We returned once again to the lovely owners.
This was our 4th visit to this campsite and our 2nd for this yr.
At the end of our week the site was incredibly busy, this was the first time we had seen it this busy.
Just goes to show what a fab site this is.
My son who is 5 yrs loves it here as he has the freedom to go and play on his own.
Well done to everyone at park farm camping.
We are already planning our summer holiday for next yr.

Have just spent a fantastic 5 nights at this site and had a great time. We were a large group of people and dogs and could not have been made more welcome.
The pitches are flat and spacious and love that there is a big area left in the fields for playing games. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was great to have the use of a washing machine and fridge freezer and the other facilities (toilets, shower and washing up area) were good and clean. Always plenty of loo paper hot water and never had to wait too long for a shower.
If I had to find a bad point it would be that if you were in the shower and somebody left the hot tap at the washing up sink running too long the shower would stop! A very minor point and one you got used to.
Oh and Loved the zip wire! Will definitely return

What a fantastic campsite, we only stayed for 2 nights but couldn't have been made more welcome. Lovely spacious site, good clean facilities, good basic shop and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, including helping us to pull out some stubborn tent pegs that wouldn't budge!
The toilet/shower block was very clean and 'new', swings for the kids and a giant inflatable paddling pool! We'll definitely come back.

We were one of four families in the group visiting this campsite for the first time. The site was lovely, beautiful location, friendly welcome, plenty of space, clean facilities. Hiring the fire pit and logs was great fun and quite a focal point of our evenings. The kids loved the paddling pool. We had a great time just chilling out, chatting, playing games, eating and drinking! The weather was ok and the odd bit of drizzle didn't spoil our stay. We promise to return to show the owners some of the games we played. We didn't want to leave to go home!

Lovely peaceful site. No frills, just all the essential requirements. Loos and showers are immaculate. Fridge & freezer are available to campers, as are a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a nice family room for showers etc and two nice outside sinks for washing up. Very friendly welcome and our stay couldn't have been better. The sun even shone the whole time we were there, allowing us a couple of lovely dips in the splash pool. The small village is a 10-15 walk away and has a small shop and two friendly pubs and Dereham is only a few miles away for more shops and facilities if required. Definitely will be going back.

Just got back from a weekend at Park Farm. I can only echo the other reviews. Very nice laid back site, plenty of room for the kids to run around and they allow camp fires which has to be the number 1 reason to go camping!
The on site facilities are great. Little shop/ reception with all the basics you could ever need at very reasonable prices. Splash pool for the kids which they loved!
The showers were clean and modern, but the water pressure drops to a dribble if others are running water to wash up out side! (Best to shower before meal times)
Kids play area currently has 2 swings but it looks like a zip wire is being constructed.
Only 45 mins from Cromer, and that's in a 40 year old VW !
All in all a great site, and we will be back!
Oh, directions to the site could be better

What a welcome, they did everything they could to help us have a good time, even loaning us 2 air beds when I found I had left ours at home. Beautiful peaceful site with plenty of space for children to play. The small pool was great just to sit in with the weather we had this week-end. The toilet and shower block was clean and lots of hot water for free. Could do with a bit more of a play area for the children as 2 swings were kept in demand. They lit a big campfire on Saturday night with lot of campers sitting round and chatting, a great way so say hi to everyone. A short walk to the village and the Darby Pub where we had a great meal and our dogs were made welcome. They also had a great play area for my grand-children to be kept busy in. I think a e-mail map to find the site would be a great idea. Will being back for another stay asap.

I'm supposed to leave a really bad review but to disappoint the owners I can only leave a glowing review. The welcome very nice the facilities excellent the site and surrounding area very quite (apart from nature). Nice central location to visit Norfolk and a lot cheaper than all the other sites we looked at but not compromising the standard. Toilet block very clean and what a bonus to have a free shower with plenty of hot water. All in all what a fantastic weeks stay and would recommend it to anyone, will look at going back again next year.

We booked right at the last minute for the last part of the bank holiday week, but the owners were extremely welcoming and laid-back about it.
The location is beautiful and peaceful with lovely walks with the dog. We walked down hedgerows teaming with birds. The local farmers have signed up to a preservation incentive as well as opening footpaths to allow walkers to access the local river walk. Dereham is a pretty little town to visit(lots of free parking too). We had a tasty, good-value meal at the Angel Inn in Swanton Morley. Not fancy but friendly service and satisfying food.
The steak and burgers we cooked on the innovative fire pit were about the best I've tasted in my life! The facilities were very acceptable(the electric kettle and fridge/freezer were very useful!) and not far from any of the spacious pitches.
Our children (12 and 8) were happy with simple activities such as the movable tires and large, central grassy area as it gave them the opportunity to meet new friends. The little shop was well-stocked at fair prices and the trust policy made us feel part of a family.
At the last moment, we dithered about staying for an extra night and when we did decide to leave, early afternoon due to the weather not turning out as promised, we were not rushed off or charged extra. In fact, they even refunded us the price of the half of the logs we hadn’t used.
Such good-will and the warm family atmosphere of the place mean we are looking forward to return and bring friends.

It was our first attempt with the touring caravan, after a few years using a tent. This was an excellent site, people were very welcoming and even Harvey made pals with our dog.
The site was spotless and the toilet block was fantastic.
We did promise to return and one day I am sure we will. A lovely walk to the local village, plenty of blackberries on the way.
I would recommend.
