This is our third year back to Park Farm and we still love it, with plans already formulating to return again next year, and for as long as Del & Jules will keep having us back! The whole site is very large and spacious, set in the gorgeous Norfolk countryside, with plenty of walks nearby, and a river to have a dip in if you're feeling brave! You're not packed in like other sites, Derek leaves lots of green space for (big) kids and dogs to play around in. The showers are clean and hot, there's free wifi, a kids splash pool, a communal pizza oven and also fire pits available to rent, perfect for chilly evenings and toasting marshmallows. The shop on site is always well stocked with essentials, like ice for your G&T's, and there is a laundry room, with communal freezer for campers.
Derek and Julie work tirelessly to make sure their guest's have everything they need (and more!) and have become very good friends over the years, nothing is ever too much trouble and their friendly and welcoming attitudes just add to the perfect holiday.
I can't recommend this site enough, great for groups of friends and families who want to spend quality time outdoors together in a relaxed atmosphere amongst great people.

We have just returned from a week away at this site, we found it by looking at the reviews from UK campsite. We have had a lovely time, Derek who runs the site was very friendly and helpful, loads of space for the children to run around and play football we had our badminton court set up all week. Showers and toilet's were more than adequate and lovely and hot anytime of the day or night, the site itself has a very relaxed feel about it which is exactly what you want when your camping can't fault it, the little on site shop is a bonus it has milk and fresh bread, our children were happy with the fact they could buy ice creams whenever they wanted. We will definitely be back here again.

We were blessed to have stayed 11 nights at Park farm under the care of the legendary ‘Derek’. Derek strains every sinew to ensure that all his guests’ requirements are fulfilled down to the very last detail.
The campsite itself was fabulous – it’s made up of two parts – there is the busier field which has the pizza oven and a phenomenal bamboo picnic stand (you really feel you’re in the Far East when sitting up there) and the more spacious field which has the children’s play area (but has limited electric hook up).
It’s around forty minutes’ drive to the beaches and attractions such as The Blickling Estate (which is well worth a visit if you are a member of the National Trust) and Sherringham Park. We also visited Wroxham and the Broads, Whitlingham Country Park & Thetford Forest.
The atmosphere at the camp is very relaxed and has a very secure feeling – we never locked our car at night and let our children roam freely - the camp even has an unmanned honesty shop where people put money in a box if they decide to take something.
Finally, a tribute to our fellow campers – the Bambergers and Schleiders – it was an absolute pleasure for my entire family to have spent our summer holidays in your company and especially for the Sabbath spent together under canvas.
Park farm – you deserve another visit – can’t wait!

This is a fantastic campsite. We are still here, at the site, but I felt it deserves a review whilst we're still 'living' it.
We came as 3 big families, of approx 30 people, for 10 days, and have never experienced a campsite so dedicated to making you feel at home. The owner will go out of his way for even the most unusual requests. Even when compared to all the agreeable Norfolkers, he sticks out as unusually obliging.
We arrived and were shown our pitch, and being first time caravaners had no idea how to get the position right, so the owner jumped in and did it for us.
In our field all the pitches were basically level grassy pitches and picnic tables were dotted around, as well as a swing bench and a middle eastern style, thatched sitting area.
This is a site that really caters for families. Splash pool (amazingly clean), family bathroom, brilliant play area with zip wire and a large central grassy area to run around in.
Plenty wc's and showers (push button), and 2 wash up areas. A few water points as well as centrally located grey water areas.
The 'honesty shop' is a nice touch that lets the kids 'be the shopkeeper'.
If you are bringing a caravan, watch out on the roads, they are very narrow, (unless its just 'coz its the first time I've driven it. )
Better book well in advance because it gets really busy and there are plenty of returning campers.

