Arrived on site plenty room to park whilst sorting things out at reception, we got allocated our pitch which was easy to manoeuvre into.

Had to use a couple of ramps to get level on the hard standing no issues.

Facilities toilets showers etc where clean and close by.

Site a 30 min walk into to Clitheroe so location very good.

This is lovely campsite with excellent amenities and helpful owners.

It’s a perfect location for great walks and Clitheroe nearby.

A friendly pub next door serves excellent food too.

Well worth a visit.

Only stayed one night but the staff and the site couldn't have been better for us and our dog.

Lots of places to walk and the pub next door was very welcoming too and served great food.

We will definitely be visiting again.

Well pleasantly surprised when with our new to us campervan our first was taken for the first trial run to a local farm about 9 miles from our home town. A really well kept site. There is a games room with TV pool table and comfy seats.

Pitches are some of the best we have seen in our travelling days in what ever format we have used caravans, tents, static, and now our beloved second hand camper van. Very pleasant staff who are willing to go above and beyond.

Looks like these are regulars and I have to say the site is busy. Always booked up. Why well I would give everything 5 *.

The toilets I actually took photos of that's how much they impressed me. Free showers that I have to say have had a lot of thought.

A family cubicle which is larger than the others. The toilet seats make you want to use the toilets yes I took pictures of them too.

This was our second visit and wanted to come again next week. Yep you guessed it booked up. Just absolutely love the site. Think any one that uses it will too.

I would give more than 10/10 if I could. Thank you

Great site, 2nd visit in 5 yrs and many changes and improvements. Still got a great toilet block but now with additions making it excellent.

Pub next door serving good food and beer and lovely area to explore. Swimming pool nearby and lovely Riverside walks too.

Would recommend and will be coming again.

Nice campsite & nice friendly staff, toilets & shower block are very clean & tidy,

just disappointed about there not been a campsite shop to buy milk & essentials & no campsite cafe to have a breakfast & washing facilities are expensive prices.

This is a lovely site, cheap enough with lovely brand new toilets and shower block. Has a small TV room with pool table with large TV if you are tenting and want to watch TV or just warm up!

The staff are lovely, the pitches flat. There is road noise which I could hear but as I was in a caravan it didn't interfere with my peach and quiet. If I was booking in a tent ask for a pitch away from the road side - simple!

There is a rally field at the back which had a meet on, this did not interfere with our weekend at all. Facilities are immaculate and friendly staff. Reception could open a little more as it was limited opening times.

The pub at the side of the camping field is lovely - what an asset!

Clitheroe is walkable - lovely views

I love this site, and will book again soon.

Fantastic site just outside of Clitheroe but within easy walking distance of the town centre. There has obviously been a lot of development lately with a lovely new toilet and recreation block. The facilities are clean and well looked after (Although the loo seats were a little 'cheap' and slipped a lot). The accessible facilities were also good but its a shame they didn't install a radar lock as you have to pay a deposit for the key which can lead to issues when leaving as the reception isn't open until 11am. Saying that we rang the number given and somebody came very swiftly to address this.

The new games/recreation room is a real bonus and provides users with a lovely area to go when the weather is wet. There is comfortable seating, a TV, coffee machine, book, pool table and soccer table.

There are lots of walks from the site and there is a swimming pool and gym just up the road. There are also lots of lovely places to eat very nearby. We ate at the Waddington Arms which was lovely and we had a fabulous welcome too.

The price of the site is very reasonable and the staff extremely polite and helpful.
