the play park. The field we were in had eight EHU points and was very spacious. This was also the area where any ball games were played. We did not have a problem with this though as we had asked to be next to the park. During our stay we were blessed with great weather and also managed to fit in a game of cricket.
There were other tents pitched next to the reception area which seemed very busy. The non EHU area for tents looked really nice and was at the top part of the site.
The reception shop sold all the basics and we ordered our papers each morning which was handy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The toilet block was always kept clean. There were 3 showers in both male and female blocks. They also had 3 wash basins with curtains if you just fancied a freshen up. My only gripe about the toilet block was that there was only one soap dispenser unit. Not a major problem I suppose but it was at the sink that was constantly used and right next to the hand drier. The pot wash area was in the same block and had 3 sinks. There was a washing machine and tumble drier in this area too. Unfortunately we had to use both of these as our eldest son was sick through the night and needed to wash his bedding. I was able to do this through the night.
There is loads and loads to do in the area. We spent a day at Filey beach which was great. We also did a lovely walk to Brompton which is the next village away. The local pub there is a must to try out their ales. There was also a small play area in the beer garden.
The village of Snaiton had a little costcutter which had the essentials but we used a larger Spar in Cayton which had a better selection of food.
I would definitely return to this well run and well maintained site. We had a lovely three days there.