Myself, my husband and 10 year old grandson have just returned from ParkFarm.
I use a wheelchair 95% of the time but I still love camping but sometimes it's difficult finding somewhere that suits us with our grandson until now !
I called the park to see how close I could get to disabled toilet shower and nothing was too much trouble, The disabled toilet and shower was really well equipped very clean and lots of handrails and chairs, it was perfect. My husband and grandson said the toilet shower block was spotless as well.
There's amazing things for kids like the minion painted tyres that greet you as you arrive, a big splash pool and a pizza oven, for a 10 year old that all went down very well !
We went through into the camping field and a play park and zip wire had my grandson jumping for joy !
Everywhere was lovely clean and tidy and the managers are fantastic.
We did not really go to go out and about we just wanted to relax and we did !
The site has an honesty shop which has basics there but about half a mile away is the butchers deli and a corner shop, 2 miles away is Dereham which has your morrisons etc so nothing is really too far.
There is free fishing on 2 miles of the river which was enjoyed by the other half.
We also hired a mountain bike from the park for my grandson it cost £3 per day so was ideal
Highly recommended and I have booked for next year.

First time visit to the Park Farm Campsite was a fantastic weekend and will definitely keep it on the list of places to go back. The campsite is well laid out with tent pitches around the edge of a large central playing field. It has easy access and generous size pitches for tents and caravans. There is a very good playground for the kids, a communal social area and the allowance of firepits is a good touch.
The toilet/shower facilities were very good, nice and clean, good hot shower and all included in the price of the pitch. There are water points and bins dotted around the site, so you do not have to wander far to use them.
The site is nice and peaceful and the surrounding area is very pleasant. We tried the steam train ride from local Dereham to Wymondham and back, which the kids loved!
All in all, a very enjoyable weekend, even with the 50mph wind and rain on the first night! Will be heading back here another time.

We didn't ring to book until late on the day we needed a pitch and explained that we may not be there until quite late so would they like payment over the 'phone? Not at all was the reply & don't worry about being late 'I'll be there to meet you'. He was as good as his word & wouldn't even accept payment then, saying tomorrow would be fine. Set in quiet Norfolk countryside, it's a nice spacious site, all grass pitches which were well kept. Freshly planted flowers & shrubs abound too, making it very attractive. The facilities were spotless and modern. The children's play area was mostly new with a good variety of swings, slides & climbing frame etc. Much appreciated by our twin, two year old great nieces who visited us there. Swanton Morley village is only a one mile stroll down country lanes away. There you'll find two shops a church and a pub. The pub serves real ales and excellent food too. My only gripe, and it's pretty minor really is that they charge £1 extra per dog.

Our third visit and a warm welcome from Derek & Julie. Showers were great & very clean. A new play area has been created since last year with a towers & a slide. The zip wire is still there & still as popular with our grand children. We booked a camp fire & had a tripod over the fire to BBQ our food - it was great, cooking over an open fire. The honesty shop was well stocked with camping essentials and provided an opportunity for some mental maths adding up the cost of various ice creams! We had a great time & just keep coming back!

Just returned from our Feb half term break from Park Farm and we loved it. We were made to feel very welcome. We took our two 13 yr old girls and our 3 dogs. Our girls loved the zip wire and park area while our dogs loved the ability to run and play. The on site dog Hunter was lovely and called most mornings to play! The toilet and shower facilities were very clean with disabled and a family shower room which we thought was a great idea. The local village was a great place with shop, butchers etc. The pub was a very welcome place that allowed our dogs in too. Had my birthday there and Derek the site owner ran us down to the pub and the landlord ran us back! Absolutely top people. The walks were amazing and views breathtaking. We would recommend park farm to anyone and everyone.
Now if I had to pick a criticism (which is very hard!) then it would the roads can be a little narrow! Although I did come in wrong way! don't listen to google maps, but come via Swanton Morley and then its ok.
We don't normally go back to the same place as like to try different but this is one site we will be returning too. We have to as our girls want to try out the outdoor pizza oven on site!

Have just returned from our second trip to Park Farm Camping. We go as a group with several tents and dogs, and I can't wait to go again next year.
The pitches are spacious, grassy and flat and so great to be able to have a fire going in the evenings
The shower and toilet facilities are always clean with plenty of hot water. Never had to queue for the showers.
There is plenty of room left in the middle of the larger field for games and for us to exercise the dogs.
The location is great, and has everything you need for a few days camping, including a fish and chip van on Saturday evenings.
Love the Zip wire!
The whole trip was made all the better for the wonderful care that Derek and Julie take of their guests and the camp site, and of course not forgetting the lovely Hunter (camp dog) who came to visit our dogs and get a cuddle each day.
Would recommend this campsite to anybody, young and old.
Thank you Derek and Julie
