We arrived for our 1 night stay in one of 2 pre-erected tents. Check in reception/shop was clean and shop looked well stocked. We were met by the owner who was very welcoming and Friendly. He showed us to our tent which was in a very clean well keep field, which had a couple of swings and a small goal post.
The tent itself was very well equipped with all that you would need for your stay. There were two bedrooms one with a proper Double bed! and the other with two foam mattresses on the floor for children. There was another fold-up bed, as well as chairs for outside the tent. The tent floor had a carpet which helped keep it slightly warmer as well as a small Fan heater, which is an essential on colder nights. The table was set out for us on arrival. They were having problems with their drinking water when we arrived, however we were supplied with enough drinking water for our stay. We were close to the shower block which had 2 showers in each. The shower block very clean.
Only comment would be is a toaster in the tent would be handy. ( We did mention this but the owner said the electricity Voltage was not high enough), also could do with bigger play area for guests that stay for a longer period, maybe a sign in the village directing people to Park farm maybe helpful. Other than that an excellent night. Thanks

My new favourite local site. Derek is very helpful - both when answering enquiries on the phone, with booking and at the site. Great, simple booking service on line (paypal req to pay deposit).
Site is obviously cared for, winter price on the pitch was very reasonable, no charge for an extra car, and just £1 for doggies. The kids swimming pool was a lovely bonus. Firepits are more pricey at £15 with a bag of logs - but come with kindling etc and Derek was on hand to fan the flames if required!
Just a couple of swings for playing on - so could do with a little more play equipment - but the kids enjoyed playing with the tyres provided (all clean!) Very safe site for children.
Loads of space - not at all the feeling of being packed in you get at other sites.
Clean loos, and the Family room around the back of the toilet block is excellent.
Onsite shop is fabulous as they manage to have everything you could possibly need on just a few shelves, a fridge and a freezer! Even down to individual citronella tea light candles for 15p!
Nice walk map provided - though be warned the walk is a bit nettly and does include walking through 3 fields of cows - some 'cow's are very big and with horns!
Bit of noise from the wedding being held next door which could have been a problem - but we all slept.

What a fab site, lovely rural setting.
The owner and his wife make you feel very welcome and go out of their way to help.
Pitches are a good size.
The village is only about a mile away and has butchers, village shop and pub. The site has a small shop on site.
Lots of space for the kids to play, although a bit too cold for the small above ground pool !
Facilities are good, lots of hot water.
Here is my only gripe - pity there aren't a couple more showers and toilets. It would also be nice if fellow campers heeded Derek's signage and swept up grass and mud when using the shower/toilet blocks.
Will definitely be heading back.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Park Farm. We were greeted by the owner on arrival and shown to our huge plot.
The site was incredible, all plots we around a large central field with no pitches in the middle. Toilet/ shower block was very clean and well maintained and had the bonus of a family shower room.
We were a group of 6 children and four adults, the four adults were able to relax in the knowledge that the kids could run around and play in complete safety.
Whilst I write this review my wife is booking for next year!

This review is a catch 22, one of the nice things about park farm is that on the two visits we have made there is the fact that it is not over run. It’s a good size site and well laid out with good space for most big tents,
The catch 22 is that as you can see that the site has top reviews and maybe every man and his dog (they are allowed) will want to sample its delights.
As others have said the owners will do all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible,
The local area is great for walking and there are lots of places for the children to burn off lots of energy and some really nice ale and food at the local pub.
Roll on next year when we will return with our friends for our annual fix of Park Farm.

Excellent campsite!
Really relaxed atmosphere but well looked after and with clean facilities.
Derek was great and even helped us set up as we were first time caravanners.
The firepits are wonderful and it was lovely to sit out around them at night.
The only slight negative I can think of is that the showers were a bit too hot and didn't stay on for long enough, but that really is just a minor issue and the facilities were very good.
We were initially planning to move on half way through our holiday but we liked it so much there that we stayed the full 9 nights.
We would love to return sometime!

I'm sat here writing this review whilst still camping at Park Farm Camping, using the campsite's free WIFI connection, and I agree with all previous comments on how good this site is.
We are half-way through our 6 night stay here and cannot fault anything. Clean hot free showers, including family shower room, large pitch sizes and little shop if you forget anything, although we haven't needed to use it but handy to know it's there. Derek and his wife are very approachable and friendly (and the little doggy!).
A new addition to the site this week is an inflatable swimming pool which we haven't used as we didn't bring any swimming gear with us, but the children who were using it looked like they were having fun.
Lots of things nearby all within an hour's drive. Cromer, Sandringham, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Broards and Newmarket Racecourse (we're going there tomorrow!).
If you are thinking of going into Norwich, consider using the Park & Ride Costessey, NR9 3LX
The return tickets cost £2. 40 for an adult but that allows you to take up to 4 children - the 'Group Saver Return' ticket for £4. 20 up to 5 adults or children. Cheaper than trying to find parking in Norwich!

Fantastic campsite! We stayed for 5 nights and the toilet/shower block was always clean, plenty of room between pitches, friendly helpful owners & a little shop with everything you need!
You can get a firepit and just have to pay for the wood which lasted us four nights! There's free wifi at the campsite which was really handy.
There are some swings and plenty of space for play if you have children.
Swanton Morley has a shop, butchers, deli & pub & the surrounding villages are beautiful, great for bike rides.
The nearest beaches are about a 40 minute drive but it's worth being a little further out and having extra space & excellent facilities.
We couldn't fault it and would definitely return

Fantastic holiday, this site is better than last year. Derek and his wife made us feel very welcome, they even have things to keep the kids entertained.
We wanted to move pitches and Derek helped us with this, if fact he went out of his way to help.
There is even a small shop in the reception so you don't need to go off site.
We had a fab holiday.
Clean facilities too and showers hot and free.
Great walks on farm land not too far from village.
To top it all the weather was good to us. Great campsite cant wait to go again

Second visit to the site and as good as it was last year. Amenities block still kept clean. Campfire now done one night a week but still great for toasting marshmallows on.
Site quiet by 11pm, still weddings next door at the weekend but noise not as bad as last year.
Cafe now closed but little shop on site selling basics. Really good value for money for EHU.
Site manager on site, really helpful and polite. Would come back again.
