We stayed at Jasmine park for 6 nights at the end of May and I would highly recommend this site. All the pitches are flat and even though the site was full while we were there you do not feel crowded. It is a perfect location to explore this side of Yorkshire and you are only 20 mins from Filey and Scarborough. Even our 12 and 15 yr olds liked it. The only downsides I would say is the washing up area could be bigger and free as I wouldn't say it's a cheap site and there could be a field nearby to exercise your dogs, though the lane is quiet from traffic so I let mine run there.

We found this site very clean and really really well managed, very pleasant couple that take care of this site and nothing is too much trouble, they keep it spotless. Most enjoyable holiday would recommend to anyone. Playing area for children. Toilet & washing facilities. Small shop on site. A really excellent site.

This was our first time at this site and we absolutely loved it. The grounds where really nice, plenty of shade if you wanted it. The toilets and showers where spotless, Anna kept on top of them all day. Both Anna and her husband worked extremely hard running the shop and the site, I found the couple very friendly and helpful, they lent us a power extension because ours wasn't long enough! There are a few pubs nearby where you can have a drink and a meal, we visited the cayley arms, very friendly people and a nice beer garden. We also visited Scarborough and Whitby for day trips which are not too far away, the village of snainton is very pretty and is a nice walk down the lane All in all I haven't got anything negative to say about this site and would highly recommend it for a quiet countryside setting and will go back again

We have just returned, albeit reluctantly, from a weekend break here. The weather was fantastic, the last weekend in May and scorching hot. They had just opened the second tent field when I rang and I thank my lucky stars they did. Superb corner pitch. Next to the football field which suited our 13 year old son down to the ground. Marvellous facilities, whatever time of day you needed them they were always clean, tidy and equipped with whatever you needed. The couple who managed the site were so helpful and pleasant. Definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone wanting a proper camping site - level pitches, excellent facilities and courteous people. Oh, of course the weather helped but we cannot choose that!

Having stayed at the sister site to this one over the last Bank Holiday we were delighted to find the standards the same. The site is lovely and quiet - we found it great for our kids. The facilities are very clean - great to have the family room to use.
There is a small shop on site, a village shop in Snainton and Scarborough wasn't too far away so we had plenty to choose from.
One downside was that there wasn't anything in walking distance of the park - it really is in the middle of nowhere - but great for a relaxing weekend break.
We would definitely return to this site in the future.

Just got back from a long weekend at Jasmine Park. It is a very well kept and maintained campsite. The campsite itself is situated off a narrow country lane. The couple who run the campsite are very friendly and helpful. All pitches are on level ground with plenty of space for children to play. The shower/toilet block was clean, the only one thing was if you didn't get in early the water was a little cold but if you waited until the rush was over the water was hot again. There is also pot cleaning facilities but you had to pay 20p if you wanted hot water (I would have preferred if this facility was free). The location of the campsite was ideal for anyone wanting to visit Whitby or Scarbourgh. Overall I would say the campsite was of a high standard and would visit it again and also recommend it to others who wanted a excellent camping experience.

Just back form this site and loved it. The couple managing the site were superb. Spotted that we were novices and came and helped us put our awning up. Toilets and showers spotless. Didn't rate Scarborough and Whitby but thought Jasmine Park was lovely. Site is fairly rural which is why we chose it. Great area for cycling very flat! Visited Eden camp, thought it was very interesting and great value.

Lovely little site some think a little isolated down a country lane but surely you know that before you book. Very handy for nearly everywhere on the east coast. Site level and well kept. Run by a very friendly and accommodating couple. Didn't use the shower block so can't comment. When we were there it snowed (just a bit) Soft ground and heavy camper a definite no no, as soon as we came off the hard standing we were up to our axle the man was there with his tractor even before I was out of the cab. When we returned later it was to another pitch ready for us. A very pleasant first outing of the year. Would definitely go back.

We stayed at this site over the Bank Holiday and unfortunately - like many other campsites in the area - there was an issue with surface water. However, the campsite managers worked VERY hard keeping us informed about the ground conditions before we arrived - ringing back whenever we asked - and being totally honest about the mud situation! We decided to take the chance on the weather and went anyway. The couple managing the site were wonderful. Very welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The toilets and showers were kept clean - although I was slightly surprised at free showers and then having to pay 20p for hot water in the washing up area! Excellent location for exploring but about a mile or so from nearest pub down a single track lane. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The only concern I would have is if they were fully booked - which they were originally but a lot cancelled with the weather / ground conditions - there are only 3 ladies showers. I cannot see how 3 showers can support the 60 odd tents plus caravans this site can accommodate. Generally though great site and we will definitely return.

Really pretty site, nicely landscaped .
Showers and toilets were clean and well placed and disabled / family bathroom was well equipped although a little mildewy.
The staff we met were really friendly and very helpful .
The site was a little noisy whilst we were there, but think it was a very busy weekend, when it started to empty on Sunday it had a much more relaxed peaceful atmosphere
Will hopefully return out of peak season
