What a lovely site. Both us and friends went together in 2 separate vans and staff were very helpful in putting us close together. We had 4 dogs between us, which was not a problem. Most sites only allow 2 each. Our friends having 3 was not a problem at all. Excellent toilet and shower facilities. Exceptionally clean. Shop for all your basic needs with supermarket 5 minutes away. Staff are extremely friendly and there if you need help with anything. Great pub food 5 minutes down the road. Close to scarborough, pickering, filey, bridlington. We cant praise this site enough. Will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

I've mixed thoughts about this site after my recent visit. We had a good time overall but felt it was overpriced at £25 for an EHU pitch for three people and to add insult to injury you have to pay 20p for hot water to wash your pots!
20p is obviously not a large amount but having already paid a premium price for a standard site I left the site feeling somewhat ripped off.
To their credit the owners were very pleasant and dealt well with a bunch of idiots who decided to wake the whole camp site up at 1.00am in the morning. They were thankfully kicked off the site in the morning, and peace and quite resumed. Overall we had a good break in North Yorkshire, but feel the charges were too high and I doubt that we'll return

This was a lovely site. It was lovely, quiet and peaceful. It is very well maintained with a fantastic and very clean toilet block. Toilets were always clean and tidy no matter what time you went in. It was very well run. It had a large field where the kids were able to play rounders etc. Great base to tour Yorkshire. Good small shop for all your essentials. Would definitely return.

We were 3 tents pitched together and 1 touring caravan a couple of pitches away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even on hand to help put up the caravan awning and lend us some stronger pegs. The warden was always somewhere to be seen and could be relied upon for the weather report. Small on shop site which stocks basics but Spar and Morrisons not too far away.
The only grumble we have is that we must have had the only 3 pitches on the whole site that were not level. Two pitches had several large pieces of flagstone in the grass and the other had deep gullies and very large patches of mud with no grass left. They were smaller pitches than we are used to - very cramped in - would have suited 2 tents not 3.
No play area for smaller children just a field with a couple of football nets.
On the plus side the toilet and shower facilities were spotless some of the cleanest we have been to so far.

Second visit to Jasmine Park, was in a trailer tent last year but have now up graded to a small caravan.
Lots of improvements to the site, more hard standings for caravans, moved the tent pitches, plus new static caravans for sale. But still as good as last year. Shower and toilet block clean and bright. Was please to see my UK Campsite review on their web site.
Will be back for a third visit may be next year.
Have recommended it in the past and will continue to do so.

My family and I stayed at this lovely site in the first two weeks in August. We have a very large tent (with 4 pods) and had mentioned this when booking - thankfully because we were given a large pitch, unlike the other tents all squeezed onto small patch between the front gate and the toilet block. We weren't happy with the location of the site as it was a good drive to get anywhere - no local shops and Scarborough town a good 20 minute drive away - through busiest roads. We were a little perturbed to receive a complaint at 11pm one evening when playing bingo within the confines of our tent. Toilet block was kept clean but having to pay for hot water to wash up was a little irritating. Our young children (aged 6 and 3) were not allowed to play outside our tent but had to retreat to designated field well out of sight so not happy about this.

We have just returned from a weekend away here and I have to say the wardens are top notch, nothing is too much trouble, plus the pitch we had was huge with loads of space and toilets were very clean. Only a 10 min drive will take you to a lovely river or around 5 quaint little villages. We drove to filey which took around 20 mins but is highly recommended. We will be definitely be returning, it's a little gem of a site with all flat pitches and a football field but the only downside is that there is no playpark for young children

Lovely flat site, very clean with spotless toilets and showers and always hot water whenever visited. It was a busy weekend when we visited and I did feel that some of the tents were squashed in, just over a metre between in some cases. Good little shop that stocked all essentials needed. Great football pitch / kids area that our kids just lived on! Only negatives are that the washing up facilities could have been bigger and free and the people from the adjacent site (caravan only site) were wandering through to use the facilities in Jasmine Park, not sure if this was an agreed arrangement or not!
Would recommend to all though.

This was our first time holidaying with a caravan and two large Alsation dogs and we were rather apprehensive. There were absolutely no problems. We were made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as we arrived. It was obvious we were first timers and the Warden and another resident on the site helped us to erect our awning (without taking the micky too much)!
We have never met so many friendly people in one place. The people on the site were almost like old friends and the locals were incredible. My OH bought eggs from the farm down the lane and was given a conducted tour of the free range hen accommodation and a lecture on the habits and life-style of the hen. One lady stopped her car to admire our dogs and we passed a very pleasant half-hour chatting to her.
The site was spotless and the toilet block was immaculate the whole time we were there. We did wonder if there would be enough showers, but we never had to wait so this was never a problem.
The Wardens fetched newspapers for us every day and the little shop / reception had all basic necessities.
All main resorts are within easy driving distance but there is nothing to beat a walk into Stainton to look at the lovely old cottages and have a drink in the village pub and then back to Jasmine Park to chill.
We are hooked!

Found the site ok using the directions given on line. Friendly people running the site and always there to help with enquiries.
Freezer pack facilities on site which is always useful if not using electric hook up. We were shown to the large tent field and picked our own spot to pitch the tent which was a lovely spot.
Showers and toilet facilities were very good and clean. Nice local area and a nice car journey to Scarborough through Thorneton-Le-Dale which is worth a look round.
