Great location sheltered site just set back from the beach with a footpath for the short walk to the Coop, pharmacy, cafes and pubs. Camping field very well maintained.
Sunny weekend so opted for shade under the trees beside the river that edged the field. Lots of sunny pitches too.
Slabs available for bbqs, cones to reserve the pitch during the day.
Rang ahead to reserve a pitch, very relaxed and friendly at the site.
Showers ran cool one afternoon around 7pm Saturday but site very busy that day. No issue other days.
Facilities a little tired but clean. 2 indoor washing up sinks, washing machine available. Ladies washrooms 2 showers, 3 toilets 4 sinks. Oddly one shower seemed to be on/off with no temperature control so hotter than I could tolerate.
Great site, nice vibe and dark/quiet at night.

We turned up last minute but the staff were very welcoming and found space for us.
Clean and well maintained facilities.
Family friendly but still peaceful.
A great location, short walk to pubs and shops and lovely views across the water.

I stayed at the beginning of July.
The location is great, located a five minute walk from Lamlash.
The management were very engaging and helpful. The rates were decent 10 per night for a tent.
The facilities were very clean in the bathrooms and there is fridges and washing machines.
A very enjoyable stay was had.

Lovely clean well organised campsite.
We needed to move our tent after the first night as it was a bit windy and we had a very tall teepee.
This was no problem at all and another more sheltered space was found for us quickly.
Showers lovely and hot, fridge to keep milk in and internet access. Very close to beach.
Would come again.

A base for Bike packing with my 15 year old son. One large hill from the ferry. We locked our bikes to the trees by the burn.
The staff were really helpful.
The showers were hot.
A fridge and a freezer and plug sockets to charge phones with.
The WiFi was very helpful as Vodafone was out of range. It did drop out when there were lots of users.
A beautiful walk along the coast to Whiting Bay. Close to kayaking with Otters Tail.
The co-op is close.

Well located 10 min walk from Lamlash by traffic free path.
Good quality level camping area. Plenty of water points.
Clean toilets and showers.
Site tends to be quiet (noise levels)

Very friendly site - staff, campers and residents of holiday homes.
Five minutes along a good path to beach and grass area all popular with locals and visitors, particularly for dog walking. Shops to buy anything you might need.
Facilities would benefit from tidying up!

We had a a great experience at this campsite.
Facilities were all clean and well cared for, owners were very helpful and friendly.
Campsite was nice and quiet after dark, but had a great buzz during the days.
Felt nice and remote, but only a 5 min cycle to the nearest shops.
We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful owners.
Spotless clean facilities and will definitely return.
Really enjoyed our stay. Good mix of caravans, camper vans and tents.
Site kept immaculately.

Good location within 10 minutes walk of the village centre and facilities.
On site facilities are a little dated but serviceable.
Plenty of hot water however the showers could not be used between 11am and 4pm.
