This is really great site. The man on reception was very welcoming, lending us a folder full of useful information. The pitch was well kept and the toilet blocks, washing and washing up facilities were spotlessly clean. The site is very convenient for visiting the local area and there are a couple of supermarkets within a short drive. All of this resulted in an enjoyable long weekend break. The only slight niggle was noise from the nearby A47, but this didn't spoil our experience at all.

A well kept site handy for Kings Lynne and touring around the north Norfolk coast (Sandringham, Hunstanton, Cromer, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads.
This is an flat open field type of site with excellent Toilets and Showers, very peaceful and quiet.
Lady who runs the reception is very Knowlegible about the area and puts together a file package which you can take away and read, loaded with brochures of places in the area.

Excellent camp site
Stayed Apr 2015 Review submitted May 2015
Stayed in: Touring pitches
Would recommend to friends
Would visit again
Liked: We were greeted at the reception by friendly staff and shown to our allotted pitch which was lovely as it was surrounded by high conifers which gave the field a secluded and secure feel. The small camp shop was ok for essentials and we bought a low wattage kettle which was very handy as it saved on the gas. The toilets were immaculately clean and also the showers. My wife is disabled and the disabled room was spacious and the shower hot. It was the perfect base for visiting various attractions such as a working windmill which has it's own bakery and cheese making from milk from their own sheep, which we watched being milked. The Sherringham to Holt steam railway takes you back in time and Caithness crystal where we had a go at glass blowing. On our field at the start of our holiday were just a couple of caravans but come the bank holiday weekend the field was rapidly filling proving what a popular camp site this is. We very much look forward to returning in the near future.
Disliked: A bit cliche, but going home.

Visited this site as part of a caravan rally with a club called Friends of Leukaemia (research) Caravan Club over the spring bank holiday. We received a very warm welcome from all the staff who were extremely helpful. Although the site was very busy everything was well organised. Most impressed with the shower and toilet block which was immaculate. The showers were very spacious. Washing up and laundry facilities excellent. There is a bus stop just outside the site. Ideal position for visiting Kingslynn and the North Norfolk coast.

Just come back from a weekend here at Kings Lynn Caravaning and Camping. Got to say the site was spotless. Reception welcoming with a small shop with the essentials. Toilet block seems fairly new, everything was great condition and well appointed. Only drawback was the non-concussive shower valves, I fully understand why these are fitted but the super short period between pushes gets annoying.
We were in the big square field straight ahead as you enter - Flat, clean soil (when pulling pegs), , lush grass if a little featureless. Very close proximity to Lynn and not far from the beaches of North Norfolk.
Highly recommended.

A truly relaxing weekend break, staff were so friendly and helpful nothing appeared too much trouble. The new toilet/shower blocks were immaculate. The site was well maintained, a well equipped shop. We found a cycle route which took us into Kings Lynn town centre. Such a pleasurable experience we will most certainly be going back.

We've just used this site as a one night stopover. It is a very relaxed site with super friendly staff that were very helpful. The site has possibly the best shower / toilet blocks I have ever found. It is close to a large retail park for eating out and shopping. We used the local pub. Excellent food.

Just got back from a weekend at this well run and clean site. Recently obtained a Pennine Aztec and decided try try it out for the first time. Everything was upto reports on the unit although there were one or two things that will be done different next time.
The site owner showed me to my pitch and explain all the facilities to me. I was then left alone from then on. The owner or another member of staff was available if any further help was required.
Must visit again.

Lovely site, showers and toilets very clean. We were there on the bank holiday weekend and it was very busy and though it looked over crowded nobody seemed to get in anybody elses way apart from one morning when we had to queue for the showers but to be fair it was because there were 2 people in 2 of them who were not in any rush and kept coming in and out of them passing each other stuff even though they could see the queue. The owners were lovely and friendly even though the lady could not find my booking as I had done it on line and they were having trouble picking them up there was no fuss they just said they would look for it later and they pitched us up. Very close to the shops and to the main carriageway so it is easy to get to the local attractions we had wanted to go a bit closer to the coast but they were all booked so we were a bit sceptical about the traveling but it turned out to be fine. The on site shop is open until about 8pm which is handy. Had a lovely weekend.

Booked a five day break at this fairly local to us site and was pleasantly surprised.
Very clean and modern shower block.
The owner and staff were very friendly.
The site was well spaced out and very clean and tidy.
Did miss having a play area for the children and the dog walk was a little small but as we went out most days not a major problem and would stay here again.
Was a little too far to walk to local pub and had to cross a busy road but on the whole an enjoyable stay and good value for money.
