Had a wonderful 3 night stay over the bank holiday. Very friendly welcome, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Facility's are spotless and modern and although the site was full they never seemed to struggle.

Site is perfectly flat and very large broken up into 3 or 4 fields. Location is great for exploring the area, we went to sandringham, Hunstanton and Yarmouth all easily drivable. Retail park just up the road for anything and everything. Would definitely return.

We have just arrived home after a 2 night stay at this lovely site. The grounds are very well maintained and the pitch sizes are generous and not too close together. We have 2 young children and it felt very safe and we were happy to let them explore alone. The toilet and shower facilities were very clean and the washing up areas were also well maintained. Location is good for exploring the north Norfolk area. It would have been nice to have a play area for the children but they made their own entertainment so it wasn't too much of a problem. The site had a good 'feel' about it and I would most definitely return.

Staying here for the bank holiday weekend. A really warm and friendly welcome as we arrived Friday evening. Personally shown to our pitch.

I enquired if there was a good fish and chip shop nearby ! Well they did better than just give me directions. They have someone who delivers ! So as I set about setting up and letting the kids run off the journey, after about 30 minutes fabulous fish and chips were delivered to our pitch.

On a bank holiday Friday who could want of more !

The whole site is wonderfully level and kept in A1 condition. Fantastic toilet block and laundry / washing facilities. Well stocked little shop on site.

Bus service into Kings Lynn just outside the site. And a massive retail park a few miles down the road.

Plenty of space, tents, caravans, motorhomes and even a section cornered off for a few camping pods.

Excellent rally facilities with the use of a good size hut for socialising in.

Only thing lacking is a play area for the kids.

We just returned home after a weekend at this fantastic site. We had a warm and friendly welcome and were well informed of the site and the surrounding area. The showers and toilets were very modern and clean and probably the best we have come across on a touring site. We cannot wait to visit again and we can recommend this site to others wishing to visit Norfolk.

Stayed march 20 to 22. Great site. Flat. Toilets and showers lovely. A good base for touring. Plenty to see and visit. A big retail park just 5 mins away at Kings Lynn. So for long stays cheap shopping and fuel.

Just one draw back with the area, if you want to use bus travel they are all finished at 17:00

I stayed at this site with our club meet. We had 8 pitches, there was another rally on the other side with a few more but we only took up about a quarter of the biggest field. The pitches are enormous so loads of space.

The site staff are very nice and helpful. There is a shop selling basics. There is also gas available.

The toilet block is new and the old one is being refurbished as well. There are a lot of toilets and showers (free), wash basins and a couple of washing cubicles.

There is a rally hut for hire at £20 a day. We hired this for Saturday night and had fish and chips delivered. The nearest pub is about a mile away down an unlit lane so the rally hut was a big bonus!

There is a bus service to King's Lynn which runs hourly during the week and two-hourly on Saturdays. You can get a bus in King's Lynn to Wisbech which is apparently a very nice town.

I'd definitely go back to this site if I was in that area again.

Just got back home today after spending a week at this lovely site. Owners made you feel very welcome. Lovely clean shower block with hot water all the time one of the best shower blocks I have seen. Site flat just right for tents. Plenty of space very clean and tidy throughout. Plenty of waste bins, water points and a on site shop. Close to the town centre, macdonalds, pizza hut, burger king. I would definitely recommend this site.

This was our first outing in Millivan our newly purchased we like to think 'classic' 1983 Eldiss. There was my partner and his lovable Labrador and myself and we initially booked for a two night stay to try out 'millie'.

The site was fantastic and basically provided everything you could want plus happy helpful people.

The facilities were clean and well cared for and the pitch in the rallie field was perfect no struggling with pegs for the awning and easy reach for electric hook up.

We enjoyed the site so much we went back the following week for a week! and are considering more weekends there as within easy reach of supermarkets a great pub 'the carpenters arms' (does a great peppercorn source) and close to the coastal beaches and historic places of interest.

Can't recommend this site enough perfect quiet sunny get away.

Excellent experience from telephone booking to arrival, booking in and show to pitch location. Nothing too much trouble. Brand new shower block, everywhere clean and cleaned every day. Nice shop and site location close to lots of amenities, restaurants shops, etc. We will definitely visit again and recommend to others. We had 1 small concern, regarding another family, this was dealt with fairly and immediately. Well Done!

Well we have just returned from a week staying on this Fantastic site.

We arrived on the Friday lunchtime and being the bank holiday weekend, we expected it to be be busy and cramped, how wrong we were. The site was busy but with proper allocated pitches everyone had enough room for their tents and cars.

We booked in at reception and were shown to our pitch, I had asked for a pitch at the rear of the site, which incidentally is closest to the A47, after setting up my wife was concerned about the road noise, but it really isn't that bad unless it is wet.

We had our 6 man Urban Kurai set up, with an outdoor dining BBQ area and both our cars within our pitch easily. This site is ideal for families as the kids can go and make friends and mingle our 4 girls made loads of friends.

The toilet/shower/dish washing block was lovely modern and as can be expected on a bank holiday very busy, which lead to complaints from a minority about queuing for a shower, lack of pressure from shower etc but seriously what do you expect from a site that was at full capacity! The wardens did their best to keep facilities clean and provided a mop n bucket to clean up after yourselves, which very few people did.

We had originally planned to stay Friday to Tuesday but after most people had left on the Tuesday we decided to stay til the Friday, no problems with the shower water pressure then ;).

The shop is stocked well with the little bits you may forget plus more, and priced very reasonable too.

The wardens are on site and will deal with issues promptly, including dog owners who don't clean up after their pet! Disgusting on a family site! Noise issues past the 'quiet time'.

The site is ideal for exploring a good area of Norfolk, we visited Hunstanton twice, Wells Next The Sea twice, Burnham, Brancaster, Sandringham Estate Woods, so much to do and it doesn't need to cost the earth.

My only suggestion would be installing a playground for the kids.

We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning.
