We had a really lovely time the staff were very helpful and the lady in the shop was beyond amazing.

The toilets and shower block was immaculate.

We will definitely be back later in the year. 100% happy with our stay.

So many local attractions and near to beaches and a site in beautiful surroundings.

The shop was very well stocked and fairly priced.

 Very friendly helpful staff,

Good pitches

About 4mls from Kings Lynn bus stops at site entrance but unfortunately we couldn't go on it because we have a mobility scooter and you need a permit

It was very busy and hot but the facilities were very clean.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place from which to visit King's Lynn even if the buses weren't as useful as the website suggests.

Friendly reception Great shop open late 7 days a wk, very convenient and staff helpful

Not enough showers and drainage warrants urgent attention, horribly smelly

Resorted to using disability shower as an older person with mobility issues

The chair in there was ripped and rusted, dangerous to sit a disabled child or adult on.

Busy season but frequently often adding to vile smell lots of unflushed toilets, requiring more cleaning rounds in August.

Showers large generous hooks and small built in bench to sit or put toiletries.

Press button gave only seconds to get wet

Site itself in parts on rally section were packed in like sardines

Too many on site to be safe either for covid or emergency exits especially in exceptionally high temps and risk of fires

People burning candles which seemed unnecessary with fire risk.

Lots of scruffy permanent outfits making parts look tired

No lights hardly anywhere at night not on pitches to differentiate or going to the shower / loo at dark

No real reason nowadays not to have solar panels or green energy lighting up dark areas to ensure safety of campers young and old

Very quiet after ten pm during stay

Excellent close

Proximity to retail King's Lynn

From here we visited Sandringham, Norwich and coast Hunstanton.

It's a great site for young families as relaxed without regimentation of the caravan club

Quite close to roads so noisy at times and no dog walking area within site

If you're visiting Raf Marham it's only about 7 miles away but would look at other sites if visiting again for dog, aesthetic reasons and drainage, lights issue

Quite expensive too.

Nice little stay at this site, facilities are Ok and we received a friendly welcome.

It seemed a bit over-busy on site and quite packed, but we managed to have a quiet evening.

The A47 is nearby, so you do get a little bit of traffic noise, but nothing to worry about.

Its a good site.

We stopped here for just one night. I'll give the positives first, was easy to find, generous sized pitch, friendly staff, good stocked up on site shop, two friendly cute cats, good motorhome facilities, and enough of it.

Now negatives, toilet and shower issues, toilets needed cleaning more frequently, as was greeted by un flushed used toilets, not good, shower block was very cold, and it was very cold weather, the shower I used, the push in button for water lasted 3 to 4 seconds, had to keep pushing it to keep water running, stated hot water showers on website, water was luke warm coming out shower head, so again felt cold having a shower, so shower was awful experience.

The power wattage for usage was not strong enough for our usage, tripped out our electrics whilst just using kettle and lights, so that's not very good, grey water waste was OK, but needed bigger drain area in my opinion.

We noticed there a LOT of long term unkempt touring caravans in use, could do with tidying up and cleaning as make the whole place looks poor condition and tatty looking.

Overall, sites OK for very short stop over, I wouldn't want to use this site for long-term stay. I'd give this site a 6/10.

A very clean and tidy site, very friendly staff and a well stocked shop.

A better bus link would be an asset, but a Taxi was only £7 and there is a Taxi driver living on the site,

All in all a good few days, we would certainly visit again,

We found this site to be so relaxed and friendly. Will certainly visit again

We found the shop on site helpful and well stocked.

Would have liked the dog walk to be a little more accessible on site

Easy to find and good location for exploring north and west Norfolk. Staff very friendly.

BUT. The site was rammed full; constant road noise (even overnight); showers never seemed cleaned (probably because so many people using them);

The WiFi was virtually non-existent.
