Just returned from a weeks stay at this site and can honestly say one of the best sites I have visited. The facilities were clean and well maintained, showers spacious and warm and washing and dish washing equipment very good.
We stayed over the jubilee arriving on Saturday and even though it was busy were dealt with pleasantly and efficiently and given a great spacious pitch even for our 10 man tent porch and car and trailer.
Never had to queue for shower even over bank holiday and always got a cheery response from the staff when I saw them. Don't be worried by the comments about road noise it is only really noticeable when an ambulance goes past otherwise it is unobtrusive.
Great site and staff would definitely visit again, would benefit from a children's play area so the kids have a meeting area. But that said once the site had quietened down after Tuesday my kids played near our tent without any problems as did others around the site.
Very handy for shops and restaurants and close to Sandringham, beer warehouse worth a visit if you like real ale.

Pitches were of a good size however it was a bank holiday weekend and was very busy. Caravans and tents were all mixed together.
Difficult to find any good dog walks in near area without having to go in the car. We aren't use to having to walk our dogs on leads. Only found one field where we could allow dogs to run free and this was after walking through into the village.
Showers were clean however, maybe a good idea to put signs up advising people to use mop to clean shower after they have used it. Bucket could have done with a bit of bleach in. Only saw myself and one other visitor clean the shower after finishing.
Toilet/shower block were new and well set up. Very handy if you have a young child with you as there is a seat in the shower cubicle where your child can sit and you can keep an eye on them and they can be in the with you without getting wet! Very good size cubicle.
Good access to main routes around area and nice and quick and easy to go into Lynn (Kings Lynn) for shops, restaurants etc
The owners were very friendly and helpful and site was well maintain.

A very well kept site and the owner is a very helpful and happy chappy. The toilet block is one of the best we have used but could have done with a little heating. As it was over Christmas period it was very quiet. The only problem we encountered was the electrics kept tripping out even if we only had the microwave working. When we wanted to use the kettle both the tv and the heating had to be turned off so as not to trip it. A fellow camper did tell me he was instructed to use a specific hook up which had greater power to it. A little road noise can be heard but earplugs block it out. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Just arrived back from this lovely clean and spacious campsite, only spent one night here but will def be returning, toilets and showers were amazing.
The owners were very welcoming and let us choose where we wanted to pitch. The site is very flat and loads of space between pitches which is always a good thing
Such a great base to explore the local area of kings lynn loads of places to eat and drink, like frankie and bennies, kfc, mcdonalds etc, also hunstanton to see the sea.
I thought it was good value for only £13 for the night

An excellent campsite. There were six of us camping, all adults. Ideal for families too though.
The site was well kept - good drainage, spacious, clean loos/showers and friendly family running the place.
The only drawback is the location if you don't have a car (we were all on foot). But Connect Cars served us well with trips to and from Kings Lynn and one to Wells Next The Sea.
The coast was stunning and we're going again. There's also a great pub nearby, The Gate, that does a tasty meal after a day walking.

We just stopped off here on our way back from a weeks holiday in Norfolk (had done Sandringham for the day so this site was quite convenient).
Admittedly the sun shone (which it hadn't done much) so sitting out on this lovely spacious site with a glass of wine was bliss!
Our kids (aged 10 and 7yrs) did not miss all the facilities they had had throughout the week and just enjoyed having the space and making friends.
The owner was amazingly friendly and the shop very useful.
I am a very light sleeper so always have earplugs when camping - the road didn't bother me at all. The owner/manager did point out that the road could get noisy so did offer us the option of a pitch further away from the road but more crowded. We chose to stay nearer the road with the space.
I don't need to say how amazing the toilet facilities are as its been said before. But they are lovely!
Highly recommended.

We have had a second visit to this site and once again, had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.
Paul and his sons were very helpful and made sure we all had a very enjoyable holiday.
The toilet block was exceptionally good and although there was a large rally on one of the fields there were never any queues.
The little shop on site was very useful, well stocked with essentials and very reasonably priced. It was nice to be able to get the daily papers without having to travel far.
I am a very light sleeper but have to admit the road noise didn't bother me one bit. My family joined us for the weekend and they never complained of road noise although they were in a tent.
We used the bus which stops outside the gate and had a very enjoyable trip into Kings Lynn. Everyone was very friendly and the driver was very attentive and packed all the shopping trolly's in to the lockers.
We stopped off at another caravan site on the way home, and although a nice site we didn't have half the space we had on Paul's site.
We will certainly visit this site next year.

A first class site. Facilities are excellent, new and clean. The shower/toilet block are grand. Good value for money.
The owners very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I camped and found the site to a pleasant stay with no noise after 11pm. We would recommend this site as a base for touring the Norfolk coast, which we hope to do.
The reports of noise from the adjacent road are not to worry about. At rush hour there is a bit of road noise on the Norwich road but it soon settles down and you don't notice it.

We stayed here for the Spring Bank Holiday. We were initially dubious about the lack of facilities for the kids but it was actually a great break.
The shower block is truly excellent. Plus the washing up facilities are also within the block, so indoors. Plus a choice of washing up in a more open area too (you can tell who did the washing up all weekend).
The staff couldn't do enough - they were lovely. There were several fields with lots of space for the kids to go and play. And the busy road that others have mentioned - you could see it but I didn't notice any noise. Maybe it was the wine.
We plan to return.

Thank you Paul and family for making our first camping trip in over 5 years, extremely pain-less. We didn't want to travel too far as it was our 5 year olds first experience of camping, so worst case wasn't an all day journey in the car, and after extensive searching around were delighted when Paul confirmed that he had availability with EHU for a large family tent (10 berth), on the May BH w/e.
The site was lovely, extremely clean and well thought out. The shower block was fantastic, always clean and never overly busy and always had hot water. The pièce de résistance was the fact there was a locked bathroom, so you could bath (especially handy for families with babies and young children). Knowing it to be clean and only used sparingly.
The pitch we had was in the main tent field which is the back of the site and is well maintained and primarily flat it lacked any real character - but that is the only negative in an otherwise brilliant w/e. And there is no specific play area for kids, but as the back field wasn't overly populated there was a large safe area the children could run around.
The location of KL-CC is ideal for exploring kings lynn and the surrounding areas, we especially enjoyed Sandringham and would highly recommend it for a truly fantastic day out - you can chose to just do the tractor tour around Sandringham that was amazing and we got to see the Queens dogs on one of their daily walks.
We expect to return to KL-CC in the future and would recommend it for families.
Keep up the great work and a special Thanks to Paul and his family who always seemed to be available and nothing was too much trouble.
I have not been to many campsites where you can get fish and chips delivered to your tent!
