 What’s not to like/recommend.
Absolutely stunning area of Lancs(we’re from York’s) with modern up to date appliances in fully working order.
And to top it off lovely walk along the river and a visit to the local market town.

Organised, clean and tidy area.
Wet entrance to toilet shower block. Loose ceiling in gents shower block.
Access to waste disposal obstructed to other pitches.

Booked to stay here close to home as it was planned to be our last trip out for the year. We arrived on site middle of Friday afternoon so time to set up before it got dark.
This site is ideal to walk into Clitheroe which has vibrant pub/bar/restaurants to visit.
Happy with site facilities with the large toilet/shower block where we not once had to wait for others to finish before we used them. They were also kept very clean.
Prices are reasonable as the evenings were quite cold so we used more electric than we would normally in order to keep the caravan warm.
We were happy with how we got to book as it was a last minute decision to book so had to leave messages for call back as I had been working nights during the week.
In all I do like this site as it is close to home and we love Clitheroe so we will be returning next year.
Just need to mention that the pub close to the site is hit and miss regarding the quality of the food.

Nice site with good toilets and shower facilities, level pitches with lovely views.
Unfortunately due to the closeness of the road there is quite a bit of road noise.

Terrific site, second visit to the site.
Well kept and tidy grounds.
Toilet/shower block consistently clean and properly equipped.
The communal lounge is pleasant and a good resource.
Clitheroe and the surrounding area are great to visit.

Excellent site, lovely, clean, warm facilities. Recreation room very good.
Very efficient friendly checkin.
As a mature couple discount makes it amazing value for money.
Excellent pub next door.

Lovely clean, friendly site. Good location for walking and bus routes. Lovely big girls to watch the setting sun.
Would recommend.
We didn’t try the pub for food but heard good reviews.
A nice scenic walk to the RVLS and small grass area overlooking the River Ribble

Totally fabulous, great location,
The reception lady was very kind and helpful,
The shower and toilets were spotless,
Will definitely be going again.
There was a games room, washing and drying facilities, again these areas were very, very clean,
A very peaceful place to stay, but within easy reach of other places.
